Hotel Tukwila dengan Kolam Renang

去機場班車每半小時有一班，但需要預約下，因為有時沒有客人就不發車了。房間挺大，客廳和房間是分開的，但比較舊了，還算整潔。附近有個加油站可以當成7-11來用，買水買卡費和零食。附近有很大的shopping mall，購物很方便。

Prefect location, easy to fine. Staff was nice and courteous. Room was clean and well taken care of. Also comes with free breakfast, which is a plus! Definitely will stay here again.

Worked well for one night stay before departure with airport shuttle and plentiful breakfast. Although room furniture needs updating, room size was good for three adults and service was outstanding. Helpful, patient, and sokution oriented staff made this an even better stay.

Ive been to this hotel numerous times and always thought the front desk customer service was horrible and the staff that works there always look upset and not very welcoming. The reason why I keep going back was the price cant be beat and the rooms are decent and some worse then others. What really caught me by surprise was that I got a call from the front desk that I needed to come down and sign paperwork on July 14. So,I went down and was handed the paperwork to sign for staying another day but was told that I could no longer come back. Keep in mind that I had stayed there from July 8 - 14 with no problems whatsoever. So I asked (Jaime) the front desk person what was the reason for me not being able to continue my stay. She could not give me an answer. None. I told her I paid for my rooms everyday that Ive been there and made sure the rooms were well kept. All he could say was we could not have you stay here. I was furios. I would have understood if I had not paid for my rooms or was causing problems, but that wasn't the case. I just want to tell anyone who is looking to book your stay at Fairbridge Inn Tukwila. Please think twice. They don't care about their customers. They will fight tooth and nail and not try to make situations better. We don't need to support this kind of establishment. Give your money to other hotels that actually cares about their customers.

I first need to say that Jeremy Ritchie at the RESIDENCE INN SEATTLE SOUTH/TUKWILA has the most exceptional Customer Service! I have needed to book workers in the area to assist with the deep freeze and broken pipes, etc. Jeremy has exceeded all expectations of handling paperwork, bookings, and making our employees feel as at home as possible. I am extremely appreciative of Jeremy's assistance, as he has lightened my workload and eased my mind my taking care of our workers! Many thanks!

房間挺大的，衞生整體也不錯，早飯也還行，唯一問題就是樓上滴水到窗户沿噠噠噠的聲音很吵，而且沒有其他房間換，真的吵一晚上

I would give 10 stars if I could! I have never been treated so well at a hotel! The consideration and care of the staff for us was way beyond any expectations. We were traveling with my 96 yo father and we requested, on the way to the hotel, about 9:10 am and via online chat, an early check-in. We were in a room by 10:30! Prior to access to the room, they provided a location to store all our luggage. We had a lot of luggage as we were two families traveling together. Shuttles rides are available all day, as long as you are going within 5 miles of the hotel. We were able to go to lunch, go pick up pizza, and get a ride to the airport without stress or waiting. We were late getting to breakfast and the staff provided muffins and fruit so we didn't leave hungry. All this, and the bed was comfortable, too! This is a definite yes location if you are looking for a comfortable and caring place to stay!

Awesome experience! The staff is amazing. They went out of their way to assist us with our travel plans. The airport shuttle was terrific and the driver was fantastic. He came to us as were lost in the airport garage. The burger at Charley 's is one of the best! Breakfast buffet has omelette's made to order and they didn't give me ”that look” when I asked for egg whites only. The bed was comfy and everything was clean and fresh. The Manager, Owen is wonderful to work with and never too busy to answer a question or help. He arranged for transportation to the cruise terminal for us which helped make our trip a success. Having a hotel that has all of the amenities needed for cruise travel was a huge plus and they definitely deliver!!!!

The original room given to us was 1st floor next to gym n pool, hence we requested a change. The counter staff Bryan was neither helpful nor polite, fortunately the manager Nicole help us to get a higher floor though it’s smaller in size. However, the room had things left over from the previous guest. We reported a few times, only the next day evening time then the things were cleared. The shuttle service guy was very polite n helpful.
