Very good experience this time in this spring resort, would definitely go again for this route!

大而無當，華而不實。這旅館給人一種「事事但求合格的感覺」。房間很大，但只是大，設施沒有很多；沖涼房很大，卻沒有浴缸；大堂提供書籍，房間內的資訊甚至教你如何浸溫打坐，但就是不提供「雲仙地獄」的旅遊資訊；溫泉分男湯女湯各有2個室內池一個室外池，但都是公眾浴場就是沒有家族風侶提供給家庭及情侶。房間沒有空間放浴缸嗎？不是，他們只是懶；主動向check-in 的客人提供一份鄰近景點的攻略資料很麻煩嗎？不是，他們只是懶；沒位置多劃一兩個風侶給一家大小或情侶用嗎？都不是。 由踏進旅館一刻起，一位職員幫忙擺行李、一位登記passport 、一位讓你簽紙、一位帶你上房間，非常神奇的明知你是外國旅客，一連派出4位完全不會英文的職員接待，他們只顧著自己說自己的，你聽不聽得懂才不是他們關心的事情。我只能說，今時今日連在鄉間由老公公老婆婆經營的小旅館都懂得用google translate 主動跟你說話的年代，而這家普通房間都收你2900港幣的有名連鎖溫泉旅館集團卻連一個會英文或願意主動用翻譯app跟你溝通的員工都沒有。 最震驚我的地方來了，check in 完之後，負責帶我上房間的職員，拿出ipad在我面前播放5-10分鐘影片，介紹大堂那裡有廁所那裡有咖啡等。看完之後，上到房間，***又拿出一部ipad播放影片介紹房間。跟我們同時間check in的家庭一早已經上房間放好行李再出去玩了，而我還在門口看影片。他們想出一個最懶的方法，不學接代客人的英語，不背下影片內的英語，而是直接塞一部ipad給你，我只能說感觀奇差。 鄰近的雲仙地獄，日頭去跟晚上去差很多完全兩個感受：早上去借著日光你會看得很清晰，晚上去地獄感覺max！當然啦這些實用的旅遊資訊，職員是不會告訴你的，自己上網找吧，我可不想他再塞一部ipad給我。 不過有一說一，對著雲仙地獄的景觀是一絕的。而晚餐的懷石料理對於一個外國人來說還不錯，好吃好看也夠飽，最重要的是餐單有雙語，而終於終於有一位會英文的叔叔職員主動用英語向你解說食材及食法。至於他的溫泉嘛。。。。算華麗吧，又有Dyson吹風機給你吹頭，不過浸完溫泉後只提供簡單的飲品及冰棒，牛奶~夜鳴拉麵都沒有，你懂的，合格就好。

酒店服務非常好，餐廳及員工都用英語來跟我們溝通，亦介紹每道菜式和酒店房間的設施，看得出他們很努力用心使我們有個非常滿意及愉快的溫泉旅館體驗。

酒店無論環境，服務，食物都一流，大大力推薦，有機會會再入住

Kai Ureshino is located right in front of the Nagasaki bus station. The hotel building itself is not particularly attractive. In fact one can easily missed the hotel. It is a modern design hotel, with the lobby lounge with floor to ceiling windows facing the hot spring. The staff nicely introduced the hotel info in our room. All the hotel rooms are facing the hot spring. It is a nicely proportioned room arrangement. This is the second time we stay at a Kai onsen hotel. The shower room is very nice, with a separate toilet. The dinner and breakfast is served in the same restaurant. All dining rooms are partitioned to preserve privacy, though you still can hear people talking loudly. The food was sumptuous and fresh. The hotel offers some activities inside the hotel for guests. We picked a lesson and trial of letterpress printing, it was fun and got an experience of traditional printing on a postcard. The onsen is a minute walk from the lobby and has no roof. We need to bring an umbrella to walk because it was raining. If a roof is built it would made the walk easier. The good thing about Kai is that the check out time is 12:00 noon so that you have more time to enjoy the hotel.

Excellent service team with an amazing attention to detail, matching the excellent Kai tradition that we have come to expect. Great room views with an excellent onsen experience. Outdoor onsen was stunning and not to be missed. Staff was also very helpful
