馬爾代夫酒店的環境都很優美，服務也很好！但有些細節不吐不快：1. 印度人非常喜歡去這個島，所以島上食物的整體風味可以想象！2. 島周邊風浪很大，水下很荒涼也沒什麼珊瑚和魚，不適合浮潛。3. 收費很貴，一瓶迷你可樂就要8美元，每噸飯基本都在500美元左右！4. 水上中心服務很差，自帶的備用浮潛氣瓶不給充氣，而馬代其他島之前有充過的！

這是光酒店的費用 水飛或者陸飛需要另外花錢 需要注意一下 另外一個槽點注意 在一日包兩餐 但是固定是早餐和午餐 這個沒説清楚 應該直接説早餐午餐 別説包兩餐 包餐的也還要注意 包餐可以點餐到房間吃 衹要一個29刀的類似送餐費 但是搞笑的是 小孩子的餐點到房間就需要付費了… 整個度假村沒有很大 純休閑可以的

This place is not cheap! It comes with a prize, but it lives up to your expectations. The entire staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and courteous. The service was fantastic. Our waiters and waitresses at Aaliya and all the other restaurants including Janice, Cindy Eliza, and the rest were incredible, helpful and friendly. The yoga instructor Vishnu is fantastic and if you have a chance, please do a sunrise or sunset yoga with him. The photographer is also fantastic and took some incredible pictures. The complimentary print that he gave us was amazing. In the evenings, the entertainment program at Aliya restaurant was brilliant. Anna and her colleague Matt played incredible music. Anna has a golden voice and an infectious personality that beats most singers and entertainers . We enjoyed every night, listening to them entertain us. The Tepanyaki chef, Navit, did an amazing show for us at the Japanese restaurant. The housekeepers came and cleaned our place three times a day. Truly five star. I would advice not doing a half board but instead doing a la carte as it is much cheaper than half board. Keep it up everyone. You have a gem here. We will be back!!!

We are just returning from our Maldives Christmas at the JW Marriott Resort &Spa. First don’t let the distance by sea plane put you off . TMA and JW Marriott take care of everything. From the private lounge in Seaplane terminal to your departure onboard a cute sea plane . We had one drop off of passengers at a resort , which took about 5 mins then were on our way to JW Maldives. Our return flight was direct. On arrival you are greeted by the Management Team and Staff. You are assigned a personal butler for your stay. Affan kindly looked after us. I have to mention his attention to detail, kindness , professionalism and manor was exemplary. A great brand ambassador for JW Marriott! Accomadation we stayed in a sunrise beach for a few nights . Beautiful too watch the sun appear in the morning. Villas are lovely and decking, private pools that lead onto your own part of the beach. Sunrise side we noticed the sea is a little rougher . Sunset side our Villa had stunning views and the sea was calmer with softer sand! If you are able to I would suggest Sunset side. Our last few nights were on an overwater villa duplex, our sons was facing the ocean and ours was facing the lagoon. These are stunning and I would also say very well sound proofed from the noise of the sea, a previous resort stay villas were very noisy . All the rooms have lovely amenities, soft towels and the obligatory bath robe. Beach bags, flip flops and slippers were a welcome touch. House keeping were attentive and to an excellent standard . The Spa setting is truly magical and I had probably one of the best massages ever . It’s was amazing and totally eased my stiff neck. Onto dining. All the restaurants are off and exceptional quality. 3 open for lunch and 3 for evening. The Thai is set in a tree house with wooden rope bridge and tables at different elevations . Food is truly exquisite here. The Japanese restaurant we enjoyed their Teppanyaki twice . Jason one of the chefs is a true master . Outdoor seating has lovely views. Breakfast buffet is well worth pulling yourself out of bed . The selection, quality and presentation is top class. Special thanks to Ali who always looked after us and also Janice. We also got to know the management team who are always attentive and genuinely caring. ‘B’ thank you for coming to our rescue one night and immediately sorting the blip out for our son. Christmas Eve entertainment with the gala dinner was brilliant. Food as expected was delicious and presented beautifully. Overall a truly fantastic island. Great for young kids and teenagers . Thank you everyone for making our Christmas 2023 perfect.

We absolutely loved staying in JW Marriott in Maldives. The whole staff is amazing, especially our beloved butler Saddaam, who was always one message away and arranged everything for us, always being so so kind to our 2yo daughter. Everybody is so helpful, and Elisa and Janice at the Aailaa restaurant were always ready to accommodate us in the best possible way. Food was so good in all the restaurants around the island. The kids club is one of the best we’ve seen, with a big space outdoors for the little ones to play. Our beach pool villa was very comfortable and spacious, very tidy at all times, with everything we needed. We had the most spectacular experience staying at JW and we look forward to come back next year!

