Food is very good staff is very cooperative and bhagyashree and Ankita is also so good and bhagyashree help us more to show about hotel and ambience is also nice And there are more option for baby food that I really like this and food taste is amazing

I have stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. I am extremely happy with the service and very testy food. I have taken breakfast and dinner for all 3 days and everyday menu was different and tasty. Chef Manish specially preparedmy favrouit tikka apart form the buffet menu. All hotel staff are very kind and helpful. I would yave given 6 out of 5 if possible. Keep it up this excellent service.

I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with good service and amenities. The room had modern furnishings, a cozy bed, and excellent lighting. Breakfast had a good variety of options, everything was fresh, and the staff was attentive, ensuring that the buffet was always replenished. Other amenities included free Wi-Fi and a swimming pool. I particularly appreciated the pool area—it was clean, well-kept, and a great spot to relax after a day of exploring. You can have a great view of the city from the pool area as it is on the 9th floor. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

The entire experience was strictly average. Taj is promoting this hotel as a 'Palace Experience', but anyone who has stayed at any of the other palace properties like Taj Lake Palace, Taj Falaknuma Palace etc would think otherwise. Property - Its a beautiful property. Well maintained. The views by the lake are stunning. Room - The room allocated to us was again very good and tastefully done. However the chocolates placed in the room as a part of turndown were of extremely poor quality. Felt like a local compound chocolate which was just shaped into the logo of the hotel, & placed in the room. Pool - The location of the pool is scenic however there are no pool attendants. Not sure why. We visited in the evening and seems like we were lucky as we picked up the last remaining towels for ourselves. Food at the The sunset terrace - Average. Although the servers and the chef did check with us for meal experience, we did not have much to say to them as we personally felt that nothing more could be done to what was already served. Breakfast - As we were checking out early, the team was kind enough to arrange for a packed breakfast for us. This was nicely done. Some of the staff is warm & welcoming, some of them not so. Overall, I was expecting a wow experience considering it to be a palace property however it felt short of my expectations. Nobody from the hotel engaged with us properly to understand our needs / expectations etc. Would recommend people to pay a little extra (if in their budget) and upgrade to Taj Lake Palace, Udaipur for a Palace Experience.

We booked two rooms at the hotel for 3 nights and 4 days to celebrate my mothers 80th birthday. We could not have asked for more - every day the staff made it special for my mother from the moment she walked into the hotel till she left to come home. My mum said that this was her best birthday ever. There were small thoughtful surprises always left in the room for her and for us as well. There were suprises at breakfast and dinner. It was always so thoughtful and so wonderful in everyway. Although the hotel is absolutely beautiful, it is the staff that make the hotel one of the best in the world. Our butler was Gunwant - from the first day itself he was constantly looking after my parents as if they were his own. Always giving his hand to my mum to climb the steps or to help her to the room or to see that she was comfortable at every step of the way. He would check on my parents at breakfast and no task was too small or too big for him. I will never forget Gunwant and I hope that he remains with the Taj always. He is a credit to the institution. Muskan like her name was always smiling and was also so caring with my parents. She was always there at breakfast to recommend things for them to eat, never making them feel anxious at closing time and spoiling them. She was wonderful in deciding what we ate for my mums birthday dinner and she made it so special. Everything she told us to order was perfect and delicous. Prem Singh was extremely caring as well and he in particular arranged my mums cake cutting to be done near the Ganesha statue and got the table decorated with lovely fruits and cookies and the best dark chocolate cake ever. We have the best memories of cutting the cake and my mum feeling so special. Thank you thank you thank you thank you to everyone at the Taj for making us feel special and making my mums 80th birthday one of the most memorable events! I will never forget the kindness and hospitality.

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Le personnel de réception est très gentil et réactif. Nous avons eu un problème avec la réservation du site Trip.com et les réceptionnistes nous ont beaucoup aidé et ils ont trouvé une solution. Ils nous ont aussi conseillé pour les réservations de taxis et de visite de la ville. L'hôtel est très bien décoré. Il s'agit d'une ancienne école de miniatures, nous avons pu visiter et prendre des photos, c'est magnifique. Le restaurant n'est pas très confortable et le mobilier du restaurant a besoin d'être changé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
