An airline paid for our group to stay here when a flight was canceled. The room was fine. The A/C worked well and the room was clean. The shower had hot water. The breakfast buffet was very minimal. People were smoking next to us. The front desk does not have a locked storage area for luggage if your room is not ready. The other reviews said the “fitness center” didn’t have A/C, so I didn’t bother. So there was nothing to do. The ***** mall next door only has a convenience store and a coffee shop. There’s no where to walk to. I was really bored. OK if you need a few hours beside the airport- but don’t expect much.

Encore une fois les photos sont trompeuses! Hygiène douteuse : oui l’équipe balaie et passe un chiffon mais est il nettoyé ? Pas d’aération en cours de nettoyage avec odeur de moisi et cigarettes imprégnés dans la literie ! Situé ente une mosquée et une voie ferré et valets incessant des avions ( l’aéroport proche : peut être un avantage en gain de temps .) Absence de bouilloire dans la chambre Salle de bain avec une grande baignoire inutile et douche spartiate évidemment odeurs de reflux des bondes . Personnel non anglophone . Bref mauvaise expérience

Kami bermalam singkat di D'Primahotel Kualanamu sebelum penerbangan awal ke Denpasar. Saya harus mengatakan saya sangat kagum dengan hotel ini. Nilai yang sangat baik untuk wang. Bilik itu asas tetapi bersih, berfungsi dan dengan hampir semua yang anda perlukan untuk penginapan yang singkat. Wi-Fi adalah pantas dan boleh dipercayai. Kerana kami tiba pada waktu petang dan bertolak pada pukul 6 pagi, kami tidak dapat menggunakan kolam renang atau gim. Kami juga tidak sempat bersarapan. Kolam renang kelihatan sangat baik, dan sangat bersih. Gimnasium kelihatan asas, tetapi cukup untuk senaman cepat. Pada harga ini, bagaimanapun, kedua-duanya adalah bonus yang tidak dijangka. Satu perkara - hotel ini menawarkan bas ulang-alik dua jam ke dan dari lapangan terbang. Bas pukul 6 pagi sangat sesuai untuk kami. Kami menempah tempat duduk apabila kami tiba, jadi agak mengecewakan untuk menunggu sehingga 6:15 pagi. Penerimaan tetamu menunggu sehingga kami mendaftar keluar sebelum mereka menghubungi pemandu. Rooms/beds ok and clean for Indonesian standards. However, staff do not speak English, which I cannot understand for a hotel so close to the airport. Check-in took very long - even for the Indonesian guests in front of me. No explanation about the rooms, which story I have to go etc. You are let alone. Further, they scam with the airport shuttle service. It used to be free before Corona, now you have to pay 50k, but BE AWARE, they charge this per booking and not per group. I was with a group with two separate bookings and they charged us 100k, which is ridiculously much for this 10min ride. But still one car. Better book a Grab! Cheaper and no scam.

Pro: Die Lage ist toll, es gibt einige Cafés und Restaurants und einen Indomaret in der Nähe und es ist nah am Flughafen. Auch das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist für die Größe gut aufgeteilt. Das Wifi ist gut. Con: Es war nicht wirklich sauber. Der Wasserhahn im Bad war stark verkalkt. Ich habe versehentlich das Bettlaken angehoben und es waren Haare auf der Matratze, die nicht mir gehörten. Die Wände sind sehr dünn, man sollte Ohrstöpsel mitbringen, da zu jeder Tageszeit Leute kommen und gehen. Kleiderhaken wären auch schön, da es kaum Platz gibt, um Sachen abzulegen. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass zwei Personen mit großen Koffern dort unterkommen. Das Frühstück ist ein Witz - Toast, Butter und Schokostreusel. Das kann man dann auch gleich seinlassen.
