The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Batu. Will be back to this place soon..!!!

Service was great, room was spacious and clean. Reception always tried to help and was very welcoming. Just the fact they say on their page that there is a spa but in reality the massage has to take place in your room was a bit surprising.

Hotel is undergoing renovation. So for the time being there is no front office and lobby . I try to make early check in , but no excuse. I am just thinking maybe , they will give us some excuses due to renovation process . Anyway , we are allowed to check in around 13pm local time . And its okay too.

They have connecting rooms, their staff are super friendly and helpful, you can easily walk to the beach and lots of good restaurants around, it's so perfect for family

Location is startegic, there are many restaurant nearby and closed to pantai losari. Breakfast is tasty. Room n facility is good

Booked this and stayed with my parents in separate rooms. Everything was good, as per my expectation of a favehotel. Rooms were big, clean and spacious. We also had a view of the sea. Would stay again if I visit next time.
