We had a thoroughly pleasant and memorable four-night stay at the Harbin Habsburg Hotel. Our family room was incredibly spacious, and the facilities were top-notch, including the convenience of free laundry. The breakfast variety is impressive, especially with the extended service until 12:00 PM. Location was great too. 10 mins walk to central street. The standout of our trip, however, was the staff—specifically the F&B Manager, Jenny Huang. She is a true asset to the hotel which she went above and beyond her service to hotel guess. After my son experienced a nosebleed due to the dry weather on our first day, Jenny remembered and took the time to personally check on his well-being. Knowing we had a 6:00 AM flight, she even proactively arranged a 'grab-and-go' breakfast for our family of four. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests are remarkable.

First day in Harbin and I'm really happy with this hotel! The front desk staff were super friendly, and the breakfast servers were so warm and welcoming ❤️🔥. It's conveniently located, making getting around a breeze! Facilities: Brand new design style. Hygiene: Very clean, you could literally sit on the floor. Environment: Beautiful views from the high floor. Service: Front desk and breakfast staff were absolutely fantastic! Overall rating: 5 stars!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to both the morning and night markets, as well as several important riverside attractions. Dining and shopping options are also very convenient. The rooms are spacious with a practical layout, and basic amenities were mostly in place. As Heihe's morning market is quite famous, we opted not to have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. However, the cleanliness was not up to par; there were small flying insects in the room, likely coming up from the drain. The service also left much to be desired. Not only did they fail to accommodate our request for a room away from the elevator, but they assigned us a room right by the elevator entrance, citing room type as the reason. Later, we discovered that rooms of our booked type were indeed available further from the elevator. Furthermore, to borrow an umbrella, we had to pay a 50 deposit per umbrella. While it was refunded immediately upon return, it still left a slightly unpleasant feeling for a hotel guest.

Seriously, who gets this lucky?! On my last day in Harbin, I was sent off by a heavy snowfall! 🎬 The video of the snow falling outside the hotel entrance will forever be my most romantic memory of this city. I chose a hotel near the airport for convenience, but unexpectedly, I found so much warmth there. The service from the people of Harbin is truly exceptional – warm, attentive, and welcoming. From the hotel staff to the locals I met on the street, everyone made me feel so welcome. I had an amazing time in Harbin, and this snowfall just added an extra layer of romance to the city. So fulfilling! I'll definitely be back next time! ❤️ I recommend this to anyone who needs to catch a flight.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations on this trip, I just have to praise it! As soon as we arrived, the front desk staff greeted us with big smiles. The check-in process was efficient and smooth, and they even proactively helped us with our luggage and patiently answered all our questions about local attractions. Their warm attitude instantly made us feel incredibly welcome. The room itself was an even bigger surprise. As soon as I opened the door, my eyes lit up. The floors were sparkling clean, the bed was neatly made, and the sheets and duvet covers were fresh and odorless. The bathroom's vanity and toilet were spotless, without a trace of grime, and even the corners were thoroughly cleaned. It was a truly comfortable stay. For us, traveling by car, the parking was the most satisfying aspect. The hotel's own parking lot had plenty of spaces, and there was 24-hour security patrol, making parking convenient and safe. We didn't have to worry about finding a spot at all. What's even more considerate is the hotel's excellent location. It's just a few minutes' walk to nearby attractions, saving us travel time and making it convenient for both sightseeing and trying local delicacies. This stay was absolutely perfect. The next time I visit this area, I'll definitely choose this hotel again!

This hotel is perfectly located near Saint Sophia Cathedral on Central Avenue, right next to Zhaolin Park, making it super convenient for getting around. Stepping into the lobby, you're immediately struck by its unique charm—romantic, chic, and warm! I absolutely loved the decor. The room details were meticulously thought out, showing great care and quality. The toiletries smelled fantastic, and they even provided welcome fruits and drinks in the minibar. Both breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent! What truly made my stay heartwarming was the staff. A very handsome gentleman and a lovely lady at the front desk were incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I had questions, always friendly and gentle in their demeanor. It really speaks volumes about the hotel's human-centric management and the professionalism of its team! This trip to the Northeast was wonderful, and staying at such a delightful hotel was the icing on the cake! Meeting such warm-hearted people made it even more special.

I got my period at night and had a terrible stomachache. I called the front desk to ask if they sold sanitary pads. The young man at the front desk said a staff member would bring them up shortly. A little while later, the staff not only brought sanitary pads but also a cup of brown sugar water. For service to go above and beyond like this, the hotel truly puts its heart into it. I absolutely have to give them a huge thumbs up!

This hotel's location is perfect for family trips, being within a 6 km driving distance of Sun Island, Ice and Snow World, and the Siberian Tiger Park. Although it was peak season during our stay, the hotel managed all arrangements, such as check-in, breakfast, and housekeeping, exceptionally well—everything was perfectly organized. A special shout-out goes to Xiao Jiang and Sunny at the front desk, and Concierge Wang Dequan. Since we had several hours before our flight after check-out, they very kindly arranged access to the hotel's shower facilities and a lounge area at the Executive Club. This greatly convenient our travel plans, and we'd like to express our sincere gratitude for such warm and hospitable service, truly reflecting the kindness of the people of Northeast China.

The hotel's location is excellent and super convenient. It's just a 5-minute walk to St. Sophia Cathedral and also very close to Central Street. Right across the road, there's a popular local market where you can try authentic local delicacies. Although the rooms are not huge, they are clean and hygienic, and the breakfast spread is quite generous. A special shout-out to their service – it was my birthday during our trip, and they went above and beyond by decorating the room and even providing a birthday gift, which was a wonderful surprise! Thank you so much; we'll definitely stay here again on our next trip!

We upgraded our rooms facing Songbei River on the executive floor and it was totally worth it. The river view was amazing and we were able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset view while having a drink and snacks inside. My husband was quite drained from the coldness outside and it was relaxing to sit and view sun island from a vintage point. Thank you Shangri La. They also gave my children an adorable Dongbei Shangri la tiger. A lovely cherry on the top to our stay at the hotel.
