Hotel is ok, the reason I am giving 3/5 is coz of the check-in. It took like 30min...you should not have such a bottle neck on the frontdesk... It is a mess. Other than that is ok. It has a small pool for probably too many people and location is cool. Far from downtown but MTR is right beside so it takes like 20min to go to the city center.

Hotel is good. But facilities are not so much. You will not found any fridge, hot water cattle in the room. For normal water you need to ask them every time. In my room they put some straight thing for pets without my request. In the toilet strange kind of smell is always there. No toothpaste, no brush, no tissue paper- quit strange for me.

酒店服務員非常熱心，地點也非常棒。5分鐘可以走到地鐵站去市區，10分鐘可以走到電車車站去海邊。 房間也很乾凈，衹是為了環保沒有什麼設施。

El hotel es sencillo, pero se descansa muy bien. Hay paradas de metro cercanas para trasladarse al centro. Las camas son cómodas y el desayuno muy bien.

性價比不高啊，近千的酒店房間簡陋，早餐一般！周邊安靜，但路邊有臭味

Everything was perfect except cleaning services enter the room when the hanger on the door said otherwise.

I was there for 2 nights - I had to check out in 1 day - Rooms were so cold. No heater was working. Upon asking help - A guy came in room and did some settings with AC/Heater - still didn't work. I got sick. Had to check out and change the hotel. There was a phone in room but no reception number. No water bottle.. not reccomanded. it's 1-star hotel. Never gonna stay there again. Facilities are not good too

All was fine. I didn't like that if you brought food that was not purchased there, you could not eat at off hours vacant tables and chairs.

Good bed and shower. Elevator works well and the staff is polite. No coffee maker in the room and it costs to get coffee near the front desk. Every TV channel is in Spanish.

Did the job. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We just spent 6 nights at this hotel, on a short vacation to Valencia. Great location for us, with a metro station just outside that can take you to the centre of the city, and another metro station a 10 minute walk away that takes you directly to the beach. Very convenient and easy to navigate. The staff at the hotel were wonderful, super friendly & helpful. Especially Ruben who we met when checking in. Great, friendly personality, he gave us a map with many top tips of where to go and how to get there. I haven't experienced such great customer service for many years. Give this man a pay rise! The room itself was pretty basic. The bathroom is one of the Japanese-style pods, on the smaller side and a little dated in terms of decor. But the shower was lovely, there was a hair dryer, hand soap and shower gel, and fluffy clean towels. The bed and pillows were REALLY comfortable, we both slept very well. Limited storage for clothes, a small hanging rail and some bedside shelves. No fridge or coffee making facilities. But honestly, for us, it was no big deal. We used the room for sleeping and bathing. We had the breakfast and there was a good choice of hot dishes, bread, fruit, yogurt, cereal, cakes, juice. We are vegan so we only ate certain things, but for those without dietary restrictions I think it is a good selection. We didn't use the small pool because we were always out during the day, but it looked very nice and was busy.

The hotel was nice...pool was great but i wish it opened sooner and stayed open later. Pool hours were 11am-7:30pm. Breakfast was really good...huge selection. The room was quite small...really tiny bathroom, no mini fridge, no drawers for clothes.

Staff are very helpful, switching pool closed, and is very small pool no sun ,between high rise building, most of breakfast come from Next door supermarket.cheap coffee is the worst 2 stars hotel
