Location was great. Service was satisfactory. Like the other comments said, there is a terrible smell coming from the treatment centre next door. If not for that and the lack of amenities then it would have been better.

i have stayed in Hong Kong since 2018 and most of time i stayed in Hotel or Serviced Apartment. it was my first time staying in the Mercury Hotel and i only planned to stay few days and look for other places to stay. However, i dont think I can find anything better then this place in terms of size, price, cleaness, comforts and privacy. you will be amazed by the size of the room and how well they are maintained. Staffs are overall very friendly and they are 24 hours available. Especially there is one memeber of management staff name Alan and he handles all the matter with a good attitude and always willing to help. there are washing and dryers and you can use them 24/7 Internet : Very fasst. all the rooms have 2 tvs. i confidently recommand the Mercury

We stayed for 14 nights at the Mercury. When compared to regular hotel rooms, the apartment we got was more spacious for our longer stay. The facility wasn't the newest but it was definitely worth the price we paid. There was also a small laundry room with 3 washing machines and 3 drying machines which could be used free of charge. This came to be a nice surprise. Overall I'm happy with my stay.

It’s quite rundown but it is a convenient location. Spacious room but furnitures and room conditions need urgent upgrades (multiple stinks on chairs). It does offer free self service washing and drying machines but I could never get clothes dried and you will get your clothes randomly taken out as there are always tenants who maybe in such a rush to get their clothes cleaned and dried. If you are not renting for months, you will likely be given rooms on very low floors without any views or … natural lights. So your curtains will always be down. And even if they do offer a portable stove, there is no utensils, not even glasses and forks. They do allow me to cancel my second part of trip for free and I appreciate it.

Facility like a 3 stars. Service is bad. I stayed 5 nights but they are not allowed me for a late check out at 1PM on the last day.

Absolutely trash at this price point.  Assigned room 2202 which would assume fit my request for a high floor and/or balcony unit as we were staying there to asses if it would be suitable for our long term stay plan. Was looking for a nice serviced apartment for the next year or so. Wanted a nice view as you see in the images or a terrace. Then we were assigned to 602. Which was like what I’d assume many of their floors are…just utter blah.  Dark, poor lighting layout, dimmer on one random pendant lamp, egregious cool white blue light at the sink. Horrible light in bedroom too.  Had a Queen Suite. This will be shocking…there is no queen bed in the bedroom! And this is not a suite layout. Just a standard 1 bedroom unit. With a much smaller that advertised full bed.  Pillows were trash too. Absolutely zero support. Could have pilled up dirty laundry to make a better pillow. Of and did I mention how piss poor the lighting was?  Bathroom was ehh. Towels were cheap junk from like Japan Home Centre discount bin.  TV are old and sound was really bad. Cannot airplay anything. 720P or 1080P at best.  The kitchen is an absolute waste of space. There’s no ventilation to cook near. No cooktop. Just a sink and microwave with a dozen empty drawers. Not a single plate, cup, bowl, knife, fork, or spoon to use in this unit. No water bottles or filter. (No cups) Low ceilings  Air con is sheared with bedroom. So don’t expect to have a well controlled bedroom temperature.  Couch sucks. No throw pillows.  View is trashy ally/street and then just overlooking in to other units from there (hence why I wanted a high floor. Their excuse was infuriating.  And apparently there was supposed to be a phone in the unit somewhere. And they had the audacity to accuse me of steeling it!!!! Don’t bother with this Savills property. They are a corporation that has no clue what they are doing. Spend your money on something nicer.  Oh and the housekeeping staff don’t seem to respect the “do not disturb” door hanger and they were willing to come right in while me and my gf were asleep.

Very convenient location. Amenities are good enough. Good hygiene. I would consider coming back next time.

Stayed 3 nights with my family, Hotel staff Alan is a gem that the hotel has. He is polite and helpful. The hotel room is clean and comfortable. Quite number of nice food just around the hotel. Will definitely stay in this hotel the next trip
