Les chambres sont très agréables et propres, rien à redire sur l'aspect hébergement, c'était parfait. Les bémols concernent : l'accessibilité de l'hôtel si vous n'avez pas de véhicule de location, l'amabilité inexistante du personnel (petite exception pour une des réceptionnistes seulement), restaurant et bar fermés, 1 seule piscine entretenue sur les 3...

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were stunning with amazing views. The staff were lovely, especially Frida who was incredibly helpful. I felt like I was in a movie with how stunning our room was - we had an ocean view with a balcony pool and access path to the beach / beach club. The bed was very comfortable and the double shower was really good. I loved that the hotel had a small gym, equiped with modern facilities. The hotel also has so many lovely small touches like welcome cocktails, good night desserts, “good morning” messages in the sand outside your room and fresh fruit ice blocks provided at the beach club. I feel there needs to be more transparency with the service charge on the bills - I didn’t realised until a few days into our stay that there was a further section to the bills we were signing that was covered by the booklet they present you with. The bill should be shown in full, or the total placed above where you sign. Whilst the staff were lovely, we often had items missing from our breakfast each morning. The breakfast is also quite small with 1 x serving of yogurt between two. It would be great if the pool could be cleaned during the stay, or some jets put into the pools to move the water around and into the filter. At current the water is stagnant and doesn’t get filtered and a lot of things fly into the pool from the garden. Whist this seems small, when you are paying the price you are for the hotel, these small things should be addressed.

値段に対してホテルのクオリティーが最高です。 多少立地が悪いです(通常ホテルゾーンという海沿いにホテルがあります)、が、こちらは街中のようなところにあり、海は見えませんが、海が見えなくても大満足なぐらい設備がいいです。お値段も他のホテルよりお買い得でこのクオリティーなので、人にもオススメできます！

I stayed for 1 week here, with my two teenagers. We had room D, which has 2 super comfortable king-sized beds as well as another (queen? or full?) bed. The latter was described as a couch but we were pleasantly surprised it was more than that. The room is on the second floor, with a little outside area to relax and enjoy the sea breeze. We LOVED this place. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff does a wonderful job with room service, and the breakfast staff is great (Gracias, Abraham!). We didn't eat any other meals there, although they're available. The small hotel has a chill vibe. It's right on the beach, and since the beach is only shared with one other hotel, it feels pretty tucked away. There is a small rocky cliff where I loved sitting to watch the sunrise and the pelicans feed. The evenings are pleasantly quiet. My kids enjoyed the small pool (very clean!) as well as the hammocks and beach chairs down on the beach. The whole area has tons of sea**** right now, which changes depending on the day to some extent, but during our time there was never absent. I still managed to swim in the ocean a few times, although my kids didn't. The main drag along the beach is pretty busy, but you don't sense that while at this hotel. There are plenty of places that you can walk from the hotel, although after we realized it was more expensive to eat along the ”strip” in Tulum than it is to eat in the US, we took the rest of our dinners in Tulum town (recommended!). The friendly folks at the desk are happy to offer suggestions for restaurants, or any other help that you might need. Having a fridge was great; we kept some beverages as well as stuff for lunches there. Do put food in the fridge - it's the tropics, so ants will arrive otherwise! My kids loved the AC, although honestly the week we were there, the ocean breeze was so steady, I felt it wasn't really necessary. There is no parking (we rented a car) but there are multiple places across the street where you can pay to park. Our place was 200 pesos/day (about 10 USD). The only thing that I'd say could use improvement is the coffee -it's incredibly bad. If you like coffee in the morning, come prepared, or go out! The breakfast is yummy (I mostly had the ”Mexican eggs” which are scrambled with tomatoes & onions, plus a small helping of rice, beans, and sometimes guac)....other options include eggs with ham and/or cheese, or else pancakes & fruit. They don't start serving anything until 8am, so on some of our ”early start” days we had to miss it. Overall, a great stay.

Wie waren schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel. Seit 2017 eigentlich jedes Jahr! Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut! Etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuss bis ins Zentrum und es gibt überall etwas zu sehen. Durch den Besitzer Fabio ist auch ein Hauch italienisches Temperament vorhanden. In den letzten 5 Jahren wurde viel Herzblut investiert und das zeigt sich vor allem an der tropischen Gartenanlage die mit dem Restaurant Casa Mia fast verschmilzt. Wir wurden immer hervorragend bedient und das Essen war super. Hier einen herzlichen Dank an unsere Meseros Nayeli, Eleazar, Bety, und Brandon und an die Küche Genaro und Luis!! Die familiäre und freundschaftliche Atmosphäre hat uns einen wundervollen Urlaub gegeben. Besten Dank dafür, Daniel + Andrea

