Our overall stay exceeded expectations! The hotel is conveniently located, and the service from the front desk and room service was excellent and prompt. Our room was spotless with no odd smells. The tea set and lounge chairs were a thoughtful touch, and the bed was very comfortable. The soundproofing was fantastic – we couldn't hear any noise from the hallway.

The hotel's service was incredibly attentive. Before my arrival, Yuhara proactively reached out to prepare the room by cooling it down and even sent photos so I could get a preview. The room itself was clean and spacious, with good soundproofing. The overall environment was quiet and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. My entire stay was excellent, and I highly recommend it.

During my stay, I suddenly felt unwell due to consuming cold food the morning before. I developed a fever, felt weak and fatigued. Being alone in a new city, feeling sick, and physically and mentally exhausted, I felt incredibly helpless. Just when I was feeling unwell and at a loss, I called the front desk to ask for brown sugar and explained my situation. Peipei, the staff member, noticed my unusual state and proactively approached me with gentle concern, patiently asking about my health. Her entire demeanor was gentle and meticulous, making me feel incredibly at ease. Upon learning that I had a fever, felt weak, and had an upset stomach, Peipei didn't hesitate. She promptly and thoughtfully brought me appropriate medicine, fresh fruit, and specially prepared brown sugar, taking meticulous care of my health. She considered that my discomfort was caused by cold food, and thoughtfully prepared warming brown sugar to help regulate my body, alleviating my pain and discomfort with her attentive actions. Though it's an ordinary position, she possesses the warmest heart. These seemingly small gestures brought immense comfort and warmth during a time when I was unwell and alone in a foreign place, dispelling the low spirits and helplessness brought on by illness. Throughout the entire process, Peipei was consistently enthusiastic, sincere, meticulous, and thoughtful, embodying your hotel's excellent service quality and human touch through her professional and warm service. Her customer-focused, proactive, and considerate service attitude made me deeply appreciate the excellent qualities of your hotel staff, and also made my trip, despite an unexpected illness, filled with warmth. I went to Jinan just to see a play. It happened to be the May Day holiday, so I couldn't check in early. I was really at a loss early in the morning, not knowing where to go. It would have been better if the front desk had offered some suggestions at the time. Everything else was great: the facilities, the location, and the food delivery robot – it was such a luxury not having to go downstairs or to a locker to pick up my takeout. Housekeeping by Lixia was very thorough, thank you. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. I won't go into details, but it was just a very uncomfortable eating experience. I didn't arrive right at the end; it was almost 10 AM when I went, but I constantly felt rushed. As a solo diner, my food was cleared before I even finished eating if I wasn't paying attention. The same thing happened the next day, even though I deliberately went very early. I just turned to get a drink, and they almost took my food again. I ended up leaving after less than 15 minutes. Also, I was told there was afternoon tea when I checked in, which was a nice surprise, but the selection wasn't very wide.

After I checked out, Xinxin asked about my stay, and her attitude was excellent. The hotel's location is super convenient, right across from West Station – very close and handy! Overall, pretty good.

The hotel is near Jinan West railway station. The staff is very polite. I have been in Jinan for 6 days, and visited 3 hotels. This is the best, the price is a little expensive but it's worth it. The view from the 18th floor

The hotel facilities are relatively new and well-equipped, and the room layout is practical. They even upgraded our room type due to special circumstances. The breakfast at the restaurant was decent and met our basic needs. As a five-star hotel, it offers great value for money overall and comes highly recommended.

The environment is elegant, facilities are complete, and the room is clean and bright. The toilet and shower are separate, which is great!

Overall experience very positive. Beginning from location, staff in reception very helpful, rooms are clean and well equipped ending on breakfast which should satisfy most of visitors.

Rooms were clean and spacious. However front desk staff did not inform us the aircon was under maintenance. Temperature stuck at 25 degrees Celsius and we couldn’t sleep throughout the stay.
