Excellent location, as it was away from the hustle and bustle, but only just around the corner. Exit the front door and turn left or right and you were entering the Harbin experience. Meandering through the streets we found the best sights, food, and shopping, and at the end of the day, all roads easily led us back to this comfortable, easy going accommodation. A bit light on providing the tea bags, but the water pressure was great! The concierge ensured the Didi made the u turn to collect us out front, as they were prone to making us cross the (very difficult) road. Late checkout was awesome, and they looked after our bags as well. We love Harbin!

We stayed here for four nights and everyday, the breakfast buffet seemed different, except for a few staples. There was Jenny 黃艳华 at the breakfast room who was especially friendly and served us food like yoghurt and some special dishes. The food was good and had choices like russian sausages, quo bao rou, salads, fresh fruits, various breads and cakes. We were very full every morning and never had to eat lunch, as breakfast was served until 12noon. I like the Deluxe twin room that we booked. It was spacious and had two separate toilet and baths and closets, perfect for us! The shower was very warm and strong. Everyday, we had enough drinking water that we never had to buy extra. The room had all the amenities that we needed. Perhaps my only complaint is that the room was too warm as the thermostat seemed unadjustable, so we had to open one window. Overall, we had a good sleep every night as no noise from outside can be heard. We requested a higher floor (15th floor). Sometimes we had to wait for the lift as only 3 lifts served the whole hotel. There was a souvenir shop at the lobby and an afternoon tea area. The general location of the hotel was good. A subway station was across the street and Stalin Park and Zhongyang Dajie were both only a short walk away. Along Tongjiang Street was a pharmacy and some restaurants. Hongzhuan Morning Market was just a few blocks away. Taxis can be taken right outside the door. We would like to stay here again.

The hotel is strategically located near Sophia Cathedral, Zhongyang / Central Avenue, Harbin railway station, and Zhonglin Park. There are many shopping centers, restaurants, and attraction nearby. The hotel facility is modern and clean. Staff is polite and very helpful. It also has gym and laundry facility. A perfect choice for family during holiday.

Amazing Stay at Snow Valley Hotel I recently stayed for 2 nights with my friend, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The owner was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome the moment I arrived. You can refresh with some fruit they provided. The room was clean and warm, right next to snow. The serene ambiance made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The owner's very helpful and funny. She's always responded to all my questions and recommended good things. The package ”Wu song ling” was exceptional. Actually, I started my trip to Harbin from the image I found from Snow Town. But I ended up falling in love with little cute village called Snow Valley. Really great experience for me. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and feel like home place. I can’t wait to return!

We booked two family rooms at this hotel and had a mixed experience during our stay. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the hotel’s location is excellent, being close to the main attractions. Additionally, we had couriered some parcels to the hotel before our arrival, and the staff were very helpful in receiving and assisting us when we couldn’t initially locate them. However, our stay was marred by a power shutdown from 11:30 PM to 4 AM on the first night. While there was an announcement posted near the lift, we unfortunately missed it and were not notified directly by the front desk or any staff. This lack of communication caused significant inconvenience during our first night. Overall, the hotel has potential, but better communication with guests about such issues would greatly improve the experience.

Nice hotel! The room was a bit cramped but served its purpose, though keep in mind we did go with the smaller family room. The location was really good though! Close to the metro and Zhongyang St, pretty close to the Songhua River and Sophia Cathedral too. It was freezing cold while we were there but the hotel was always nice and warm and the room even more so as there was also a radiator. Clothing didn’t dry completely so we dried them on the radiator. Sometimes we opened the window for ventilation and some quick cooling. I liked how the toilet was separate from the shower but the shower was pretty cramped. Service was great!! Staff were patient and helpful and always greeted us. Food was pretty good. Highly recommend their hot corn drink. Would recommend for short stays, not long stays.

