Spacious and clean room. It is very well connected to shopping mall and mrt. It also has a decent breakfast buffet. We are lucky to be in a room with the view of the ferris wheel. Thus, I will highly recommend family with kids to consider this hotel.

We absolutely love this hotel and my kids wished we could stay there forever. One thing for sure, we would book this hotel again in future if going to Disney. 1. Location is good. Surrounded by malls and bridges linked to the malls. Never have to walk out far. Super accessible to shopping and food. There is also a Lawson at the lobby, which is a convenience store with lots of food and drink options and other necessities. There is a train station but we didn’t take it 2. Room we booked with 4 beds is large and spacious. The dining table helps as we often ate in as we have young kids. 3. The toiletries selection is amazing. They have a store at the lobby and u can pick what u need including hair oils, bath salts, PJs, cutleries and more. Wide selection. 4. The restaurants serve buffet food. Selection of food is decent along with the price. The lounge also serves free snacks and drinks (including alcoholic beverages) which u can take to ur room too. Snacks are mainly sweets, nuts, biscuits and candy floss. Drinks are soft drinks, slushies and tea/coffee. Alcoholic drinks. 5. Lots of washer and dryer machines in the lobby 6. Locker area to store ur luggage but if can’t fit then just let receptionist know 7. As a partner hotel for Disney they provide shuttle services very 10 mins or so. Convenient Hotel view is great. Daftar masuk dan deposit beg boleh dilakukan di kemudahan berhampiran Stesen Maihama. Oleh itu, saya gembira saya tidak perlu pergi ke hotel! Ia juga merupakan pemandangan laut, tetapi ia cukup cantik kerana laut terletak di sebelah. Bilik itu juga besar dan memuaskan. Saya mahu tinggal di sini lagi.

We visited this hotel in 2017, 6 years ago and loves the hotel so much we came back for the second time. Mystay Maihama is one of the closest hotel to Disneysea. It is also close to the Maihama train statiom and reachable with a 10 minutes walk. If you take a look from thw top 7th floor on clear weather you can look out to the sea. We dun find any food around so it is wise to pack some instant or microwave food from the convenience stores at the train station. The items are clean and the housekeep turnover is very nice. They even pack out huge baymax to sleep when we return back. The hot water are adjustable so besude to look behind the closet for a small controller if the water is too hot or too cold. The best item is the foot massager that really cures our leg after long walk in the disneyland. We are disappointed that we arrived late and was unable to book for the breakfast because it ran out for the buffet breakfast for the next day so we have to walk hungry to Disneyland to get our breakfast. In the morming therw is shuttle bus that starts off at 8 to bring hotel guest to first the Maihama train station then to Disneyland. The only cable there is on tv channel is CNN news and CCTV news. Other channels are local . The powerpoint is 2 parallel Type A NEMA 1-15. Please note that the pin in Japan is wider than US pin so if you are coming from U.S., the plug cannot go in We loves the hotel that we actually overstayed. I am not sure how the overstay works, we spent 3 night in the hotel and have to pay 2000yen for overstayed 40 minutes after checkout time because we were in disneyland for 2 days and overslept. So be sure to check out before 10am. We wun be coming back to the hotel any time soon because the price has changed so much since the last time we came.

We stayed here after our day at Disney. The location wasn't too far but we didn't have a car. Public transportation was easy to use. The staff were great. They were very patient and helpful with the language barrier. They made sure we understand everything and were extremely accommodating. The room was clean and we have a very comfortable stay. We would stay there again if we were to return.

ディズニー2日間の中泊に利用。 部屋の広さと、お風呂・おトイレがセパレート、電子レンジあり、で決めた。 ディズニー帰りなのでチェックインも混み合っていたが、ロビー横に広々としたラウンジがあり、フリードリンクもあったため小学生の子供もゆっくり待ててよかった。 夜ごはんを買うローソンも混み合っていたが、品切れがあることもなく、子供たちの夕食になるもの、お菓子（アイスや翌日用）、ジュース、アルコール、など買えて便利。 そして部屋に電子レンジがあるおかげで買ったらすぐ部屋に戻って食べることができて、子供連れにはとてもいいと思った。 お風呂も洗い場付きで広々としており、おトイレ別なので気にせずゆっくり入れてよかった。 ベッドも広いタイプが２つくっついているので、広々と寝やすそうだった。 大人、高校生は遅くまで起きてもスペースも広いし、テーブルでテレビ、と今回はソファースペース付きにしたので、大人は荷物の整理、パッキングなど使いやすいお部屋だった。 結局、子供たちがベッドで大の字になって気持ちよさそうに寝てたので、一人はソファースペースで寝ましたが簡易ベッドとしても十分な広いソファーだった。 チェックアウトは機械でカギを入れて操作するだけと簡単ですぐに出発できて満足。

3回目の利用です。 温泉があること、売店があること、アイスや飲み物の自動販売機の充実、レンジレンジがあること、エステの豊富さ などとても充実度が高いホテルだなと思います。 素泊まりプランでも十分にホテル滞在を楽しむことができます！ただ、お部屋にクレンジグなどのアメニティが無いため、そこには注意が必要です。 ディズニーシー（ランド）までのバスの直行便がないのですが、歩いて15-20分ほどで着けるためアクセスも良いかと思います。 またエクスピアリまでは舞浜駅行きの直行便がある為、、お買い物や食事などにも出ることができます。 レンジレンジがあるのでエクスピアリで食事をテイクアウトすることもできるし、ルームサービスやレストランの食事も美味しいので食事に困ることはなさそうです！

This is definitely a higher class hotel comparing to the next door comfort suites. We did stayed 2 nights at comfort suites before moving to this Hyatt property. Everything is more upscaled and with the club lounge access, the breakfast is buffet in the main area which is great. Afternoon cocktail was ok, not the greatest selection, especially in terms of seafood types of food, but reasonable. We usually come here for early breakfast(6:30-7:00am) and it was great. But if you come around 9am, there'll be a line to get in. The shuttle schedule to Disneyland/Disneysea is quite less than that in Comfort Suites and they have a weird coding system with circle & square notations on additional shuttles which is confusing to me. That said, they do have shuttle to/from the train station, which Comfort suites does not have at all. I think you can take Comfort Suites' shuttle if the schedule at Tokyo bay does not work for you... We did use the coin operated washer/dryer in Comfort Suites before moving here which is very convenient. As we walked around, there's a bigger laundromat nearby(5 minutes walk).

The hotel really deserved a 5 star review for the great ambiance and experienced when we stayed in the hotel.
