Hotel Lima dengan Gim

This is not a 5 star hotel experience. Clearly the rooms need some modernisation. There is for example only fans and no temperature control air con. Our bedroom only had one bedside table. When we changed rooms things didn’t work and we had to get them fixed. However staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable and there was a good sized wardrobe and shower. We had lounge access which was a much smaller area than we are used to and served a very limited food and beverage selection, however Oscar was a great host and did everything possible to make our experience better. We went to the gym but a lot of the equipment was faulty. It is limited but one treadmill out of the three had a non functioning ramp. All of the cross trainers were not working properly. We also had a meal in the restaurant which was average but again friendly staff. Thank you also to Clara who realised our experience had not been great.

We stayed here as a family for 2 nights. We decided on this hotel as I have family a few blocks away we wanted to visit without having to hop onto an Uber. The hotel is very clean, the furnishings were in great condition and the bed was super comfortable with quality linens and pillows. Breakfast was ample and they even kindly made us our breakfast to go on our last morning as we headed out to the airport at 4:30 AM. Kind people working at the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel in San Borja for visitors that need to be in the area.

The worst hotel we stayed at Lima, the front desk people did not know what they were doing and also did not help at all, I had to go back 3 times because my door key did not work and the lady say “I will send someone to help, you don’t know how to used it” at the end the guy who she send took me that the key was not program right. I ask for where can I get some dinner and they toll me that they did not know. The next night we walk to the hotel bar, a guy a the door didn’t let us in because they had a private party. We seat at a mini lounge area to get some drinks - or it was what we wanted but we waited over 45 minutes and ask the waiter if we could order and he tolled us “my shift is ending but I will send someone else” we waited 30 minutes more and no one showed up. We ask the front desk if there was a place where we can go and get some drinks to what they told us that we could take a taxi to Washington Park.

Stay away as long they are renovating. Noise during the day is making to have a meeting at this hotel impossible! Rooms are ok, but there are betters just around the corner. La Vista restaurant is very slow and cannot comply with a schedule for food during a meeting! Disappointing hotel for the price they charge even when renovating!

PERFECT IN EVERY-WAY!!! Had the most wonderful time. I stayed a total of 4 nights. The location is excellent, very close to most of my family members. Loved the breakfast choices. Has the best restaurants right across the street: Shi-Nua, Anima e Cuore, Osso. Also, Astrid & Gastón 2 blocks away. The hotel has 5 star service. The room was very comfortable and clean. Had a massage at the Spa, just what I needed. The workout area was spotless and had the newest of machines. Diego Salas, one of the bellmen was extra helpful, in different occasions he went out of his way to accommodate me. The last day I had a chance to briefly meet the Regional General Manager, Mr. Frank Spielvogel, what a pleasure, no wonder the hotel has so high standards.

I stayed at NM Lima for only two days before my trip back home. I rolled my ankle in Cusco and needed wheelchair accommodation to get into the hotel. The hotel arranged for a car service from the airport to the hotel and provided a wheelchair when I got to the hotel. The staff was very patient, kind and understanding. The hotel has a wheelchair accessibility which was a bonus. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel seems to be situated in a great location. I wish I had more time to explore the area; maybe next time.

Stayed for 4 nights for business, staying on the executive floor (thank you for the courtesy upgrade) we were able to enjoy all that was available on offer at the Hotel. The mornings usually started at the gym, where if there was any gripe it was that all the treadmills had some minor issue which meant I used the bike for my routine instead. Overall though the gym had plenty of equipment and space to perform my morning routines happily. Breakfast was usually downstairs in the main restaurant. The breakfast options were plenty and the staff was always attentive and friendly. As it was a short and hectic business visit we used the executive lounge and the restaurant extensively. The food options from the restaurant were plenty and we enjoyed this both for lunch and dinner on multiple occasions and each time the food was delicious. The staff at the executive lounge and concierge (Rodrigo/Jorge) were fabulous. The restaurant team was also wonderful especially Fabiola and Eduardo though the whole team deserve recognition for their attentive and welcoming styles. Very nice hotel in a nice part of Lima, rooms are very big and spacious, with a small kitchenette and a fridge, beds are big and comfortable,nice bathroom, breakfast was varied and tasty, very friendly and helpful staff at the reception, definitely a nice place to stay
