Hotel que se encuentra en un entorno rodeado de naturaleza, haciendo un buen lugar para los amantes de la tranquilidad. Instalaciones impecables y el personal siempre dispuesto a atender a cualquier solicitud de información que se requiera. Bien situado para aquellos que sigan su ruta hacia Portugal o hacia Huelva. Recomendable al cien por cien.

I will start by saying that the price is great, and the staff are very kind. The rooms are pretty and I wasn’t too hot despite the 90/40+ degree temperatures outside. That is where the pros end, unfortunately. The mini fridge in our room wasn’t working, and it hadn’t been cleaned at all prior to our stay, so there was nowhere to store food or drinks. There were extra blankets in the closet, but the one that is on the bed is so thin that it’s basically just a sheet. The pillows were horrifically uncomfortable, and I usually don’t say things like that. Dinner was fine, decently affordable but got old after the second day. We took a taxi to get dinner elsewhere on our third night. Breakfast was awful and should have been complimentary for how little there was. I hate to say it, but I feel like the hotel management counts on their remoteness and charges whatever they want for food in hopes that visitors will be too lazy to go elsewhere. The lobby is clean and smells great, but everything else just wasn’t up to par in terms of cleanliness. The door to our bathroom was broken, or just poorly maintained. It didn’t fit, I guess, because there was a loud screeching noise every time I tried to close it. I was afraid I’d broken it the first time, but I heard the same sound coming from multiple rooms. I had high hopes for this four-star hotel, but I can say with confidence that it isn’t worth four stars, or your money. I’m sorry to the hotel staff, you all were very kind.

It’s a nice place out of the city. Amenities are great and the menu is good as well. It’s a nice place for relaxing as there isn’t much to do near by. Enjoyed my stay though!

Hier geldt “Never judge a book by its cover”. Het hotel ziet er goed uit, totdat je gaat inchecken. Je merkt meteen dat niks kan. Geen lunch of koffie. Nou ja, koffie komt uit een automaat direct in de receptie. Die niet werkt op munten of pasjes, maar met een app… Pas laat in de middag gaat alles open. Net als de kamer die dan pas beschikbaar is. Gelukkig is er klein zwembad. Gezien al hun foto’s van het zwembad bij hun hotelpromotie toch een belangrijk verkooppunt. Voor ons fijn om even af te koelen. Helaas is ook dat zwembad niet beschikbaar. Dat zal pas in de zomer klaar zijn en dat terwijl het al 28 graden was. Ik moet het hotel gelijk geven; de foto’s van een mooi blauw zwembad zijn aanlokkelijk en de groene kleur van het biologisch proces van een langzame verandering in een boerensloot zijn minder aantrekkelijk om pootje te baden. Dat wil je oververhitte gasten niet aandoen. Het kost het hotel punten. Wij zouden dit hotel zelf niet gekozen hebben. Het is een onderdeel van een TUI Fly&Drive

Good inexpensive hotel in an industrial area.

In the morning there is only a machine which produces a diluted expresso which consists mainly of whitish foam. There is no other place around to have a coffee. Also, no instant coffee in the rooms. In the morning the breakfast is served in a downstairs location which is not as nice as the restaurant above.

Hotel was nice but I wouldn't eat there

A l'écart de la ville, permet de profiter du calme. Parking disponible. Le lieu d'accueil est très beau et nous plonge dans le cadre andalou Chambre et salle de bains spacieuses. La note aurait été bien meilleure si suite à ,nos répétitives demandes l'air conditionné avait rafraîchi l'ambiance de la chambre. La restauration n'est pas au niveau du standing de l'hôtel

Hotel amplio y moderno con parking gratis, fuera de Sevilla. Habitación amplia y cómoda, limpia. El desayuno buffet es muy mediocre por no decir malo, y desmerece un hotel que pretende tener 4 estrellas. Para mí debería tener 3 justitas o incluso 2. El restaurante del hotel está cerrado el domingo por la tarde-noche, no se puede cenar. El hotel está en Valencina, no en Sevilla ciudad; no es adecuado si se quiere estar en el centro de Sevilla (no era nuestro caso).