The location is good near Zhong Yang walking street in Harbin . You can walk around for enjoy the atmosphere at night . The hotel is in Russian style and well decorated . The room has good facilities and good technology. The breakfast room is very beautiful and variety lines of food. We stay with the promotion of free tea set and gift . It’s very impressive!

The rooms were really old，but staff was friendly and supported as much as they can. The staff was very supportive, child friendly and super fast. I was really impressed. The staff at this hotel are very good. Smiling and polite. The beds are super comfortable and the bathroom is quite lovely. The breakfast buffet was better than we thought it would be, catering to westerns as well. French toast with strawberry sauce was a nice surprise. Great coffee. Spa was nice. Just wish in the winter one could go outside to cool off and come back in to the saunas. I am sure in summer the outside part of the spa would make the experience better. A few of the buttons that turn whirl pool effect on in the pool are broken , but besides that we liked it.

A renowned international hotel, everything is superb but the room price in northeast area seems extremely High. I had some issue with my prebooked hotel Haute, so I decided to stay with Ritz to ease my tension. Upon check-in at Ritz, the reception asked me what time is good for cleaning the room, even though I replied 10am, i did not expect they knocked my door right on the clock, this gave me the pressure I have to leave my room for them. Maybe not enough customers in the hotel? Also hotel staff sent me 4 cans of soft drink one evening?? I would be much happy if they could give me a bottle of Kvass, anything belongs to Harbin.

The service of the 毕雪源 was great as she was extremely attentive to our needs and was following up on helping us a lot during our stay. We would like to specially complement her for dedicated services.

No need doubt this hotel. Service was fantastic. Wanted to give special thanks to the Room service lady and the cafe restaurant manager who was on duty for that 2 days. Cleaner was so helpful very fast in cleaning and replenishing stuff although we are resting in the room. One of my child is sick, request from hotel restaurant to pack some light food for the child he would gladly support. High floor with nice view! Money well spent. 😅

The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable. The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less. The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers. Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry. Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

ทำเลที่ตั้ง เดินเพียงไม่ถึง 200 เมตรก็ถึงน้ำตก ที่กลายเป็นน้ำแข็ง และภายในนั้นก็มีลานกิจกรรมให้เล่นเราพักที่นี่ก็เลยเล่นฟรีแล้วก็ไปถ่ายรูปน้ำแข็งได้ทั้งตอนเย็นตอนกลางคืน เราเล่นสาดน้ำได้หลายรอบมาก ที่นี่ให้ความรู้สึกเหมือนมาเยี่ยมญาติ เหมือนญาติมาเจอกันคุยกันสนุก ทุกคนที่นี่น่ารัก น้องสาวพาขึ้นไปเล่นบนภูเขา เขาดูแลเราตลอด และยังมีเซอร์ไพรส์วันเกิดซึ่งคุณพ่อของเขาขับรถไปซื้อเค้กให้ในเมือง อาหารที่นี่อร่อยโดยเฉพาะชาบู ที่นี่มีชุด สไตล์สาวจีนให้ใส่ถ่ายรูป และยังมีชุดฮันบกให้ด้วยนะคะ ตอนกลางคืนบรรยากาศจะเงียบสงบนอนหลับสบาย บรรยากาศจะไม่เหมือนสโนว์ทาวน์ที่คนจะพลุกพล่าน ให้ฟิวแบบโฮมสเตย์ เราไปเจอครอบครัวต้าวอ้วนแก้มแดงน่ารักมาก

The front desk service is not so good, even I reached and checked out also no one to service. This is a 5-star hotel, but service at 1 star only. The rest so far OK.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Though comparable with most of my experiences with hotels at about this price point, the service was excellent and amenities were pretty decked out not to mention the pretty reasonably priced room service foods. During my stay, I got an upgrade to a suite from a king bed because they were out, so I was really happy they did that, room service was also good although the staff didn’t speak good English, I still ordered with no problem. The room itself was spacious, decked out with amazing decor and amenities. The room was spacious (because of the upgrade) and pretty new with exceptions as the TV which is understandable.

