Hotel Ulaanbaatar dengan Kolam Renang

I have traveled to many places far and wide, and NEVER expected to have one of the finest hotels I have every stayed in be in Mongolia! As part of my Mongolian Luxury Tours, I had THREE opportuinities to stay at the Blue Sky (arrival, return from Gobi desert, return from Western Mongolia) and each time was superb. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms, service, and friendliness made each stay very wonderful and welcoming. You can not go wrong with this hotel. It is GREAT!!!

We had two stays, one for one night and one for three after attending the Eagle Festival in western Mongolia. Arrival and check in was smooth and efficient. The front desk was able to hold a bag for us for the three days we spent away at the festival. We had breakfast included which was an easy way to start each day. The Nadam restaurant had Oktoberfest going on the night we arrived and we ate there again one other night. Service there was a bit slow to absent for both nights. The rooms were pleasant, roomy and clean. Beds were comfortable and there was a soft and a firm pillow for each person. We didn't have any special requests although I'm sure they would have been accommodated. The showers were roomy and water pressure/temp control very good. Wi-Fi was stable and strong throughout the hotel property. No password so connecting was easy. The hotel complex is located in a very convenient location which is great once you're there but can take some time coming from outside (tours, airport etc). We were able to walk to most attractions from the hotel and dine/drink in the area within walking distance. Overall pleasant staff, comfortable rooms and convenient location. Well worth considering while staying in UB.

I made a reservation for 3 nights, but I arrived at 8am on the first day to leave my bag, but I heard I could check-in early so I left my bag in the room. He was very kind and pleasant. But when I got back around 9pm a female employee called me in and forced me to pay MNT10000 for early check-in. I said, You didn't tell me in the morning and I can't pay. Then she said, ”Then he who worked in the morning should pay instead of you.” It was also very unpleasant of her to say this to me. She was so unkind. 3박 예약하고 첫날 아침 8시에 도착해서 가방을 맡기려고하니, 일찍 체크인 할 수 있다해서 방에 가방을 두고 나옴. 남자직원이 너무 친절하고 상냥. 그런데 밤 9시쯤 호텔에 돌아왔을 때, 여직원이 날 불러서 조기 체크인 비용 MNT10000을 내라고 두번 강요함. 아침에 말 안해줬고, 낼 수 없다하니, ”그러면 아침에 일했던 남자직원이 당신 대신 돈을 내게 할거다”라고 함. 호텔에서 이런말을 나에게 하는것도 나를 불쾌하게 함. 그리고 가성비 너무 안좋음. 조식도 별로, 헬스장도 너무 낡은 고장난 기계들뿐..

Приехали мы в подружкой в отель 29.10.22 в 7 утра , были уставшие после поезда и хоть заселение стоит в 11 часов утра , нас заселила сразу прекрасная девушка на ресепшн. Очень понравился номер на 7 этаже, на столе бутылочки бесплатной воды, чай -Кофе , в ванной комнате принадлежности для душа , все бесплатно и кстати пополняется каждый день. Убирали в номере тоже каждый день. В номере все стандартно , две большие кровати , чайный столик , чайник , холодильник , телевизор (Кстати много русскоязычных каналов) есть сейф, что очень удобно. На завтрак шведский стол , вполне разнообразные завтраки, очень доброжелательные девушки готовят омлеты;) Очень хорошая в отеле звукоизоляция, ночью очень тихо. Что хочется особо отметить , на ресепшене познакомились с девушкой по имени Мига, она очень хорошо говорит по русски, она же быстро заселила нас в первый день. Мига и потом очень нам помогала по всем вопросам. С экскурсиями , с такси , с покупками Лекарства , продуктов и даже где что купить. Дала свой личный номер телефона и мы конечно постоянно пользовались ее добротой. Она золотой человек , потому как никогда не отказала , а подсказывала где что дешевле и как будет удобнее. Мига , я только из за знакомства с вами очень хочу приехать ещё в Монголию , именно в ваш отель. Отель рекомендую , соотношение цена - качество , ну и прекрасные сотрудники! It is comfortable and very good for a price. Had a funny accident, was given a key to the occupied room. Partially dressed man was there. :)) But then the room was changed. Safe did not work but was fixed, lamps did not work on night stands but I did not need it. Overlooking the construction site. The shower button could not switch, but when someone helped it was a great shower, water pressure. Location is not that beautiful but it had a good sauna, small swimming pool and a good small gym.

5명 숙박했고 시설도 깔끔하고 거실, 주방에 왠만한 도구는 다 있어서 너무 좋았습니다! 아직 생긴지 얼마 안되서 사람이 많이 없는 것도 좋았네요. 데스크 직원분들도 친절하셨습니다
