Great hotel, awesome customer service, and special mentions - MrSamson, Mr Ashok Kumar, the front office and housekeeping team. It was one day trip from Chennai to Tuticorin to visit Tiruchendur. The team took care of all the arrangements from the time they picked me up at the airport until they dropped me back. I loved Tuticorin town and it was made special by the Regency team.

Room was spacious and clean; bed was firm with soft pillows. South Indian Breakfast at Kanni restaurant was excellent, and staff were very courteous. For the attention of the housekeeping staff: the towels provided in the bathroom were not good; they looked dirty and a little stinky. The replacement towels provided upon request were also very much the same. We didn’t use the towels; had to use our own hand towels for wiping out. This needs to be seriously attended to by the hotel management.
