I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice. Afternoon tea was also included in the price, I tried once and it was really nice. Location is very good in my opinion to visit the city. They gave me a room on the top floor with the view on the main park of the city and I really liked it. Room was beautiful, spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable. One of the curtains could let pass a bit of light in the morning but it was not an issue for me. There was also a very light noise that I guess was the ventilation system but it didn't disturbed me. Staff was very kind and helpful. At the reception they could speak english. I would like to thank all of them, and especially Maria who was very nice with me, she gave me a map of the city with a guidebook in english and also some suggestions about places to see...I really appreciated it. On the last day I could leave my bags at the reception while visiting the city. They arranged for me a taxi to go to the airport. Comfortable car and good price. I tried also the restaurant on the top floor. The place itself was beautiful (as also the other areas of the hotel I could see) and food was good and also the price I think it was good, considering the quality and amount of the food and the location. Unfortunately I didn't have enough time to try the wellness area. I don't know the average prices for hotel in Tyumen, but I think that in my opinion the price was good. In general I am happy I chose this hotel

За свою стоимость не плохой отель, находится в центре. Как уже наверное все знают лифт не работает, не стоит ехать в отель и ожидать что внезапно он заработает, придётся пешком подниматься на 5 этаж. Номера конечно немного уставшие, но стоимость это оправдывает. Данный отель хорош до стоимости 3500 за номер. Завтраки брать как видно из отзывов не стоит, в округе полно мест для перекуса. У отеля очень удобное расположение. Все находится очень близко. Номер немного уставший, но все необходимое в номере есть, кулер с водой в коридоре. Администраторы стараются и очень позитивно относятся к гостям и выполняют прихоти. Так же в отеле имеется своя парковка что тоже не маловажно. В общем приятно было прожить в отеле 2 ночи. Если вы хотите бронировать данный отель учитывайте минусы, если для вас это приемлемо то бронируйте, но не стоит бронировать выше 3500 за сутки. Плохо что у отеля нет большой и видной вывески, приходилось созваниваться с отелем и уточнять где находится вход в отель.

Замечательный цивилизованный сетевой отель, в котором все, как надо. Отличный комфортный стильный номер. Вежливый персонал. Красиво украшенное лобби. Стандартный, но вполне достойный выбор блюд и напитков на завтраке. Расположение отеля - отличное! Рядом магазины, площадь, Собор. Мы приехали на выходные в новый город, и я очень довольна выбором отеля.

Всегда останавливаюсь в Евразии, когда нахожусь в Тюмени, никогда не было нареканий, до последнего своего проживания. Решила забронировать номер, чтобы остановиться с мамой перед ее днем Рождения (мы вылетали в отпуск, надо было набраться сил перед вылетом). Номер был ужасно душный, дышать было просто невозможно, кондиционер не работал и нам предложили просто выключить батареи (к слову, это вообще ничего не поменяло). Полотенца были несвежие, с яркими грязными пятнами!!! Впервые сталкиваюсь с таким вообще, особенно в бизнес-отеле, так позиционирующим себя и устанавливающим далеко не умеренные цены на проживание. Самое главное - мы абсолютно не выспались, были разбиты на следующий день и естественно уезжали с испорченным настроением. Мама зареклась никогда в жизни больше сюда не селиться, а я просто разочарована, что такой номер можно было дать постоянным постояльцам, да еще и в день рождения. Рецепшн предложил при выезде зефир и бутылку шампанского как комплимент, но естественно, мы его не взяли - торопились на рейс (зачем вообще это делать при выезде?). Теперь, наверное, буду пересматривать свое проживание в этом отеле и рекомендации для друзей. Ужасно.
