"Very nice hotel. The front desk staff will make sure you have everything you need. The free morning breakfast is filling, with its eggs, potato salad, and bread with jelly and juices. There aren't too many restaurants nearby, but there are plenty by the train station which is just a 5-minute walk. And there are three convenience stores even closer than that. The bed and pillow are comfortable, and the bathroom is very useable, with free amenities provided by the front desk."

"Wow, I’ve not been impressed with a hotel that caught me by surprise from the moment I entered the building/ room. My stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay was absolutely fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed each moment of my stay. From check-in, to a welcome message with fruits awaiting me in my room upon check-in, to the different services the hotel offers, like: shuttle for the nearest train station (which connects to the various lines that can help on your journey of exploring the city), exceptional amenities, room service, etc., I was beyond impressed. I’m just sad I did not get to access the rooftop bar, as the weather was not pleasant in the evening during my entire stay, so the bar was closed for safety. I plan to return to Tokyo for another holiday and stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tokyo; you won’t regret it."

"We wanted to visit DisneySea Tokyo and decided Hilton Tokyo Bay was the best option outside of the official Disney hotels. Once you get off Maihama station, the hotel provides a free shuttle service to and from the hotel. Check-in was smooth and we got an awesome view of the park. The room was relatively big for just the two of us. Everything was clean and modern. Breakfast was fantastic and had a very large selection of both local and international selections. They also have luggage storage. Getting to Disney parks is simple by taking the Disney monorail."

"This was absolutely stunning and perfect for family on a budget travel. The hotel still gave everything we needed in terms of amenities as well as the convenience of needing to travel to either Disney Park. So to be honest, I would choose this one over the better known ones as I can still get what I want but at a cheaper cost."

"Great stay overall! The hotel offers excellent hospitality, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, and a very convenient location. The only downside was that there’s no air-conditioning during winter — only a heater and fan — which made the room a bit warm for sleeping. Still a very pleasant stay overall."

"Lovely hotel welcoming with complimentary drinks 24hrs. Next to Lawson conveni stall and provide free shuttle bus to/fro Disneyland/sea. 10mins walk to bigger suppermarkets and eateries. Room space is better compared to normal Japan hotel room size considering 2 double bed although we have only 2 person. Am happy with the 3nighrs stay given above and washing machine reasonable charge at 300jpy and dryer at 100jpy. Can be improve to have luaggage weighing machine. They're kind to received items on behalf abd provide courier service at front counter from what I know. Lastly, it's convient 3muns walk to take airport limo bus from next door Hyatt Hotel. "After all the walking you will do in Japan, and even more so when adventuring DisneySea/Disneyland ...having a comfortable, clean, and budget friendly hotel so close by is one of the best things ever! We loved all the amenities the hotel provides. It's only a few steps to IKSPIARI mall for amazing food and extra shopping =) Absolutely love this hotel and its location."

"Splendid facilities offered in the hotel. Soup rice provided for free for supper, masks and kids toys complimentary for guest. Foot massager in the room to use after a day in disneyland and disneysea. However, the shuttle bus pick up at Maihama station could be improved as there was a super long queue for all different hotels. Everyone didn't know where to queue for their specific hotel. Hence, when Hiyori shuttle bus came, everyone rushes up. It's chaotic, hence it'll be good if the hotel could put up specific queue line for respective specific hotels."
