Good hotel

Poor service and not cooperating staff. The room had not clean towels at the arrivals, we asked to change the room and they gave us another room half of the size, then offered to give the suit with a surcharge. The last day the water wasn’t working for all day and we couldn’t shower, after waiting all day with immense discomfort the water was brown and full of residues. The management offered two bottle of mineral water to wash…. We booked the day before leaving an extension of one day but after the discomfort we wanted to cancel and change the hotel and the management said that we couldn’t change because it was booked from trip.com We contacted trip.com and they said that they contacted the hotel and they refused to cancel the extra night booked 24 hours before. To add more, I brought my family with a overall booking of 3 rooms and 5 nights and they didn’t bother to cancel the reservation of the extra night, so we had to book another hotel with additional cost. Worst hotel ever for service, the location is wonderful, they don’t deserve the place where they operate. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED, location 4 stars, service 0 Star

L'hotel mi è piaciuto moltissimo. Pulito e particolare nell'architettura. Il personale è gentilissimo e mi è piaciuto moltissimo il ristorante interno (bistrot di un più famoso stellato). Io tornerò sicuramente.

Situation excellente en plein centre historique de Turin. On a pu absolument tout visiter à pieds. Pleins de restaurants, bars, cafés, Gellateria près de l'hôtel. Parking payant sous-terrain et protégé sous l'hôtel. Hôtel moderne, propre. Personnel très professionnel et aimable. Petit-déjeuner buffet consistant et complet. Nous retournerons sans aucune hésitation dans cet hôtel.
