Hotel Ushuaia dengan Kolam Renang

Excelente hotel, bem localizado, atendimento perfeito, todos bem treinados. Academia bem equipada, água sempre quente na torneira, banheira no quarto, tudo ok. Único ponto que coloco como melhoria seria o café da manhã, pois não possui uma variedade de salada como: alface, rúcula e outras folhas. De salada só tinha tomate e pepino. Mas tinha aveia, linhaça e chia de fibras todos os dias. Tem uma variedade de pães (muito bons), iogurtes, doces em Caldas, etc Devido a variação de temperatura, minha esposa se sentiu mal e não tinha ambulatório. Mas todos foram prontamente atenciosos e até foram comprar remédios para nós (com nosso dinheiro, claro).

After travelling for nearly two days flatout without much sleep at all, we were really looking forward to a comfy bed and a good kip, which is exactly what we got when we managed to get the room to a normal temperature as both radiators in the room and bathroom were on full whack and with it being a smll basement room it held the hart really well. All good after 10 mins with windows wide open, and radiators off. We booked through an agent that we had used for our Antarctic Cruise, and although we stipulated a double bed with possibly a good view the agent did not pass on this information and so we ended up in twins in a basement room (no fault of the hotel directly). Unfortunately the staff had no other rooms available to move us into, but said they could look into it for our second (and last) night,but we didn't want the hassle of having to pack again and move everything when we were heading out early the next morning, so we kindly declined. The breakfast was included in our rate, with plenty of mainly cold foods (although some small pieces of warm hotdogs and eggs). Breakfast was on the fourth floor, and the views were spectacular (see photos). We could see the ship from the window (that was supposed to be taking us to Antarctica - separate review to follow but please beware of more recent reviews of Ocean Victory if you are thinking of booking). Next door to the breckfast room was a coffee machine and pastries available to guests anytime, which was a lovely touch. The reception didn't make us aware of this, but my partner had spotted this on someone else's review fortunately. Again, the views while you are having a coffee are amazing. Stupidly forgot to pack out converters, but reception were kind enough to borrow us one for our stay. Location is ideal, everything in Ushuaia seemed easy to stroll to, it's only a few mins to the main shopping street, and only 5 mins walk to the port. Would highly recommend this place, but ask for a view because that is a massive key feature to this lovely little place.

In summary, horrible service. We went to the cafe there twice. The first day we ordered a fresh pressed juice and it took over 40 minutes for them to make it, they somehow forgot our order. We thought, its ok, things happen sometimes. We decided to the go again the following day and ordered a coffee and fresh juice, again we waited over 40 minutes for our order. When I asked if we could get our coffee while we waited for they juice they said no…
