The room is spacious and well maintained. However, the AC seems not cool enough for the room and we had to turn on the fan before sleeping. The lady at the reception desk not suit to be a receptionist, she seems forceful to assist guests' request, can be seen from her facial expression as well :( Other than that, the gentlemen at the reception are helpful and always smiling. The housekeeper are attentive too. 1 thing to improve is the door card lock system. It is discharged every 12 hours and need to forth and bk to the reception desk and also,avoid calling guest in the early morning for any reason. 8am room call just to collect back the iron is not good. Received award as the best business hotel in Vadodara, hence should prepare 1 iron in every room as it is importantly required for every guest.

Location of the hotel is pretty good and very easily reachable. Food was amazing and room service was quick and good. Room was very hygienic, clean and spacious.

We had booked a premium room at lemon tree vadodara. The ac in the room was not working. With a temperature of 40 degrees in this summer season we had to send the entire night without ac. The hotel didn’t make any arrangements to change the room or repair the ac. The hotel didn’t cooperate with us and it was not possible for me to change the hotel at night

Fast check in. Reception madam was humble, polite and receptive. Neat and clean rooms. Clean bathroom. Food was good, tasty and made as per requirement. Fast check out

It’s overpriced when it comes to service. I waited for 20 mins to checkin as there room was not ready.

The support team is not experienced nor presentable been called as 4 star property the checkin experience was not pleasent. There is no in-room dinning available for late meals neither any options. Purposely the tv is kept unregistered and you have to call the reception multiple times. The person from hk managing reception looked so unpleasant.

Rooms are too conusted and wifi also not working. When we have asked them about wifi they told it will resovle they have some issue with is p but till check out it was not resolved
