Oberoi Hotels.... and the Ajman property ... truly lives up to its name with a consistently curated experience for its guests. Our recent stay was no exception. From check-in to check-out, everything was superb. The food was delicious, and the beach was pristine. The kids had a blast at the kids' club, and we thoroughly enjoyed the cocktails at the bar. Highly recommended!

Having stayed at this hotel for many years I have to say that I was bitterly disappointed with this trip
We booked a King Sea View Room on a half board basis which I understood to be Bed Breakfast and either lunch or dinner
I have a problem with my hip and when we got to our room i was disappointed that on previous occasions we had managed to book a room with a walk in shower
The room we were given had a shower over the bath and the sealing around the bath at the tap end was all breaking away which subsequently caused the water to seep through and flood the bathroom floor
To get around the issue of the Shower situation we agreed to occupy a suite at an additional 200 Dirhams per night, the room in question did indeed have a shower but unfortunately as it was located on the top floor I experienced a huge problem with air coming from the taps bidet etc which as i explained to them must be caused with air in the system
To my surprise a lady on reception admitted that there was an issue with the plumbing on the top floor and despite several visits fro engineering the problem was not solved fully.
The other thing I complained about was that the Half board in their terminology actually means bed breakfast and a 50Dirham contribution to eat lunch or dinner.
When I pointed out that 50 Dirham didn’t buy a burger and chips in the sports bar the comment I received was that Burger and chips fell under the heading of a La Carte which in itself seems ridiculous.
The holiday was pretty much ruined by these events but would comment that the staff working in the restaurants and indeed the guys who take care of the guests on the beach and around the pool were exceptional in their professionalism and care offered to all the guests as was the Food and Beverage manager who went out of his way to listen and take on board the issues we experienced.
When we originally stayed at the hotel it was managed by the Kempinski Group and unfortunately all I can say is that the overall experience we endured over our 10 night stay was far from what you would expect from a 5 Star establishment

Just checked out after 9 wonderful nights. All the staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to may our stay wonderful. Christopher at the restaurant went over and above to sort any issues + Chris & Thilina at the pool provided excellent and attentive service. Exceptional hotel - all the staff were brilliant. We have stayed at numerous 5* hotel in the past 20 years and this hotel is the best we have stayed at - 5* hotel with 5* service - best ever AI, Marriott should be proud of this hotel and it's staff and would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Dream Palace Hotel in Ajman. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the friendly and welcoming Manager who made every effort to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms at the Dream Palace Hotel are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the room was air-conditioned, which was especially important during the hot summer months. The breakfast was particularly impressive, and delicious especially the cheese omelet The hotel's location is also a major plus. It is situated in the heart of Ajman, with easy access to the city's top attractions, including the Ajman Museum, the Corniche, and the Ajman Beach. Overall, I would highly recommend the Dream Palace Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Ajman.

What is special about this hotel is that you live in an open atmosphere and barbecue directly through the services. Many thanks to the entire staff, especially to Mr. Hassan for the good reception and customer service.

ЗЗавьяловаУбрала одну звезду за сервис. В подобном классе отелей должны быть все принадлежности сразу в номере, а не при запросе. Возникло недоразумение по поводу комплектации номеров, и администратор не пытался решить эту проблему, которая заключалась по факту в мелочах, но оставила осадок и плохое настроение. А стоило всего лишь выдать постельное белье для ребенка и все. За это минус.
В целом в отеле все понравилось. Очень красивая территория, много зелени, шикарный пляж, огромное количество шезлонгов, кафе, бассейн рядом с пляжем. Очень все симпатично.
С Удовольствием вернусь вновь )

The hotel exudes a comfy, cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home from the moment you step in. While the rooms are a bit tired and oldish, they are clean and well-maintained, providing a charming, nostalgic vibe that adds to the overall experience. The hotel staff surprised us with a kind birthday cake gesture, which made our stay even more special. The property boasts two nice pools and a small beach area, perfect for relaxation. The food options are fantastic, including the Bavaria Garden Restaurant for delicious German cuisine, Barako Grill for authentic Filipino dishes, and an excellent Indian restaurant. The in-room dining options are also varied and tasty, ensuring you have plenty of choices without leaving the comfort of your room. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. We highly recommend Pearl Hotel and Spa for a cozy and welcoming getaway.

From top to toe starting from Mr. Hari Krishnan - G.M to the floor cleaner every one was the best to serve us. It was just the matter of one phone call and your desired service is at your doorstep to serve. It's was my the best experience for the first time I had ever in my last 18 years of stay in UAE. Hats off to the entire team of Barracuda and to all the people behind the scenes, by giving their guest the big smile and everlasting experience while driving back home. May God bless always. PPengguna TetamuGreat hotel! Went there with my family. The room was big and well-cleaned, very comfortable spacious beds with soft mattresses. We enjoyed the food; it was pretty versatile and tasty. Arab, Indian and European cuisines. Everything was well-made. Beautiful ocean and nature. That’s the thing I loved the most :) so many palms, flowers, bushes, trees etc. The air quality there is amazing. Air was really clean and fresh. I want to thank the staff for the two free boat trips we had. You get to go on those if you stay at the hotel for 5+ nights. The first one we had was crab hunting, and the second was a trip to the Mangrove islands, to see flamingos. It was super interesting and fun, although crab hunting was a bit scary because of the darkness haha. After hunting the restaurant team cooked crabs for us :) that was really sweet and the crabs were amazing. The only negative thing about the stay was very strong audibility in rooms. I had to sleep in earplugs every night due to how loud it was; music from the beach bar, people walking, people talking to each other very loudly (a lot of staff did that btw…), all of that we could hear perfectly. Other than that, we had a great stay and I really enjoyed having a vacation here. Big thanks to the staff!