雪鄉很美，酒店也很不錯，在都是炕的雪鄉找到一家有床的真是不容易，哈哈～酒店工作人員特別熱情，來接我們，還送我們去遊客服務中心～小朋友拿着酒店借的雪橇度過了美好的時光～對了酒店一樓的飯館也很好吃，我們點了幾個菜味道都很好，還有鐵鍋燉串串香各種好吃的

週末突發奇想從哈爾濱坐車來到邊城綏芬河，想去看看國門。看他家評價頗好，於是選擇了這家酒店。實際住下來，果真不錯。酒店在商場樓上，8樓到16樓，樓層高所以晚上很安靜，設施雖然有點舊但都好使且乾淨，住着很舒服！周邊很熱鬧，離中東建築羣很近，走路距離！酒店入住的的都是俄羅斯人，很帶感！

路途將近十天 這是住的最不滿意的酒店 本來選的時候看到是綏芬河算相對很好的酒店了 價格也不算非常便宜 以為衞生條件和服務能相對好一些 但真的沒有 1.辦理入住的時候因為是陪同父母一起希望安排在同一樓層 預訂的時候也有備註這些要求 到了以後同層沒有房間前台人員説幫我們調一個 我説可以 但是住上才發現父母的是比預訂的房間等級小一些的 我覺得為了在同一樓層我可以接受 但是你調換的時候是不是應該告知我一聲呢 畢竟預訂房間的費用是不一樣的 2.進去以後洗手就看到洗手池上方的一大片發黴的跡象 這個不是節假日期間忙不忙沒注意的結果 這個一看就是長時間造成的 其實非常簡單買個除黴噴霧擦一下就能好很多 而不是這樣完全不處理啊很影響入住的體驗 3.洗澡間的門縫裡有煙頭 下水堵塞 完全不下水 根本沒法長時間洗澡 這個根本就是打掃的時候完全沒有當回事 您們酒店既然有這麼多房間都能預訂那就應該保證滿員的情況下也不會影響第二天入住顧客的體驗對嗎 還有上一個顧客用過剩了一半的衞生紙紙邊兒都濕了也沒有換直接給我放在那讓我接着用 氣得忘了拍照 總之非常非常非常不滿意的一次入住體驗

整體入住體驗很好。酒店位置方便，出行無論是公交還是打車都很便捷。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，日常所需都能滿足。服務人員態度親切，辦理入住和退房手續都很迅速。餐廳的食物味道不錯，早餐能提供多種選擇。總體來説，性價比很高，值得推薦。

服務員態度好踏入這家旅店，宛如踏入了塵世中的桃源。室內裝潢精巧，似有“精雕細琢出瓊樓”之匠心；器物擺放規整，盡顯“窗明幾凈無纖塵”的細緻。店主熱忱好客，每有問詢，皆答之甚詳，仿若舊友重逢，親厚非常。晨起見霞光透紗，暮歸聞微風拂簾。此間住宿，不獨為歇腳之處，實為心靈歸所，可忘憂煩，可品安寧，實乃上佳之選。

設施：好 延遲退房至14:00:好 一次性毛巾&浴巾套裝:好 衞生：好 環境：好 服務：好 這次入住體驗真的非常棒！酒店的環境非常優雅，大堂寬敞明亮，給人一種温馨舒適的感覺。房間佈置得非常精緻，床品柔軟舒適，睡得很香。衞生條件也無可挑剔，整個房間一塵不染，浴室乾淨整潔，設施齊全。工作人員的服務態度特別友好，從入住到退房都讓人感到賓至如歸。早餐種類豐富，味道也很不錯，尤其是現煮的咖啡，香氣撲鼻。酒店的位置也很方便，周邊有很多餐廳和景點，出行非常便捷。總之，這次入住體驗非常滿意，強烈推薦給大家，下次來一定還會選擇這裏！
