The stay was really good. Spacious rooms facing the beautiful lake. Quality room service and house keeping with experienced staff. Only one major drawback is location. If you follow the google map it will take you through the interior, rough roads with an extra 30 km journey. No where after the udepur highway you will see a direction board from the hotel.

The best think about this hotel is it’s location, every tourist place is at walking distance from this hotel, super clean hotel, newly constructed, staff is very welcoming, my experience was wonderful they upgraded my hotel room from standard to delux without asking for that (depends on availability, they even provided two wheelers for sightseeing and gives you local insight, must visited place

У меня была green room. Комната была просторная со всеми удобствами. В ванной почему-то стоял запах мочи. В одну из ночей я совсем не спала, потому что кто-то кричал до трех часов ночи, скорей всего это был персонал отеля, они что-то отмечали. Покататься у них на лошади это платная услуга. Завтрак был неплохой, можно заказать омлет. Местоположение отеля на окраине города у озера, удобно только для тех, у кого есть машина. В целом отель неплохой, но из-за той бессонной ночи с криками персонала, отношение к отелю испортилось.

5. Clean and spacious property. The staff very responsive, helpful and friendly. The rooms are very spacious, neat and clean. The food is sumptuous and served with personal touch. The bonfire in the lawn at night was wonderful. Overall an excellent experience!

Facilities were really good
Food was wholesome, when we ordered a dish, several snacks, salad etc were offered in addition to the entree

PPengguna TetamuRight in the middle of lake with beautifully decorated rooms with marble. Big lavish bathroom with huge tub and shower. We were upgraded to historical heritage suit with attractive lake facing royal sitting arrangement.common areas were befitting to a palace and the staff was highly trained. At night lobby level verandah as well as terraces just gave extraordinary view of the lake and building of the city.food was just superb.only shortcoming was that the AC was not adjusted enough for low temperature and it is a shame for such beautiful high cost hotel that we were advised to keep the fan on.

PPengguna TetamuBeautiful hotel. However we asked the guy in dinning to check if our room have dinner. He said yes and asked us to come 7:30pm for dinner. While we were eating other staff asked the guy what is their room number. We overhead that the guy (can’t remember his name) said let them eat since they have already started. He ignored us because he knew that he gave us wrong information. We appreciated for nice dinner and left but one of staff ran (Meena)to us at pool area and asked as to sign the invoice. We asked why when the guy said we can eat after checking our room number. She said it’s for our record. However when I checked out staff member Ohi asked us to pay 3098 Inr. We were getting late as our transport was waiting. We didn’t fuss about it and paid it because we are not clear on our checkout.
I just want the hotel to refund this cost because it’s not our mistake.

EEllie JayneThe rooms were very clean and well kept. It has a nice modern interior and atmosphere is really nice.
Service on the whole was good. On the rooftop, it was a little slow at times but very friendly and welcoming.
The location wasn’t too great for tourists. The main sights were quite a few kilometres away and it wasn’t particularly easy to get a rickshaw that didn’t want to overcharge you. Had to pay higher Uber prices to get around without hassle.

SSukhArriving at the hotel was alittle challenging as the inner roads towards Lake Pichola hotel were small & narrow. We had to transfer from our car to an auto to reach the hotel. But on the whole our experience at Lake Pichola was a wonderful one. The staff and front desk were all very warm & welcoming. They were helpful & attended to our enquiries quickly. Loved the evening boat ride on the lake viewing the sunset.
Will definitely go back again

We had couple of issues:
1. On numerous occasions the hotel didn't answer their phone, or will answer and hung up with saying anything.
2. Our stay was prepaid but the hotel claimed it wasn't and was asked to pay again. Ongoing dispute to claim this back.

HHardik SiddhpuraIf you have selected the places based on the pictures then be ready to be a bit disappointed, lower your expectations a bit the place is cheaper compared to others and that is what you will get at the price.
You have to pay for the whole stay upfront and you cannot modify later
Trip com will have no power over the modification they will be of no help trust me I tried :)
The location is 4 km away from old city which is where you will be travelling for the roof top restaurant, temples, museum and the spots of interests.
The cleanliness in the place is alright its an old place all in all it was an average stay nothing that will really please you but nothing that will make you feel upset atleast that was in our case we saw a few upset customers so I guess we lucked out on a better room comparatively.
The skydeck roof restaurant ***** with the hotel is below par to say the least the place needs more cleanliness and follow some hygiene protocols (it was lacking to be honest) again the place is nothing like you will see in the pictures even the swimming pool is something you will never use it not safe or clean it's just a big make shift well to be put precisely.
The staff and reception were polite, well behaved and helpful. Thank you for that plus.
