The staff is a bunch of ****** Caucasian’s if you are melanated, keep it moving to somewhere else plain and simple.

Hotel was ok. There was a loud mechanical noise that was annoying. Along with hidden pet fees and a lackluster breakfast.

this place was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. All of the towels that were in the room when we checked in were stained, and we went down to the desk four times to get new ones. EVERY SINGLE ONE provided had black, brown, and red marks and stains on them they tried to play off as their “orange detergent”. The actual bed had stains all over it. The sheets had hair all over them as well as brown stains. The floors were gross. The trim on the wall was cracked and discolored. The bathroom had pee stains on the walls. There were stains all over the bed rooms walls. I would rather sleep on the street than stay here again.
The staff was absolutely rude and awful to deal with, as well. While we were trying to get new towels, two separate people were trying to check out early from roaches in their rooms. I actually have no clue how this place is still operating and hope it gets shut down soon.

One desk attendant was very friendly and hospitable. One was exact opposite. Room was strange— there was an oven hood above and empty space. Pulled out sofa bed to find tissues in it. Main beds were stained… I think the hotel is being updated and maybe this room hadn’t been yet. I’d stay again for the price, but not tor any dollars more.

Huey was excellent at accommodating our check in peculiarities. The entire staff is courteous and the interior appears to be freshly painted. Our only complaint is the slow hot water in the showers. My group had 5 rooms for two nights and everyone had this problem.

This hotel was so very clean!!! Easy check in and great free breakfast. Staff was amazing, especially Huey. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property itself is actually lovely on the inside with a beautiful lobby and breakfast area. And--the staff was AMAZING! The young lady that checked us in was the BEST! However, our room was just adequate. It was relatively clean, but the bed was very uncomfortable. We only needed a quick place to crash for the night, and this met our needs just fine so we didnt complain. If the bed was better, we would definitely try this location again. Again, the ladies that helped us were fantastic.
