Highly recommend staying at this hotel. It is very conveniently located to pedestrian street and Zaolin Park. Close to Metro station. Everything within easy walking distance. All the staff are friendly and very helpful, they made our visit feel extra special. The buffet breakfast is amazing! Beautiful decor and very clean hotel. Thank you to all the staff, we enjoyed our stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Habsburg Hotel near Sofia Church on Harbin’s Central Street. The location is truly unbeatable—just steps away from the iconic St. Sophia Cathedral and right in the heart of the historic Zhongyang (Central) Street pedestrian area. This made it incredibly convenient to explore Harbin’s beautiful European-style architecture, shops, restaurants, and evening lights without needing transportation. The hotel itself has a charming, elegant atmosphere that fits perfectly with the historic surroundings. My room was clean, warm, and comfortable, which was especially appreciated given Harbin’s cold weather. The bed was cozy, the heating worked perfectly, and the room was well-maintained with all the essential amenities. One of the highlights of my stay was the view and proximity to Sofia Church—waking up and stepping outside to see such a beautiful landmark was a memorable experience. The hotel also offers great photo spots nearby, especially at night when the area is beautifully illuminated. Breakfast at the hotel was a great way to start the day. The selection was simple but satisfying, with a mix of Chinese and Western options. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, and the dining area was comfortable and pleasant in the morning. It was very convenient to enjoy a warm breakfast before heading out to explore Central Street. I would also like to give a special thanks to one of the staff members, Jenny, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She kindly prepared a cute drink for us, which was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. Her warm service really made our stay feel extra special and added a personal touch to the experience. Another staff member at the laundry room was also extremely kind and helpful. When one of my clothes was accidentally damaged, they patiently helped repair it for me. I really appreciated the effort and kindness—it showed how much the staff care about their guests. Overall, Habsburg Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Harbin who wants to stay in the most iconic and convenient location. It combines comfort, charm, good breakfast, and excellent service with unbeatable access to the city’s most famous attractions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers visiting Harbin.

Service is so good here! Front desk staff was so warm and friendly and professional. The entrance only has steps so when we arrived, we took a few minutes trying to decide how to carry all our luggage up, but then some staff members came running out to help us carry it up! They helped us take our luggage to our room as well. It's in a prime location – right on Central Street, and easy walking distance to the metro station, shops, malls, restaurants, the Hongzhuan morning market and Saint Sophia's Church. However, the rooms are VERY small. There's barely any walking space, especially if you have multiple suitcases. The front desk did warn us about this when we checked in and offered to show us different rooms to see which size suited us best, which we appreciated, but it's something to consider. There was also no heated toilet seat, which would have been nice during the Harbin winter 😔 The corridor and shower also smelled a bit strange. There's also only one lift, so sometimes you need to wait. I think this is a great budget hotel for people travelling light, and is a good option if you're staying in Harbin for the Ice and Snow Festival, because the location is perfect for sightseeing – just 2-3 stops away from the Ice and Snow Festival, and walking distance to shops where you can buy cheap winter clothes and food.

Big spacious room near Zhongyang Da Jie (中央大街）。 It is also near the airport shuttle bus no 3 from airport. To airport same location opposite street. Room is adequately warm (controllable) despite the -20 deg Celsius out there. Staff are very attentive, saw my face having a cut from shaving gave me tissue and cotton butt with iodine. If you intend to order delivery using Alipay mini widget use 吃了吗, it does not requires local number. Hotel uses a robot to deliver to your room! Interesting! Metro station on metro line 2 is just few streets away and it’s lead you to metro station on same line - 冰雪大世界 event. It’s a few streets away from famous landmarks like St. Sophia Church and near that is the popular 衣彬之家 where it sells very affordable and good winter wear! Thank you for the hospitality!

Our family of three, with a two year old daughter stayed for eight nights (28.12.25-05.01.26). Xiao Shuang from the Hotel was extremely helpful and organized a pickup at the airport prior to our arrival. After we got at the hotel in the evening, we came to realize that one of our suitcases was missing.  Xiao Shuang had multiple calls with the driver and the airport authorities and in no time the suitcase was found. She organized a vehicle to deliver it to the hotel. The suitcase was delivered at the hotel the same evening!  Everyone at the hotel was very kind - especially to our daughter and very professional! Everyone was helping fast, regardless of the request!  Xiao Shuang helped us get tickets for the Ice World on a very short notice over WeChat. For our first walk outside in the cold we received a gift for our daughter - warm pads for the feet and body!  On the day of the checkout our family received a goodbye gift!!! We thank everyone at the reception, housekeeping and at the restaurant, especially Xiao Shuang for the lovely stay and the wonderful memories from Harbin! 谢谢🙏！

Проживанием в данном отеле мы довольны. Отель не новый, однако сантехника вся поменяна, постельное и полотенца белоснежные, в номере у нас был приятный аромат, хотя на столе имеется пепельница и спички, значит в номерах курят. Обратите внимание, кто едет на несколько ночей, что в отеле ужасный фен, он совсем не сушит волосы . Кому очень важно, нужно брать с собой . Отель располагается о 10 минутах ходьбы по прямой от жд вокзала , в центре пешеходной улицы, где есть магазины и кафе на любой вкус. И еще проживающим в отеле есть прекрасный бонус : на стойке регистрации получаем купоны и идем в баню ( 1-7 этаж гостиницы) отдыхать, при этом не забыв потратить на массаж или напитки 48 юаней ( шведский стол не входит, оплачивается отдельно), выходим отдохнувшие, и вам остается заплатить только за услуги, вход в источники и спа получился бесплатным. Приятного отдыха . Я могу сказать, что если приеду еще, то смело остановлюсь в данном отеле.

咋説呢，他們家説他們家是五星級。大冬天的，我自己帶孩子，拿着大包小包，沒人幫忙接一下行李，後來還是辦理入住的時候，前台小姑娘看不下去了，幫我們送到了一樓的電梯口。有伴手禮，裡邊是一小瓶水一小袋蜂蜜，兩小袋米。位置確實好，最中心的位置了。樓下和對面都有洗浴的，雖然我沒去，但看上去人好多。打掃服務每天都打掃，但是洗頭髮和洗澡的不是每天都換，最後一天沒得用了，拿水涮涮洗的

Location is excellent for this hotel. Staff are prompt and helpful with all requests. Very friendly and hospitable too. Love the breakfast! The complimentary photo taking service in the hotel is awesome. They do not force you to pay for additional photos although we did pay for more in the end as we like the photos.

**Translation:** Check-in was quick, especially considering the typically lengthy and thorough document verification process for foreigners in China. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is decent—quite good by Chinese hotel standards, especially catering to Russian tastes. Rooms are medium-sized with comfortable beds. The location is ideal if you want to stay downtown, as there’s a pedestrian street right outside the hotel. And since the city is small, everything is within easy reach. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They don’t speak Russian, but if you know even a little Chinese, they’ll make an effort to understand you. The hotel itself is new and, compared to others in the area, in perfect condition. I’d say it’s the best accommodation option in Heihe right now.

Lokasi hotel sangat baik kerana Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Harbin Taiping terletak kurang dari 10 minit dengan menaiki kereta. Terdapat juga perkhidmatan bas ulang-alik percuma yang disediakan oleh hotel ke lapangan terbang. Kakitangan hotel akan mengambil inisiatif untuk mengesahkan keperluan bas ulang-alik anda sehari sebelum untuk tempahan awal. Biliknya bagus dan selesa untuk menginap.👍
