Bilik yang luas, walaupun agak lama tetapi bersih. Semua peralatan mandian disediakan. Pengering rambut, seterika dan papan seterika, tempat letak kereta percuma, perkhidmatan kereta dan kami juga mendapat sarapan pagi percuma. Air panas dan tekanan air adalah baik, pancuran mandian dan tab mandi diasingkan, TV hanya Chanel tempatan tetapi wifi disediakan. Peti keselamatan dan peti sejuk juga disediakan. Kami tinggal di bilik 1603, penghawa dingin terlalu bagus terutamanya cuaca panas.
Tempat yang tenang dan selesa. Anda boleh berehat di luar di balkoni besar. Perkhidmatan bilik untuk makanan disediakan sehingga 11 malam dan harga adalah berpatutan.
Lokasi agak jauh dari bandar tetapi bagus untuk jauh dari kesibukan. Pemandangan laut yang bagus boleh melihat Drawbridge dari jauh.
Tidak pergi ke kolam renang jadi tidak boleh mengulas.

Bilik itu bersih dan selesa. Bantal itu sangat lembut dan selesa, sesuai untuk tidur yang lena dan nyenyak. Sajian sarapan pagi dan kualiti makanan adalah sederhana, dengan banyak hidangan yang masih belum siap kerana kualitinya. Kawasan ini boleh diperbaiki. Secara keseluruhan, resort ini mesra kanak-kanak dan mesra haiwan peliharaan, bersih, dengan pantai yang indah tetapi malangnya tidak selamat untuk berenang. Kakitangannya ramah dan membantu. Secara keseluruhan, saya berpuas hati.

Kali ke 2 repeat. Dapat bilik B03, selimut sangat tipis banding bilik B02. Aircond ambik masa lama untuk sejuk. TV sangat okey. Pukul 12 tengahari akan ada staff ketuk pintu banyak kali kalau tak check out lagi. Parking depan rumah, FOC. Kolam air okey. Ada tempat bilas. Air mesin cuckoo. Jalan kaki ke pantai. Harga murah.

Boleh dikatakan ini hotel terbaik di Terengganu. Layanan staf sangat baik, dan terdapat kedai serbaneka di sekitar kawasan hotel. Tidak jauh dari Chinatown, boleh berjalan kaki sahaja. Mudah juga untuk mendapatkan teksi atau Grab. Cuma, bau pewangi di pintu keluar lif agak terlalu kuat. Tapi jangan risau, bilik tidak terlalu wangi.

Bilik yang bagus dan besar, tetapi lama. Katilnya mengerikan di mana anda boleh merasai musim bunga. Tempah dan bayar untuk katil double, sebaliknya diberikan katil twin. Jadi pada asasnya membayar tambahan tidak dijamin.
Gerai makan untuk makan malam di sebelah pantai sangat bagus, sarapan juga. Lokasi sesuai untuk pencinta pantai.

Slow and steady 30-40 min duk kt lobby. Staff plak mcm intern ,girl yg putih2 tu. Tertukar bilik, tertukar nama booking, tertukar bilangan blk, connecting x available.dah 30minit urusan trace nama x settle2. Dhla kepala pening lpas naik bot, pastu dah settle, bg bilik jauh2 plak dah, ank kecik2 blk jauh, baik takpayah la sy ckp tukarkan la satu blk lagi tu jd credit point boleh guna utk dlm hotel, x boleh plak, last skali dpt la blk connecting. Yg settle lelaki pakai spek, tp ya ampunn customer servis out dengan muka serabut dia, muka nk marah, muka x de eye contact ngn customer. Aabdulhadi87I stayed at Grand Continental Hotel Kuala Terengganu and overall the experience was acceptable. However, the parking facilities are very limited, which caused some inconvenience during my stay. The Hotel design very old need renovation
The management should consider providing alternative parking options for guests. It would also be helpful to have a designated parking area at the back of the hotel. Additionally, implementing a policy of allowing only one car per room could help manage the limited parking space more effectively.

The hotel's surrounding environment is decent, and the location offers convenient access to transportation. The partial construction behind the hotel has minimal impact on the quietness of the stay, and the overall living atmosphere is average.

Overall service needs improvement. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is strictly at 10 AM, which isn't very accommodating. There are too few staff members on duty, and housekeeping efficiency is low, with room cleaning being particularly slow. The dining experience is weak, and it clearly falls short compared to other hotels of a similar caliber in the area. Only breakfast is included, and the variety is very limited, with average taste. The hotel's overall operational atmosphere is far inferior to competitors like Laguna or Rainbow Hotel. Other hotels arrange recreational activities and special programs in the evenings, offering guests plenty of nighttime entertainment. The facilities are just enough to keep you comfortable without distracting you from the real highlight: nature. Whether it’s lounging by the pool, enjoying the sea breeze, or just sitting under the shade doing absolutely nothing — every second feels intentional.
And then came the sunset. Honestly, pictures don’t do it justice. The sky exploded into colors, and for a moment, it felt like the whole world paused just to admire it. People gathered quietly, watching, smiling — strangers sharing a beautiful moment together.

AAnonymous UserSecond time here hehe, and it still feels just as special. Perfect escape from the busy city life. Everything about it is so calm, peaceful, and relaxing. The atmosphere really helps you slow down and just enjoy the moment.
Nights can get quite dark around the resort, but honestly it adds to the whole serene vibe and wasn’t an issue for me at all. Overall, a lovely place to unwind and recharge. Would definitely come back again.

GGuest UserI took my family here during the April spring break in Chengdu. The private beach is truly beautiful, a typical 'jellyfish sea' with crystal clear water. Just a few hundred meters from the shore, you'll find a turtle spot – you can even paddle there yourself. There were so many turtles! When someone was feeding them, we saw nearly ten at once. The hotel also offers a lot of entertainment, most of which is free, including tennis and pickleball.
There are Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk, in the restaurant, and even for the turtle explanations, so communication in Chinese was not an issue. The head chef and the turtle researcher are both of Chinese descent; we often chatted with them, and sometimes they even helped us with translations.
The hotel service is incredibly thoughtful, let me tell you about two things. First, while my wife was swimming in Turtle Bay, the lanyard of her waterproof phone pouch broke. The water was probably almost 10 meters deep. She only realized it after returning to shore, and her mood just plummeted. When the staff at the dive center found out, they immediately contacted a diver to search for it. Luckily, they found it, and the phone was perfectly fine and usable inside the pouch – she was absolutely thrilled.
The other thing is, our return journey was very early, we had to leave at 6 AM. The front desk thoughtfully and proactively packed us a generous breakfast to take with us for the road.

Paya Bunga Hotel is located smackingly next to centre of everything..The bus station,Pasar Kedai Payang and also UTC,making it super convenient for travellers and holiday-makers.Kudos to the hotel’s staff who are so utterly Sopan and Friendly.Thanks a lot for upgrading my room to a bigger one.This hotel is a good choice for those looking for a good variety of breakfast too..and prefer local food.
