For the first time my family and i stay at the langit duyong resort. My grand children loved the pool very much. My husband and i love the view at lobby hotel . We can see from far the drawn bridge of kuala terengganu. The room we stay is family suites so big for 5 adult and 3 children. If i come to KT the langit duyong must be the first choice… we must stay here for another holiday..

Bilik itu bersih dan selesa. Bantal itu sangat lembut dan selesa, sesuai untuk tidur yang lena dan nyenyak. Sajian sarapan pagi dan kualiti makanan adalah sederhana, dengan banyak hidangan yang masih belum siap kerana kualitinya. Kawasan ini boleh diperbaiki. Secara keseluruhan, resort ini mesra kanak-kanak dan mesra haiwan peliharaan, bersih, dengan pantai yang indah tetapi malangnya tidak selamat untuk berenang. Kakitangannya ramah dan membantu. Secara keseluruhan, saya berpuas hati.

Lokasi hotel ini strategik. Terdapat tempat letak kereta, menjadikannya sangat mudah bagi mereka yang memandu sendiri. Biliknya bersih dan kemudahan yang disediakan juga memadai. Kuala Terengganu mempunyai banyak tempat menarik untuk dikunjungi, jadi saya cadangkan untuk menginap lebih lama, mungkin dua hari lagi.

Kali ke 2 repeat. Dapat bilik B03, selimut sangat tipis banding bilik B02. Aircond ambik masa lama untuk sejuk. TV sangat okey. Pukul 12 tengahari akan ada staff ketuk pintu banyak kali kalau tak check out lagi. Parking depan rumah, FOC. Kolam air okey. Ada tempat bilas. Air mesin cuckoo. Jalan kaki ke pantai. Harga murah.

Boleh dikatakan ini hotel terbaik di Terengganu. Layanan staf sangat baik, dan terdapat kedai serbaneka di sekitar kawasan hotel. Tidak jauh dari Chinatown, boleh berjalan kaki sahaja. Mudah juga untuk mendapatkan teksi atau Grab. Cuma, bau pewangi di pintu keluar lif agak terlalu kuat. Tapi jangan risau, bilik tidak terlalu wangi.

Bilik yang bagus dan besar, tetapi lama. Katilnya mengerikan di mana anda boleh merasai musim bunga. Tempah dan bayar untuk katil double, sebaliknya diberikan katil twin. Jadi pada asasnya membayar tambahan tidak dijamin.
Gerai makan untuk makan malam di sebelah pantai sangat bagus, sarapan juga. Lokasi sesuai untuk pencinta pantai.

Second time i bring my families here plus its my anniversary date, ingat nak rileks2 lpas srabut kerja, bila datang ya ampunn makin serabut servicenya, aaaa first time dtg hotel 5 star rsa nk cepat2 balik.Service kaunter check in serabut ya aampun. Slow and steady 30-40 min duk kt lobby. Staff plak mcm intern ,girl yg putih2 tu. Tertukar bilik, tertukar nama booking, tertukar bilangan blk, connecting x available.dah 30minit urusan trace nama x settle2. Dhla kepala pening lpas naik bot, pastu dah settle, bg bilik jauh2 plak dah, ank kecik2 blk jauh, baik takpayah la sy ckp tukarkan la satu blk lagi tu jd credit point boleh guna utk dlm hotel, x boleh plak, last skali dpt la blk connecting. Yg settle lelaki pakai spek, tp ya ampunn customer servis out dengan muka serabut dia, muka nk marah, muka x de eye contact ngn customer. Dia kata x jauh mna pon blk ngn bangunan sebelah, aiii ank umur 3,4 taun, ingt pndai urus diri ke? AAtika SThe location and sea view were really beautiful. However, the overall stay did not meet our expectations for a resort at this price range.
The room floor felt quite oily upon arrival. We requested housekeeping in the morning, but they only came in the evening. We also had to specifically request vacuuming before it was done. When we asked for shower gel, they gave us another bottle of shampoo instead, even though shampoo was already provided. The same issue happened in our friends’ rooms too — no shower gel was provided at all. Luckily, we brought our own.
One of our friends also experienced almost a 1-hour delay during check-in. Since there was already a delay from the hotel’s side, we requested a late check-out, but our request was ignored.
Overall, the resort has a very nice location and amazing sea view, and the buggy service was good. However, the service and room maintenance need improvement to match the 4-star standard and pricing.

