It’s in a good location and overall it meets my expectations of what a 5 star hotel should be. Room is big enough and has a good view. Finally, loads of options for breakfast. Definitely, it’s the hotel I would stay in whenever I plan to visit Mongolia again.

My time at this Hotel was amazing!
The room was warm and cozy. Some small things to regard, but over all it was an amazing time!

The staff were the most helpful and always showed hospitality!
The location was nearby a lot of restaurants, and cafes, and is also a 15min walk from the train station. It will take around 30 min to get to the city center, but it has a great location otherwise. Spectacular view!

Good side:
Location is the best, is just opposite of the sukhbaatar square. Near shopping malls.
Staffs are helpful and nice.
Bathroom and toilet space is huge. There is a separate for shower and bath tub.
Downside:
- hotel rooms looks old, got yellow marks or mould marks on the surface of the ceiling, quite weird as the room is non-smoking room. Also got yellow marks on the toilet bowl 😭
- the electric outlet for phone charging on the headboard is not working well. When I reported this to hotel staff, they provider me with an extension cord 😓
- curtains and blinders seems dusty and old.

Good location, just a five minute walk from the main square, and near there a couple of the most important museums. The main post office is there too. In the other direction is the Shangri-La shopping centre also nearby, with eateries upstairs. The hotel is a little old fashioned perhaps, but comfortable. For a westerner like myself the breakfast was quite satisfactory, with fruit, cereal, toast and jam available. The girls at reception spoke good English and were helpful.

Hotel is very strategically located near Sukhbaatar Square and it is walking distance to the museums and there are lots of restaurants near the hotel. The hotel reception staff speaks good English and are very helpful. Our room is spacious, clean and had plenty of light. Highly recommend Best Western Premier Tuushin for its great location, comfortable rooms and attentive staff.

This hotel has everything! There is any and every facility you could want and more you wouldn't even think of in the hotel. There is enough that you could spend your whole trip there. Everyone at the hotel is super nice, helpful, and proactive to make sure you have the best stay there. It is centrally located in Ulaanbaatar so you are close to the main things in the city and surrounded by all types of resources you could need. The view is absolutely gorgeous and the rooms are very nice and clean!! 10/10, would highly recommend it if you are traveling to Ulaanbaatar - you will have a great time and a comfortable stay.

A very old furniture. Not kind not welcomed. Poorly managed. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving everything. Staffs are rude. They don't care about customer's opinion or feedback. Don't waste your money to stay here. You will regret it. Trust me. I'm saving your day.

Kempinski Ulanbator location is 20 min walk from the city centre which is acceptable. The check in and check out was smooth and easy. The room is clean and the bed was comfy. The only minus as my room is facing the main road and it is a bit noisy when the window is open. Breakfast is also delicious but service is a bit slow. I stayed there for 2 nights and I enjoyed it.

PPengguna TetamuExcellent location in that it was near a lot of restaurants and stores. The rooms and bathroom were very clean! Shower stalls were very spacious! Owners were very kind and nice! I like how they serve us breakfast every morning. I also like how they had a kitchen for me to use if I had to cook my own food! Lot of tourist brochures to look at for someone who is interested in taking a city tour of Ulan Bator. They also had a treadmill to exercise, tv to watch, and a guitar to play, chairs and couches to sit if a guest needed it to. Will be more than happy to stay at this hotel again if I ever comeback to Ulan Bator!

PPengguna TetamuVery decent hotel. Only issue is they do not turn on the central aircon for heating and only depend on the heater, which can be quite cold sometimes during this period of time.
Suggestion to the hotel, get your hotel listed on UB cab so that the service can locate your hotel! It's s shame your hotel couldn't be located on the app!

DDrei TripLovely and great first impression of hotel. Location was great and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could’ve been better with more selection.It was my first time in Mongolia and I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

JJenn5I had few times stayed in hotel .Everytime was perfect.this time front disk reception was good worker .I don't know there is small towel had bit dirty when I checked out.they said charge 30 .000 mnt I told them it's very little one. If you not pay you can clean yourself .gosh it's makes me annoying .traveld so many place stay with hotel .never tell me like that . I well not coming back in future.too bad service

PPengguna TetamuThis is my second time staying at Hotel Nine in UB. The location can't be beat. It's right next to Sukhbaatar Square, a number of museums, and tons of restaurants. The room was clean and well-provisioned and the staff was very friendly, as usual. Don't miss breakfast, which had a number of vegetarian options and coffee!

PPengguna TetamuThank you for everthing. I lost my important belongings, but the staff tried to find them together. He called the taxi driver to find them instead of me because I had only my countries' phone number. On the last day, I tried to give him a tip, but he didn't take it because he knew there are no customes of tipping in my country. I was very moved by his all behavior. Meeting him made me think that I wanna go back to Mongolia again. I will absolutely stay at the same hotel when I go back to Mongolia. Thank you!!

Met connections from Australia completely by accident which hope will lead to job interviews.
Close to city centre. Staff were very friendly.
Rooms are not 5 star but suited needs and the staff do everything to make you comfortable.
I took advantage of the gym and the sauna and also used the breakfast restaurant. Very good.
Beer was also on tap and service was appreciated.
Will definatly stay here again and highly recommended.

IIderI thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Very good service, comfortable and clean room and facilities, excellent breakfast, and a renovated bathhouse have made my stay pleasant. The hotel has 3 restaurants (Mongolian and European, Japanese, and Chinese), a lounge that stays open until 2 am, and a cafe in the lobby. Business lunch set at the Japanese restaurant was a great deal and it was delicious.

The hotel, though clean, is very old already. No airconditioner nor elevator. The area is also for nightllife so it could be loud around at times.
Breakfast is included but not worth it. Two pieces of bread plus a tea bag and pot of hot water.

HHolliDON’T BE TRICKED LIKE I WAS
The listing says it is a 6 minute drive from Chinggis Khan airport, but it in fact is a 30 minute drive. It is very close to the OLD airport which is not in use anymore. They offer free airport pickup, but we stayed the night before our flight so we did not need pickup, we needed drop off. Even though we didn’t use the free pickup service, we still had to pay $25 USD for airport dropoff. I had emailed the property twice during the week leading up to our stay to ask about drop off service and never got a reply. Also, there is a lack of communication between the staff- When we arrived at the property we had to call 3 times before they finally came to meet us to get our bags, then there was confusion about what room we were supposed to get and we were taken to 3 different rooms before it was the right one. The second one we had already settled in and had a shower before they came and told us it was the wrong room. We didn’t have a car so we walked around the area to find food and there were little to no restaurants, and only a couple of very small markets, so we ended up having to order food from the property restaurant. Every room is different as we discovered from being taken to 3 different rooms. They are verrrry spacious but some are definitely in better condition than others. Fortunately our final room was the best, however there was a kitchen stocked with pots, pans, rice cooker, cook top, plates, but no silverware, no microwave, and no refrigerator. Why would you have a kitchen area and not have a refrigerator and silverware? There also was a washer in unit but no dryer. We didn’t have time to wait for our clothes to air dry during our one night stay so that was also useless.
Overall, it was a cheap stay but you get what you pay for.
