Even when we were slow and sluggish, you didn't rush us and we had a comfortable stay right up until check-out. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity!

I wanted a bottled water in the room. Even though it's in front of the station, parking is expensive at 500 yen in Ueda. Breakfast was advertised as 1500 yen, but it actually cost 1800 yen. The internet is poorly maintained.

I stayed here for two days and one night! It was a very convenient hotel, about a five-minute walk from the station and close to tourist attractions! I think it's a good hotel for business trips or those who want to take their time strolling around the city!

The location is perfect for sightseeing in Ueda City via the Shinkansen. I had sushi in Toyama the night before and checked in just after 8pm. There was a welcome drink (until 10pm) in the lobby, so I had some coffee, and then relaxed in the large public bath to warm myself up. There was tea and coffee in the room, but it would have been nice to have coffee. The breakfast buffet was the kind of hospitality you would expect from Shinshu, with sauteed mushrooms, oyaki, soba noodles, pickled Nozawana, chicken meatballs, and wasabi tsukudani, all of which were delicious.

It was quiet and clean. The hotel also handled my requests well, and the hotel restaurant takeout service was really useful in a busy situation. The amenities were better than expected, and the dryer worked well. I would visit again.

The hotel facilities are good, the rooms are big enough, the public bath is good, will change next time I come
