Very convenient location if you need to travel to/from porta susa station. Also, is around 15/20 minutes walking from city centre. The hotel is ok but doesn’t feel/look like a 4 star hotel

Value-for-Money Stay with Room for Improvement Hotel Diplomatic offers good value for money, especially with its comfortable beds and quality pillows which made for a restful stay. The breakfast spread was generous and satisfying. However, some finishes—particularly the flooring—could use a refresh to better reflect the hotel’s 4-star rating. It would also be helpful to have insect screens on the windows, especially since the air conditioning is centrally controlled. While the location is a bit removed from the main attractions, it's still reasonable considering the price point.

Outdated hotel . Receptionists in the check in was so so , the check out the lady was really friendly and helpful . Close to train station and all historical places

The hotel is conveniently situated near Turin Porta Susa station. It’s less than 5min walk to the station. Around the area, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants to choose from. I would suggest for constant travelers. The hotel has good selection of food for breakfast. The staff are nice and attentive.

Great staff at front desk , location is perfect and rooms are very clean I highly recommend for tourist and business travelers and mist important issue that safety is very high in the rooms so you no need to worry about your belonging at all .

There is variety of choices for free breakfast in 🏨. But staff in the restaurant are indifferent. Normal rooms are not spacious at all. If have many bags, better pay more to upgarde the room .

Well what can I say. It's supposed to be the 4 star hotel. the location is great. The staff working there work very hard and are polite. Breakfast is really good. However the facilities Inside our room are terrible. We had to call the facility twice!!! The plugs in the room only working 1 !!! I think they need to get rewiring. Very dated facility inside the room. They eventually brought us an extension cable. The bed mattress was also terrible. Other than that I liked this hotel but I don't give them 4 stats.

Perfect location for traveling by train and the environment around is really safe and sound. The staff are so nice and their service is perfect: big room space, free breakfast, and wonderful bar.

Standard Hotel. Great location close to train station (＞5mins - Porta Susa) and City Centre (20-30 mins walk). Nice selection for breakfast too.

This was a 4 star in the 1980’s, now rooms are really too dated for this category. Despite this, the hotel is clean, breakfast is good and location convenient.

Very close to Porta Susa train station, the surrounding environment is very good, the hotel is very beautiful, and the service is thoughtful. The room is not big but comfortable and reasonably arranged; the shower room is a little small, but it does not affect the use. The cost performance is very high, and I will choose it again when I come to Turin next time.

Good hotel, well located. It's a shame that an automatic light goes off when you go to the bathroom at night, which inevitably wakes up your partner...

Fantastic check-in, friendly staff, cleanliness and perfect location, allowing you to walk to the points of interest in Turin. Easy connection to the airport by bus and train (Porta Susa). Supermarket 50 metres away. Breakfast is a spectacle, especially for cheese lovers. It's worth it: with sweet, savoury, cold and hot options and typical local products from Piedmont. The only drawback is the lack of insulation in the room. If you have a neighbour who is not very polite, it can ruin your rest.