I started my stay with a simple walk along the beach. Barefoot, feeling the sand, listening to the waves… and suddenly, everything else didn’t matter anymore. That’s the magic of this place — it pulls you into the present moment without even trying.
The facilities are just enough to keep you comfortable without distracting you from the real highlight: nature. Whether it’s lounging by the pool, enjoying the sea breeze, or just sitting under the shade doing absolutely nothing — every second feels intentional.
And then came the sunset. Honestly, pictures don’t do it justice. The sky exploded into colors, and for a moment, it felt like the whole world paused just to admire it. People gathered quietly, watching, smiling — strangers sharing a beautiful moment together.
Nighttime brought a completely different vibe. Calm, cool, and incredibly peaceful. No loud city noise, no stress — just the sound of waves and the occasional breeze. I slept better than I had in weeks.
Morning came too fast. Waking up to the ocean view felt surreal, like I was still dreaming. And that’s the thing — even after checking out, it still feels like a dream.
One night at Sutra Beach Resort isn’t just a stay. It’s an experience. A reset. A reminder of how beautiful life can be when you slow down.

AAnonymous UserLot of facilities are not working or not available. Request to repair the jacuzzi, they came once, problem was not solved and that’s it. unuseable jacuzzi for the whole stay. Ok for a calm no activities stay, but not for families looking for varieties of activities such as ATV, jet ski etc.
Fairway of the golf course was patchy, and most bunkers are not playable. Greens are ok.

We had a very happy experience at the resort and would highly recommend Tanjong Jara Resort to our family and friends. It is definitely one of the best resort choices in Terengganu.

ZZrKayStayed here for 3 days and booked the Cliff Bay Suite for my husband’s birthday, honestly it was such a memorable experience.
From the start, everything felt well taken care of. A manager, Mei Ling was assigned to assist us, which made things very smooth. We arrived early and they kindly offered early check-in at 12PM-ish, so I could settle in and even continue working from the room, perfect little “work from hotel” moment.
We were welcomed with tea, and when we entered the room, the aircond was already turned on, super cooling and refreshing after the journey. They also prepared a birthday cake with a sweet message on the table, which made the surprise feel complete.
The room itself was beautiful, we got one of the highest floors, and the view was just amazing. Waking up to that ocean view really hits different.
Amenities were top tier. They provided L’Occitane for shower, shampoo, and lotion, didn’t even need to use my own. Requested a refill the next day and they sent it over quickly in the morning, very efficient.
The private beach is stunning and not crowded at all, which I really appreciated. Plenty of activities available too, free kayak, outdoor gym, and they can arrange dinner setups and snorkeling trips for you.
Transport was also seamless, they picked us up from Kampung Redang jetty and sent us back during checkout, so everything felt hassle-free.
Breakfast was great overall, quality and taste were there, but the variety was slightly limited. I was expecting a bit more selection, but still a very enjoyable spread.
Overall, the views, service, and experience were just beautiful. Definitely a place I would come back to again when visiting Redang 🤍

Aalanleong88can't find any reasonable pricing hotel in Terengganu due to they lack of nice hotel that is within the budget. The beach is nice to enjoy but the room are not that great due to it's age... everything still stays in 60s style that never changes. The room's door are still using keys to lock and the room itself are quite dark to enjoy a good night sleep...Morning Buffet aren't great and lack of choices...

RRoszaimyThe stay was great and hassle free especially if you arrive at Pasir Panjang jetty (Long Beach) then it’s just a few minutes walk to the reception. Room was great but not exactly a wow affair. Daily replenishment of canned drinks and some snacks by the housekeeping service. A few complaints: The wifi in the room was horrible because they had multiple SSID and some of them did not work. Even going from the bedroom to the balcony require finding a different SSID. I suggest that the hotel hire a proper network tech who can advise on getting a unified Wifi SSID. It’s 2026. The technology is already there. Also the A/C compressor is placed at the same vicinity where you would sit so the blowing hot air was like a sauna. Suggestion for improvement: Put in water dispenser so that you don’t need to provide too many plastic bottles per day. I’ve seen some hotels and resorts doing this so it’s not beyond the realm of possibility. Just imagine how many plastic bottles being disposed everyday for such a small island. Overall, great little hotel/resort with nice view and excellent, modern architecture. There were just some niggling issues and practices that could easily be fixed, in my opinion.

DDxnxxlI recently stayed at Permai Hotel Kuala Terengganu for 2D1N during Hari Raya and booked 2 Deluxe Rooms. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience, especially during the festive season.
The check-in process was smooth despite the busy Raya period. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the arrival experience easy and stress-free. Both rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the layout was practical, suitable for resting after a long day of visiting family and open houses.
One of the main advantages of this hotel is its location. It is conveniently located in Kuala Terengganu, making it easy to travel around for Raya visits and explore nearby areas. Parking was also manageable during our stay.
Although the hotel is not luxurious, it offers good value for money and meets expectations for a short stay. The overall environment was quiet and suitable for relaxation after a busy day.
In summary, Permai Hotel Kuala Terengganu is a solid choice if you are looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay, especially during festive periods like Hari Raya. I would consider staying here again on my next visit.