Kami mempunyai pengalaman hebat keseluruhan selama 7 hari kami menghabiskan masa di Hotelito Azul! Kami pergi dengan pasangan lain dan masing-masing tinggal di Suite Oceanfront (kami berada di atas mereka, mereka di aras bawah). Bilik-bilik adalah bersih dan luas. Penyimpanan pakaian yang agak terhad tetapi kami membuat yang terbaik dari unit rak/gantung yang disediakan. Mandi adalah mimpi. Perkhidmatan pembantu rumah membersihkan bilik kami setiap hari dan melakukan kerja yang hebat! Kami menyukai hidangan yang ditinggalkan di bantal kami setiap hari. AC adalah milik anda untuk mengawal. Satu cabaran yang kami hadapi yang perlu diperbaiki adalah kekurangan permaidani di dalam bilik. Anda berjalan melalui pasir untuk sampai ke bilik anda dan ya, ada baldi air untuk dibilas sebelum masuk namun kami terdesak untuk mendapatkan permaidani kecil di luar atau hanya sesuatu di tepi atau kaki katil untuk membersihkan pasir sebelum mendapat atas katil. Menariknya, rakan-rakan kami di tingkat bawah mempunyai pelari yang hebat di kaki katil mereka jadi mungkin hanya konsisten dengan itu akan membuat perbezaan yang besar! Anda bangun ke bakul comel dengan kopi setiap pagi dan mereka akan mengisi semula air minuman anda seberapa banyak yang anda perlukan di dalam bilik. Kami tidak boleh mengatakan perkara yang cukup baik tentang kakitangan. Anda berkomunikasi dengan mereka melalui What'sApp yang menawarkan respons pantas kepada sebarang soalan atau kebimbangan atau semasa memesan makanan/minuman. Larissa, concierge itu HEBAT. Dia mengalu-alukan kami setiap hari dan membuatkan kami berasa selesa di rumah dan dijaga sepanjang penginapan kami. Dia membantu mengisi perjalanan dengan pengalaman indah sama ada lawatan, tempat tempatan yang bagus untuk makanan/minuman atau logistik. Kami menyewa skuter dari hotel kebanyakan hari percutian kami dan ia sangat berbaloi. Kami mendapati harga di seberang jalan lebih murah namun kami menyukai kemudahan menyewa melalui hotel. Makanan dan minuman di hotel semuanya lazat, walaupun kami cepat mengetahui bahawa makan dan minum di pantai memang mahal, jadi kami bijak memilih bila/berapa banyak kami makan di hotel. Ini hanya datang dengan lokasi. Lokasi fizikal hotel adalah ideal kerana ia tidak terlalu jauh ke dalam jalur pantai, yang mana trafik menjadi agak teruk apabila anda memandu lebih jauh. Estetika dan butiran hotel ini sesuai untuk membuatkan anda berasa seperti sedang hidup dalam hutan yang aneh. FYI kepada semua yang ingin tinggal di pantai di Tulum, pada bulan April-November atau lebih, Tulum mendapat sejumlah besar rumpai laut yang menjadikannya hampir mustahil untuk berenang di lautan. Hotel-hotel, termasuk Hotelito Azul, melakukan yang terbaik untuk mengeluarkan sebanyak mungkin rumpai laut dari pantai, tetapi kawan, adakah ia satu perjuangan yang sukar. Ini mengehadkan keupayaan kami untuk duduk di pantai malangnya, kerana satu-satunya kelegaan daripada panas adalah pancuran mandian di luar. Yang, sekali lagi, indah, tetapi bukan lautan. Nasib baik, Tulum mempunyai banyak lagi perkara menarik untuk dilakukan sehingga kami tidak merasakan ini memberi kesan kepada perjalanan kami dalam apa-apa cara yang ketara. Our wife and I have now stayed at KASA Hotel K'uyen TWICE within a calendar year! Truly an amazing choice for adult-only private suite-style rooms. Lots of room options to choose from. The inner courtyard is beautiful and quiet. Breakfast downstairs is delicious and the restaurant on the rooftop offers fantastic evening/night views. Also delicious and very convenient if you just want to stay in a night. Location is perfectly placed between downtown Tulum and the beach zone. I recommend getting a moped/scooter as it is the best way to get around locally. Otherwise you need a taxi (expensive) or find the cheaper public collectivos to get around. The hotel does have a few normal bikes to rent but be prepared for a 20ish minute ride to downtown or the beach zone. Tons of restaurants, markets, and stores in walking distance in the new Aldea Zama district (lot of continuing construction - can't wait to see it in a few years). We will definitely be back again!! Shout out to the front desk (Guillermo is amazing) to help you with planning needs and all the waiting/housekeeping staff (thanks Salvadore) are super nice. Very safe, walkable, and with tons of options around you. Can't beat the price so book now!
