Rooms were spacious and the employees were friendly …food was good too..the hotel is located in a very good location

The overall experience was excellent. Stayed in a room with jharokha, room size was big though the bathroom size was comparatively small. However overall we enjoyed our stay. Food is good as well.

Location is within city, close to bharatiya look kala museum, neat room & friendly staff, car parking had to be managed in the road outside the hotel.

Honestly there were cockraoches. The bedsheet was dirty but washed and the room service was good. We asked the hotel manager to book for second night so he previously replied yes that he will booked then suddenly at mid night he stated there won't be room available for booking. So the problem was that why did he previously replied yes. Also the main important thing is the desk receptionist was a male and was very inattentive to us or guest. We kept standing for 1 minute and still he did not greet us. Inf-act we greeted him which we didn't like at all.

My recent stay at hotel was not so good, in stay of 4 days they asked to change us room frequently (4 days 4 rooms) which was irritating and waste of time. In 2 rooms tap water was giving electric shock when touched and ac also not working cosmo restaurant of hotel was terrible. We were with our 14 months old baby and we already confirmed with hotel that we want facility of boiling milk from restaurant which they agreed while booking and afterwards refused, they asked to purchase it from restaurant which was rs. 74- for one small glass they were not agree to boil milk which is not from their restaurant

It was way overpriced and the room was small. The hotel manager charged me extra for early check-in even though a lot of rooms was available.

Good property with very cooperative staff. Nice location close to all sight seeing spots. Rooftop resturant was the main attraction. The manager mr anand was also very supportive in all matters overall a very nice experience.
