Hotel dengan Pengambilan dari hotel di Ujung Pandang

I don’t know what to say cuz I am thinking to say about the good things. the most I hate in this hotel is the wifi, it’s super poor. You need to log in with the username and password that was given by the receptionist. And then when I am connecting the wifi in my room, oh God this is disaster. So well, I am using roaming in Indonesia and my roaming went smoothly then the wifi. I even can’t open google. Or refresh my instagram. It’s super super slow. I need to go to the lobby if I wanted to use the wifi since my roaming has limited access too. And the bathroom is just too small but its unique the concept like in the airplane. The only thing I like in this hotel is the location and the reception is super friendly, and there are many options for breakfast but mostly for Indonesian traditional foods.

Stayed there for almost a week and had a wonderful experience. I arrived on Sunday morning around 9 and fully aware that the early check-in is subject to availability. So I decided to take stroll around the beach but suprisingly after only 1 hour staff informed that room is ready. Ananda and Irma at the front desk were really helpful as I just had 12hrs bus trip from Soroako. Breakfast was good, not much western option, fried rice was dry on the first day, but the salad was nice. Thumbs up to kind chef Ridho whom I found out was a trainee. Keep up the good work! Thanks also to Dwi for helping me out during checkout to name those excellent staff. Some feedback tho, the elevator was really annoying. If you wanna go down, elevator will often stop by some floor without any passenger. That happens because there we 2 sides of elevator with 2 separate buttons in every floor, people will press both and see which elevator comes first. One morning I had to stop by 11, 8, 5 but no one there. Another one, the hairdyer in my room only work for 1 minute. I had to wait for another few minutes for it to work again. Nevertheless, again, I had a memorable experience. The room was amazing, so was the view. Hope to come back soon.

My husband and I was very happy during our stay at Aston Hotel Makassar, so comfortable, very clean, staff are really friendly, polite, honest and the hotel is safe! I’ll give 10 out of 10, mean very recommended 👌 Breakfast was delicious, we’re really enjoying it as specially Andre always made it something special; we had Jamu every morning, Moringa vegetable soup and much more! Semua staff hotel ramah, pokoknya rekomended ..apa lagi jaraknya dengan pantai losari..sangat dekat.

The room is good. Facilities is normally working. Strategic location. Staff serve well, friendly and very kind. Unfortunately the covid-19 health protocol is still poorly implemented, such as using a thermo-gun. But I don’t find trash can in the room but bathroom only.

I was happy because i can stay at Horison Ultima Makassar, the place is near from the city, i had a nice room, but i think the air conditioner must be repaired. Staff has good hospitality, good job for reservation staff because so easy to have a continue room for the next day & pool attendant they was helpfully. Thank you for hk attendant, i forgot the name (he is fat) but he was so kindly to clean my room. Thank you horison ultima makassar, i will stay to you again.

the hotel room was just ok, considering the room rate is very affordable. the staff is very welcoming, they have a lunch box that is displayed in the lobby, food was excellent and looked so tempting. the only thing they should improve is the cleanliness of the swimming pool. The pool looked so dirty, and I wondered why they don't clean as they are aware there are so many family guests were staying in this property.

This is a very nice 3 stars hotels in makassar , Menu breakfast was good and completed for 3 stars hotel. So enjoy to stay here with warm welcome by all staff i ever met. Wifi good enough at my room.Location very strategic Thanks for good services

first visit to this country. servis good. the location good near all facilities like mosque, shop, restaurant. but the cleanliness poor. the floor in room likely dusty. toilet pump poor. no water heater in toilet. all so far so good. I hope the management can fix all the weaknesses slowly at the same time ASAP.