This was hands down the best family vacation we have ever had. We arrived to management welcoming us at the jetty singing with drums playing. The team knew names of my wife and my 2 girls and even knew it was one of my girls birthday. We met our butler Shamil at the jetty and he took us to our room to check in. On our way there the team sang my daughter happy birthday which was delightful. I have never checked in my room so this was amazing. As a Marriot platinum elite we were absolutely blown away at the hospitality. Our room was spectacular. We had a overwater sunrise view booked and we’re not able to be upgraded on the first night. However the following day at breakfast we were met by head of rooms and upgraded to the duplex family villa which was massive and perfect in every way. It had everything you could wish for. Our butler Shamil was incredibly he went above and beyond to make our stay magical. Shamil looked after my daughter so well and ensured their meals were taken care off. One night the girls dinner was missed and he had already arranged for their favourite meal to be delivered to our villa. He even found my sunglasses which I lost in the games room. Shamil suprised us for our anniversary by decorating our room one night which was special. He also made amazing suggestion to help us get the most from our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach dinner - highly recommend and also the degustation menu offered where we had the absolute delight to meet chef Rohit. We loved his food and his special attention to detail. He looked after our meal needs for the remaining days and delighted our taste buds with delicious meals. Something we will never forget! We also loved the band at dinner each night and enjoyed dancing on our last night. We didn’t do the meal package as breakfast was included as a platinum benefit. We loved the breakfast where Cindy would welcome us each morning. The entire team at the restaurant was incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. It was nice to be welcomed each morning like family. The ladies at kids club and Gordana looked after our kids like her own. My daughter celebrated her birthday at kids club and we were blown away by the surprise party. My daughter still talks about the kids club and how much fun she had! We stay for 11 night. Wished we had stayed even longer. We are already planning our visit back to this amazing property. We also went diving and the dive centre and our instructor Jessica was absolutely amazing. We felt like they looked after us for well - we have never done diving they made us feel comfortable and ensured we had a great time exploring. An unforgettable experience Thank you so much for the most incredible holiday ever. We had the best time and can’t wait to visit again.

Our family went on a vacation to JW Marriott Maldives from January 29 to February 6 this year, and we had a perfect travel experience during this period. First, the island's scenery is incredibly beautiful, and just sitting by the sea and enjoying the view was a pleasure. Secondly, the island is surrounded by abundant schools of fish and coral reefs, allowing for easy snorkeling access from the villa by walking through the beach. I went snorkeling for about an hour each day during our stay. Additionally, the food on the island and the services at the water sports center were exceptional. I particularly loved the Japanese and Vietnamese restaurants, and the boat snorkeling trip was amazing. Knowing it was our 10th wedding anniversary trip, our butler, Hassan, thoughtfully prepared a welcome gift for my wife and arranged a beach dinner for us, creating an unforgettable memory. Beyond these common experiences, the warm-hearted attitude of the staff on the island made a lasting impression on me. Four days into our stay, my 9-year-old child developed a fever. Upon learning this, Hassan actively helped us contact a doctor, drove us back and forth between the villa and clinic several times, and prepared a thermometer and various means to help reduce the fever, providing us with significant support during my child’s illness. Janice from the buffet restaurant also offered help: the doctor recommended giving my child lots of lemonade during his illness, but it wasn’t available at breakfast. After learning about our situation, Janice used the available lemons, salt, and syrup in the buffet restaurant to make us a large pot of lemonade, which was a clever and heartwarming gesture! During our stay at the hotel, I genuinely felt the meticulous care of all the staff members. For my next vacation in the Maldives, I will undoubtedly choose this hotel again.

My husband and I visited to celebrate our anniversary, a dream trip that took years of savings. We love the Marriott brand and the JW seemed like the perfect place after months of mind boggling research (there are SO MANY resorts in the Maldives). I’ve stayed at Ritzs and St. Regis and Four Seasons at other locations and really appreciate the attentive service and attention to detail, but this place blew them out of the water. We had quite high expectations and we were blown away. Of course the resort is gorgeous - glittering water of every shade of blue and green imaginable and beautiful beaches and buildings. But what struck us most was the staff. From the second our sea plane landed, we were doted on - I was hesitant with having a “butler” because I am a no fuss kind of person and would rather die than someone wait on me. But the staff here was so genuine, helpful, and chatty without being overbearing or intrusive…which is an extremely difficult balancing act. I reached out to the team early in our booking to review the process and they kept in touch very efficiently and answered a ton of my questions. I didn’t realize just how “full service” it would be! We literally didn’t have to do anything! From the moment we landed at the airport, someone was there to greet us by name and drive us to an off site lounge in the sea plane terminal (wifi in the van, and the huge lounge was gorgeous and relaxing with snacks and drinks and very comfortable chairs, also wifi). We waited an hour or so for our seaplane to take us to the resort. Once we landed at the property, there was a huge team of people waiting on the dock for us with a welcome drink, playing drums, clapping, and introducing themselves. It was like out of a movie - they whisked us off to our overwater villa and let us get acclimated for a few minutes and then delivered our luggage. They offered to unpack for us but we declined. Our butler gave us his information and arranged a tour of the island for us in the morning. We texted him anytime we needed anything and he promptly assisted. Our room was gorgeous, and they decorated our bed for our anniversary and provided wine and a welcome cake as well. There was always tons of water in the room to stay hydrated and no wasteful plastic! We really loved the conservation initiatives. The shower was great, plus we had an outdoor shower! Also - whatever water filters they have were amazing! My hair so so light and soft! If in any doubt - go for the rate including breakfast. It’s an amazing buffet of delicious food for all cultures, and you can eat lagoonside with views of the sharks, fish and rays. The coffee and fresh juices are delicious, and we were able to try so many options to fuel up for the day. Eggs to order, dim sum, fresh fish, yogurts, pastries, bacon, rice dishes, paratha, charcuterie, pouridges, salads, tropical fruits, cheeses, etc. we didn’t eat lunch most days because the breakfast was so good. My stay at the JW Marriott was very nice. My butler was very helpful and did his job well. My butler surprised me with a birthday cake and happy birthday written on the bed when I arrived. Which I thought was a nice welcome. Thank you! It was a very relaxing trip for me I was traveling solo. I was visiting India and figured I would stop in Maldives for a few days being that it was so close. The food was ok at the Thai restaurant. Breakfast was amazing! Lots of great choices. The sea plane lounge was wonderful. Nice variety of food to choose from. The seaplane ride was an amazing….experience! It was about a 55 min ride to the resort. The views were breathtaking! Upon arrival the staff was there to give this warm welcome Maldives style…, It would be nice if this resort offered bicycles the bungalows are quite far from the restaurant s and pool.
