Nice rooms good city view sunlight nice staffs very friendly & helpful location is great near too much restaurants and bars 24hours shops

I usually hold off before posting these things but I'm hot and irritable so here it is and you can sort through it if you want to know details. The air conditioner was broken in my room and he seemed to be saying that in all the rooms they were broken in some way. Either blowing air but it wasn't cold or cold but hardly blowing and besides he couldn't change my room. So while I'm doing the review, you can't get hot water in the shower. It gets briefly almost there and then cools. So no way to take a long shower or a hot bath. There is a lamp but it's unplugged. Because there is only two outlets next to each other in one place. When I unplugged The TV etc and plugged in the cute lamp it turned out the lamp flashes briefly and then doesn't work. The bulb? Oh, and then Wi-Fi stopped working and said it was start again when network quality improved. And someone had made noodles in the hot pot and it was partially scrubbed but not completely so my tea (not provided) tasted faintly of chicken soup. Other than Wi-Fi, hot water (drinking and bath) and air conditioning it was quaint and nice. Bathrobes and monogram towels. A down duvet in down pillows. In the mattress you can kind of feel the springs but they seem to have the same mattress everywhere from the hotels down to hostels so I don't know that good ones are available. And everything was clean including the carpet but did smell a little of smoke. So it's kind of like a four-star hotel and in some ways the same as a cheap guest house. And inexpensive by American standards. So even though it costs double or more then the guest houses it still cost less than a Motel 6. The best thing is you can walk to the Palace of the Dohg Khan, restaurants, grocery stores, etc and it is a place where, as my cab driver "people in Ulaabatar live, not a tourist place". And easy to get to because you don't have to fully enter city traffic. And I had a lively view of the real life going on from my seventh story window.

Thank you for everthing. I lost my important belongings, but the staff tried to find them together. He called the taxi driver to find them instead of me because I had only my countries' phone number. On the last day, I tried to give him a tip, but he didn't take it because he knew there are no customes of tipping in my country. I was very moved by his all behavior. Meeting him made me think that I wanna go back to Mongolia again. I will absolutely stay at the same hotel when I go back to Mongolia. Thank you!!

Hotel location, staff etc are okay for this price. I didn’t feel safe because of the space under the door. You can hear anything/ anytime. No door chain. Pillow cover was damaged. I booked non smoking room however there was an ashtray on the table with ash left…

조식이 너무 성의없었습니다. 매조식때마다 호텔 마음대로 식은 음식에... 어떤날은 빵만 어떤날은 달라고 해야 쨈 주고 어떤날은 커피가 되고 어떤날은 사과쥬스만 되고... 진짜 아쉬웠습니다. 시간도 일정이 있는데 오전 9시부터로 너무 늦게 시작하고 ... 하더군요... 숙소 청결 위치는 좋았습니다

Неплохой отель. Жизнь повидавший и не в идеальном состоянии. Завтрак на выбор, хорошие порции, готовят сразу. Шведского стола нет. Завтрак понравился. Из странного: повесили утром табличку «Нужна уборка», уборку не сделали, а у нас уже заканчивался гель для душа, да и воду вроде должны каждый день давать, но почему-то уборки весь день не было. Попросили на рисепшене и через час обнаружили гель для душа, шампунь и бутылки воды в номере. Мест для парковки мало, встать не факт, что удастся.

다시는 안감니다. 소음. 청결. 서비스 최악 입니다 손님이 자고 있어도 그냥 들어오고 청소한다고 나가서 일보고 5시간후에와도 청소도 안돼 있습니다 참문 열면 매연 냄새 때문에 밤새 두통으로 잠못자요 청소후 새매트커버 담배 자국 꼭 사진찍어두세요 체크아웃때 보상해달라고합니다 호텔인지 노숙자 센터인지 직원들 로비 쇼파에서 자고있어 나가는 것도 눈치보임 그냥 돈 더주고 좋은곳으로가세요 체크아웃하자마자 다른 호텔 갑니다

客室は清掃が行き届いてない点やテーブルが壊れ気味、アメニティのボディソープ類がいつからあるか分からないなどありますが、基本的には快適でした。バスルームにたまに虫が出ますが、対処出来る大きさです。 清掃に入った際、タオルも変えて欲しかったです。 テレビは壁のコントロールパネルで起動してから直接主電源を押して付きました。リモコンはCATVの機器にかなり近付けないと反応しません。 また、室内はかなり乾燥するため、加湿器があると良いです。 市街中心部から離れているため、移動はタクシーかバス必須ですが（4kmほどあり、冬だったこともあり徒歩はかなりキツかったです）、バス停がいくつかあり、周辺に大きいノミンやemartが2件、コンビニや飲食店も充実しているため意外に便利です。 従業員は英語対応もできますが、翻訳機を介する場合があります。 基本的に要望に応えようと尽力してくださったため、サービスは悪くないと思います。 直前になってしまったのでこちらの非もありますが、アーリーチェックアウトの交渉に対応して貰えなかったことだけ残念です。

위치도좋고 깨끗하고 특히 리셉션여직원 너무친절하고 새벽에 공항가야해서 아침을 못먹는다고 아침식권을 안받으니까 새벽4시에 샌드위치를 포장해주었다 너무 고마워서 다음에오면 여기에 다시 찿을것이다

入住當日前台安排了套間，寬敞舒適，很滿意。 酒店設施有陳舊感，但還算乾淨。 附近有各種餐飲場所，對面就是啤酒屋，路口還有百貨商場，很方便。但酒店離開市中心有點距離，出行需要準備充足的時間以防途中交通堵塞。 服務基本到位，提出的要求都能及時處理解決。
