There is nothing boutique about this hotel. Location: It's right next to the footsal field that people play until late at night and the opposite site is a temple. Very noisy. The bathroom is old and tiles was dirty. Sheets and towels are old and yellow. AC unit outside is very loud. No side bed lamp. I got bed bugs bite all over.
