The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station.  There is supermarket and good restaurants nearby.  The hotel staff are very helpful and polite.

Strategic location within walking distance from JR Utsunomiya Station. Reasonable Price & redeem coins to have some discount. Self service to have amenities items based on personal needs at the lobby Of course self service for clothing washer and coffee machine are available in the hotel ! Daily cleaning room service provided. Comfortable to stay in the hotel. Surrounding area is quiet.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. The hotel’s location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, though the quality could be improved slightly. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning in the future.

It was in good location about 4-5minutes by walking from Utsunomiya Station with reasonable price. There is all the amenities in the front so, sou can take what u like to use.

作りは結構古そうなホテルで、今時珍しく物理的な鍵を使用している。内装はリフォームされているのか、かなり綺麗になっており、不快感は無し。 部屋は一般的なビジネスホテルよりも広い。 駅からも近いため、ビジネス利用としては良い。

コスパの良いホテルでした。設備など少し古く、ドアがガタついて手で押さないと閉まらない感じでしたが、周りのホテルと比べ安かったので値段相応と感じた。アメニティはフロントの横にあり、必要なものを持っていく方式ですが、品揃えがよかった。

とてもスムーズなチェックイン対応で、 スタッフの方も親切丁寧な対応でした。 値段もリーズナブルで利用されて頂きました。 また、次回宇都宮に行った際は、ぜひ利用させて頂きたいと思っております。

位置很好找，中心位置，周圍很多居酒屋和吃飯的地方。 衞生和服務都很好，特別還給了備用浴袍和浴巾。 酒店設施很新，設計合理，空間利用也很棒。 可以作為首選出行住宿，提前預約最好哦～

旅行で利用しました。 入浴剤やインスタント食品がロビーにありました。 とても豪華な朝食で、 部屋も快適に過ごせました。 ありがとうございました。

１階にはレストランがあり、2階にロビーがありました。ロビーにはアメニティが置いてあってそこから好きな物を取っていくスタイルで、ボディ用のスポンジなどの一般的なアメニティだけでなくインストの紅茶やスープ、メイク落とし、化粧水、乳液などがありました。あと漫画がレンタルできたり、近くのおすすめの飲食店の紹介などもあってとても良かったです。

宇都宮駅から歩いてすぐの所にあり、立地〇でした！ 東武線の反対方面なので、飲食店やショッピングはJR宇都宮駅をまたぐ必要がありますが、 逆に夜の騒音となくゆっくりできました。 また、アメニティの多さに驚きました。 有名マンガ読み放題で部屋に持ち帰って読むことが出来ます。 入浴剤も10種類ほど、ティーパックも10種類ほど、お味噌汁などサービスが充実してました！ 部屋も綺麗で大変大満足でした！！
