BIG4 Tweed Billabong Holiday Park

Absolutely incredible all round, staff are beyond amazing (irreplaceable they are)was made feel so welcome right from check in to every time we had to ask them questions or hire things or for directions! Facilities are super clean and fresh! Water park is a day spender with go- cart hire and sup board hire you don’t need to leave! Best place to stay! Will definitely be comming back! Thank you T**** Billabong holiday park for and unforgettable holiday!

Couldn’t ask for better staff they were all so friendly and helpful facilities and there were so many activities for the kids the Camp grounds were clean and well maintained kids didn’t want to leave will definitely be going back and also staying at other big 4 campgrounds

We had a family holiday in BIG4 T**** Billabong Holiday Park. We stayed in the Greenmount Villa. A large spacious cabin for 6 adults and a toddler. We found the cabin clean, beds were comfortable. The cooking facilities were more than adequate to meet our needs. We had our own back yard and able to have a gate that closed that made it safe for the toddler to run around in. The water facilities were great and enjoyed by adults and well as the young toddler. There were other activities offered in the park to keep you occupied. The walk around the park going to the various activity areas was nice. The park also had extra activities as movie night at the pool and activities for children. Staff were very friendly. The family had a very positive experience and would recommend a holiday at BIG 4 T**** Billabong Holiday Park.

The cabins were beautifully decorated, very modern, was light and clean,perfect space for family and friends to get together. Wireless charging available for your devices. Cannot recommend this BiG 4 enough. The drive home was the quietest - the kids had a blast, so much activities for all ages.

Amazing camp kitchen! The grounds and facilities lovely and clean. Staff very helpful. Choice of two pool areas. Kids club for a small fee. . Close to local shops and river. Some road traffic noise.

Stayed in the new Duranbah cabins - extremely clean and spacious for 6 people (would struggle with 8) but missing some amentities which would have bettered the experience! - clock - paper towels/tissue box - salt and pepper rather than hundreds of biscuits! - full length mirror - tables fit 8 people however couch/living space barely fits 4 park activities were fantastic and would recommend for families!

Great family caravan park. The amenities are clean and modern. Heaps of entertainment for the kids. We felt the kids were safe enough to be on their own in the park, to scoot or fish at the Billabong. The park is well maintained with friendly staff. The kids club activities were a highlight for our children. We were there during school holidays so it was busy but that wasn’t an issue. I highly recommend this caravan park. The only thing to be mindful of is the noise from the airplanes taking off and landing at the nearby Coolangatta airport.

Very high standards delivered at T**** Billabong Big4. Great arrival smile and info, we were early so they took my number & called when our Cabarita Cabin was ready. Nice welcome note with lollies in the cabin which was very clean and had all equipment needed for our weekend stay including a capsual coffee machine, nice touch. Beds were high quality & triple sheeted so they look 5star, Camp kitchen was better equipped that a restaurant commercial kitchen and thoroughly cleaned each morning. Outdoor & indoor seating at the camp kitchen is plentiful and kept clean between users. Facilities are brilliant, from the 3storey kids tree house next to the camp kitchen so dads can keep en eye on junior while cooking dinner, to the actual tidal Billabong with Canoos & SPB, water slide park, heated pool and even a dive-in movie on Sat night at the pool. I have stayed in KAO Parks across USA and T**** Billabong is better than the yankee 5star versions!

Great park! So much on offer for the kids! The park was very tidy and staff are always going round cleaning which is awsome! The amenities are the best ive ever seen. So spacious, modern and clean! The camp kitchen, wow!! Its AMAZING. Has everything you need. Defiantly a park worth visiting for sure!
