Sehr zuvorkommendes Hotelpersonal und hilfsbereit , auch wenn man in Not gerät. Der Familienbetrieb ist auch für Geschäftsreisende ideal aufgrund der strategischen Lage in der Stadt, denn man kann vom Hotel weg in allen vier Richtungen schnell kommen. Gutes und schmackhaftes Essen wird angeboten. Eine  Bar mit sehr angenehmen Ambiente und guter Musik lladen entweder zu einem Nachmittagskaffee oder zu einem Glas Wein oder Bier. Seit vielen Jahren bin ich in diesem Hotel zuhause im Ausland.

Im Hotel Majestic ging früher ein und aus, wer Rang und Namen hatte. Eine Bildergalerie zeugt von den wichtigen Gästen. Heute wirkt es ein bisschen aus der Zeit gefallen und die Rezeption ist etwas lieblos, aber ich mag die Bar und die Terrasse von der aus man das Treiben auf der Straße beobachten kann. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und man kann gut zu Fuß in die Medina spazieren. Die Zimmer sind hübsch eingerichtet und es gibt auch große Suiten.

خدمات الفندق كنظافة وخدمات العمال فيه والمطعم ممتازة وانا سعيدة جدا باقامتي في هذا الفندق وايضاسعيدةبخدماتهم الممتازة والرفيعة وانا جدا سعيدة بأخلاق العمال في الفندق والحمدلله كانت تجربتي في نزول في هذا فندق موفقة وصراحة الاكل فيه جميل ولذيذ

It was a great choice, I was landing at night, so I decided to stay a night at a hotel close by the airport. My sister and her kids checked in earlier and they had a blast. Great service and an amazing diverse and delicious breakfast we enjoyed the next morning together. I have to say, there was only one bit of detail worth mentioning, the frond desk lady helped me call the cab, but she did not mention using Bolt, which is a more expansive taxi service and forgot to mention that she also obviously chose the Comfort option which cost me more at least a 60% extra charge than the normal price. which was displayed on the meter when we arrived but the cab driver asked for more money than that. Overall, we had a nice short stay and enjoyed a late checkout to chill and recover from my trip. Thanks to Novotel Team for the delicious food variety.

Cet hôtel est parfait mais je vais argumenter.déja quand on arrive a l'hôtel une personne nous accueille et a prioris un garde reste toute la nuit pour surveiller les véhicules de la clientèle.une fois arrivé l'hôtel est très luxueux et un très bon wifi a disposition qui marche super bien et avec une ascenseur pour monter a la chambre et dans la chambre quand on arrive il y'a des fruits comme des oranges et des dattes etc et dans la chambre le carlage était très jolie avec aussi une baignoire ensuite nous sommes descendus de nos chambres pour aller manger et la nourriture est très bonne.il y'a aussi une salle de réunion et un business center avec plein d'ordinateur et le petit déjeuner est pareil très bon avec une grande variété et plein de jus différents proposés.il y'a aussi un spa et une piscine a disposition pour les clients mais il faut aller dans le bâtiment d'en faire tout est écrit sur un papier qui est dans la chambre et l'hôtel dispose aussi de toilette propre

This is a letter I sent to TRAVELURO - beware of being scammed as you can read from other people who were not as fortunate as me! Should be 0 stars, but 1 star is minimum to make a review!! ******* Thankyou for refunding me within 10 minutes of making the booking for a £12 ”special offer” against the normal price of £156 on ”Booking com” for a 1 night stay in the NOVOTEL TUNIS! I was astonished to see the £12 back in my account so quickly! I broke my own rules by not first checking Trust Pilot, Trip Advisor and other review sites about TRAVELURO before I booked with your ”disgusting company”! I see now ”the scam”!!! You return this small amount of money, give me 10% ”bonus” off my next booking which will encourage me to rebook with TRAVELURO at the Novotel or other hotels of this standard at a much higher ”Normal” price. Then, that is when you will complete the scam by giving me a false sense of security with this refund and an apologetic letter explaining the ”technical difficulties with the booking”. I then make ANOTHER more expensive booking with TRAVELURO and never see my money again and the hotel concerned denies having any dealings with”TRAVELURO” when I arrive at the reception!! I have always used reliable *********** for 15 years travel to 45 countries without not even one problem!!! So thankyou for the £12 ”refund” and in case you had any ideas about trying to obtain money from the card I paid it by - don't bother - the card is cancelled!!!! 😂 I shall also be warning all my contacts about TRAVELURO and the scam repeating that ”if it looks to good to be true” then it probably isn't true! If this letter just stops only one person from being scammed, it will be a victory!!!! I only know of TRAVELURO on looking at NOVOTEL in Tunis! Be aware of this company when booking hotels, anywhere in the world!!! It certainly is brining the name of Novotel Tunis into disrepute with these ”scam” bookings! ******* Happy travels and be warned! 👍

離機場挺近，出行也還算方便；名字好記（很意外這個也是加分項嗎？語言不通…這個名字似乎很多人知道，包括的士司機，所以…），工作人員很友善。 附近有一些大使館，所以這一片應該是比較安全的。比較推薦～

A decent hotel in at the end of old town markets. Good value for money and breakfast will get you by. I wish the TV had a few more channels for evening wind down, but not a dealbreaker. Would stay again.

Hotel liegt zentral und ist nicht weit vom Flughafen Tunis Carthage entfernt. Personal ist immer sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und wurden vor kurzem neu renoviert. Frühstück wird frisch zubereitet und schmeckt sehr gut. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei.

Un séjour inoubliable dans cet hôtel où tout était parfait, du confort des chambres à l'accueil chaleureux. La cuisine est tout simplement exceptionnelle.Je recommande vivement cet endroit je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mes prochains déplacements professionnels.
