Also would like to thank Vishwajit (resrvations), Rajbeer (Front office), Umed Singh, ajit Choudhary, nitin, Su*** n Kelashi for a lovely service at the Foodies Restaurant. The Restaurant Served yummy veg n non veg dishes in medium priced. Must try murg Malai tikka, veg grill sandwich, any thing u like in veg is all yum yum.. Family with toddlers can relax n eat in restaurant as staff is very sweet with kids n help in keeping them busy.. Keep up the superb work.. keep rocking ahead..

As a corporate guest, my experience at Turban Valley View Resort was delightful from start to finish. The traditional welcome set the tone for a truly memorable stay. I especially appreciated the effort put into keeping the dining options updated with delicious meals for lunch, dinner, breakfast, and high tea. However, I would suggest expanding the variety of food items to further enhance the dining experience. My team members and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at the resort, Thank you to the staff for their excellent service and attention to detail.

The staff was very kind and courteous overall very nice special mention diksha and rajvir and Rakesh at the front both were very polite and helped us in every possible way all the amenities were great though The food was nice and good Overall excellent stay Thankyou for kind stay

We liked it a lot, we will always choose this resort for our future visit to Udaipur. The food was superb, the room was clean, Hygiene was maintained. Staff was very helpful, and the service and the behaviour of every working person there was tremendous. Pool, Food, Music System......very very👌 Good..👍👍👍👍👍

Moreover, the resort features top-notch spa facilities, an energetic dance and game zone, and a charming cafe, making it the perfect destination for a revitalizing escape.

Good experience at the dining hall, Foodie. Jeevan of the staff was exceptional. Only our first night so far but the place is comfortable. Construction happening within the hotel at the time of our stay for renovations but our room was fine except for the lingering smell of paint.

Issue 1 Was staying at the hotel for 6 days 5 nights On the 2nd day a very foul smell was coming form the water in my bath room basin and shower. where is smelt like swage water was getting mixed with clean water. When informed front office staff, about the same .Explaining that I was not possible for me to shower in the contaminated water or brush my teeth. The person disregarded what I was trying to explain to him by very derogatory hand gestures and that no other guest had this complain and may be the issue was me. He took my room number and said he would look into the issue. The issue was not fixed so i reminded the reception about the same on the 3 rd and 4th day. On the fourth day I ***aged to take reception staff with engineering and maintenance to my room to show them the issue in my bath room. I was told that there was no smell and once again informed that the issue was with me as no other guest was complaining about the same.And that If I have an issue with the water I should get it tested for my satisfaction from a lab. On the 4th evening after I return back to my room the issue was still not fixed so I requested the reception for 4 bottles of 500ml water which I wanted to use to wash my face and brush my teeth which was not given. when I went to lobby 2 hours later I met the hotel ***ager and explained to him my experience. Thats when he came with his team and checked the water and he and his team confirmed that a terrible smell was coming from the water . Issue still not fixed . 04 bottle of water finally arrived 4 hours later and I ***aged to wash my face and clean up Issue 2 When I entered the restaurant for breakfast on the 4th day I requested the staff for a fried egg.He informed me that the egg would take 15 mins to arrive as it was a busy kitchen. I told him that was absolutely fine and not a problem at all. After 20 mins i asked him about my egg order as it had still not arrived .He returned 5 mins later and informed me the the egg had just been removed from the water and that my order will be ready in 5 mins . I asked him why was the egg in water when I asking for fried eggs. The staff replied to me stating in hindi ‘Every Chef ask there own style of making fried eggs and that I should let the chef do his job ‘. finally my order arrived after 30 mins where i was given 2 boiled eggs which were then Fried. The issue was conveyed to the hotel ***ager and Executive Chef with picture.
