I've attached the unanswered email I sent to the owner. The staff of this establishment stole from my room and did there best to dismiss me without addressing the fact that their employees are theives. From a conversation I heard amongst employees this sounds to be a regular occurrence so no wonder they would want to keep this on the DL. I'm going to keep sharing my story until either the owner calls me back or I bomb this businesses reputation with the honest to God truth. Hello Mike, It pains me to say it but I am certain one of your staff has stolen something from me. Let me start off with my process of checking in. My fiance and I took separate cars for a business trip and ended up arriving more than an hour apart at your establishment. When I arrived the staff was frantically trying to issue a refund to all the patrons who were given false information by booking websites that there were still rooms available. Even though I had stated I booked a room 3 days prior to arriving they insisted on answering calls and helping the folks who had arrived to find the room had paid for was not available. This much I could understand as they would need to find a new place to stay for the night. So I patiently waited for an hour to get my room key. When I finally got my room key it WOULD NOT UNLOCK THE DOOR. I returned to the office and requested they check to make sure they gave me the right key. They gave me a new one and that one didnt work either. A staff member kindly let me into the room so I could offload my bags and took the key I had to go check on it. 20 minutes went by and it was nearing 11 pm and I still didn't have a key so I went back down to the lobby while my fiance waited. Finally someone came in and helped the other staff (I believe this person to be part of ownership from what I was told later by another employee) He muttered something about the key assignment being ”screwed up” to the other employee then handed me a new card which worked this time. A total of 4 times I had to request my card be replaced. Now I was starting to get frustrated. The next day after returning from work (almost 12 hours) I come into the room to see the towels were swapped l, the trash has been taken out, and so was a brand new 5th of Chivas scotch I had left in the freezer. At first I was I disbelief that someone had stolen something from my room so I checked around the room to make sure I wasn't mistaken then my fiance discovered her purse had been gone trough (lucky for us she had her valuables on her person) I informed the staff then they stated ”they'd make It right” so I had requested your contact information from them because that to me sounds like ”I'm going to fix this before I lose my job” So I am writing this email to you so you are fully aware of the kinds of employees you pay. Now I want to ask you what it is you would do to ”make it right” because as it stands I will not ever be returning to this utterly mismanaged establishment and the folks

PPengguna TetamuI had a wonderful relaxing stay for a week in August when I stayed in Tucson while my son started as a freshman at the University of Arizona. The Inn is just a couple of blocks walk from the University in the Sam Hughes neighbourhood, which I felt very safe walking through by myself. The Inn is a true oasis in the desert, with a beautiful garden, sparkling swimming pool, a magnificent 3 course breakfast cooked by Dina every morning and spacious, immaculately clean bedrooms beautifully decorated with local Arizona crafts and furnishings. I stayed in the Casita room which had a separate lounge room and was separate from the main building so I felt like I had plenty of space to myself but could also chat with the other guests at breakfast. Dina made lovely banana muffins and there were snacks and plenty of bottled water we could enjoy during the day which I really appreciated. The inn felt like my own home in Tucson, with free wifi, a mini fridge, coffee machine, microwave, air conditioning and 2 TVs in my room and Dina was absolutely the best hostess. Not only was she an amazing cook but she gave me great tips on places to visit like Tombstone and the Desert Museum. I stayed at 2 other hotels in Tucson during my stay but neither came even slightly close to the Adobe Rose Inn. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thank you so much to the Adobe Rose Inn and Dina for such a lovely stay.

PPengguna TetamuEverything was great except for a barking dog in a room close by, some children running in the halls, and someone pounding on their door to be let in because they forgot their card key, this was not the staffs fault, just people not being respectful of others. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful, even the cleaning staff was friendly. The breakfast food was very good, prepared hot with the cook maintaining the food and keeping it clean. The rooms were very clean and they tidied up the room and cleaned the bathroom and brought in all clean towels and new toiletries. When we next visit Tucson, I will use this hotel again. There was a fitness room that had everything that most people would want, but we were too tired to use it.

JjenwhiteMy husband and I had a great stay. Rooms are very clean. They check on you when you check in and get in your room to make sure you are satisfied with your room. The only down fall we didn't like is you have to pay for parking 😒. But other then that we had a great time anyways.

PPengguna TetamuWonderful location near the airport. The room was very spacious and quite comfortable. The pool is heat year round and was very nice to have available. The on site restaurant breakfast buffet was decent enough for the price. Complimentary cookies upon check-in was also a nice touch. Locked myself out of the room and it was not a hassle to get back in. Also, grabbing sna KS from the self serve kiosk and billing them to the room before swimming was super convenient.

This location should be no more that $60 per night. Other than that there was parking for truck and trailer and everything was still there in the morning.
