Ulasan Richmind Hotel

The location of the hotel is good (eating, bus, taxi right by the hotel, major touristic sites in walking distance). The check-in at 4am worked without problems. The room was fine; only the lighting at the beds could be improved. Good value for the price and generous check-out time of 12pm.

The hotel is in a very good location, opposite the Echmiadzin Church. But there is a very bad problem, the agent is a liar. The single beds in the hotel are only 80cm, but the agent lied and said they were 1.3m beds. After checking in, I found out and couldn't contact the agent. Ctrip finally refunded the money. There is nothing wrong with the hotel, but the agent is very dishonest.

Pleasant impressions of the hotel. The staff is polite. The bed is comfortable. There is a kettle and everything you need in the bathroom.

There were many kind staff and housekeepers, and the room was clean. On the other hand, when I said hello to one of the housekeepers, she and her co-workers laughed at me, and when I was just walking around, local children and adults insulted me with a grin. I am Japanese, and I honestly felt that Japanese people are not welcome in this area. The hotel itself is nice, but if you are Japanese or have been perceived as Japanese, I would not recommend staying at this hotel or this area unless you have a very important purpose.

We book this hotel not for the first time, very satisfied. Cleanliness, silence. Very friendly staff. We arranged a late check-out. There is something to see around the hotel, monuments of Armenia. Many shops and cafes near the hotel. Taxi to the airport, 16 minutes drive.

Great location, lots of cafes and coffee shops nearby. If we come next time, we will definitely stay at the same hotel.

The hotel is super! Just right for seven people with children!!!

Гостеприимно встретили, всё скромно, но чисто, немного устаревшие номера, в центре города, с замечательным действующим монастырём, где можно погулять и послушать прекрасное пение монахов на заутреннейив чудесном храме с прекрасной акустикой. Хорошие завтраки, не понравилось лишь синтетическое бельё на кроватях, мне пришлось спать на полотенуах- терпеть не могу синтетику. Но, видимо, жто плата за дешевизну отеля. Команда персонала мне понравилась,

В этом отеле я не ночевала, надо было комфортно провести 12 часов между рейсами. Меня все устроило, только кажется, окна неважно звукоизолированы. Мое окно выходило на шумную улицу. В номере чайник, холодильник, тапки. В душевой шампунь, зубная щетка и паста, расческа, бритвенное. Мне понравилось.
