Ulasan Best Western Plus Vancouver Airport Hotel

The hotel is right located closely to the airport but 15mins drive away. There is a free parking in the private parking area in the hotel and the hotel will give you the permit when you check in. The room we stayed was at the end of the corridor. We thought it would be quiet for us not to hear any sound from outside, but obviously the wall is very thin and the door is not sound proof. We can hear the noise of opening and closing door, people talking and luggage dragging on the mat. The room size is acceptable, but the hygiene is far behind our expectations. You can see the dirt, tissue crushes on the mat. Looks like no one cleaned the floor before we check in. We stayed here for a few days and the air conditioner was very noisy, as well as the noise outside the closed window. The only full size mirror in the room has no light, very dim to see or for make up. Although the mirror in the shower room is bright, but it’s far to draw your eyeliner. Also, the water pressure of the shower was really weak. It can’t focus on a part to wash. There are limited facilities to use and not much common area for you to work or relax. The description says it was refurbished in 2021. I can see only the shower room has done some work in the sink and the shower area. But due to the old light switch and dusty lamp, dirty mat and the room hygiene, I won’t come back to this hotel again. Never!

Hotel provides shuttle services between the yvr airport and the hotel which is really handy, I had a 12 hours layover and it helps a lot! Recommended

Paid 300CAD for a small room, without tooth brush / slippers / water / breakfast, I had to pay 3CAD for a 500ml bottle of water, I am not sure if it is the problem of the hotel, or the city, or myself. Other than that, the room was clean, just a bit dark. Airport shuttle to commute between. 花了 300 CAD 房間極小，沒有提供牙刷、拖鞋、水同早餐，要花 3 CAD 買 500ml 的水。唔確定呢個係酒店、呢個城市，或我個人的問題。除此之外，房間算乾淨，但比較暗。有免費機場接駁車方便往返。

Although the location is close to the airport, there's absolutely nothing around the hotel. The restaurants others mentioned simply don't exist, perhaps they've all closed down! There's one convenience store where you can buy some snacks. The hotel itself doesn't offer breakfast; you have to go to an external contracted restaurant. The options aren't many, but the taste is decent.

Stayed here many times years ago when it was the Coast. Good to stay here again. Quiet side is best. The Oak Street off ramp is busy and not so quiet.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we checked in, the male front desk staff member was unfriendly and unprofessional. When we entered our room, there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. We reported it to the front desk, but were told the hotel was fully booked and that changing rooms wasn’t possible. While I understand that being fully booked can happen, I asked if someone could at least come to the room to check the issue, but no one ever did. The staff member’s attitude throughout the interaction was dismissive and very disappointing. After our stay, I contacted the manager by email. Unfortunately, after a few exchanges, they stopped responding altogether. The lack of professionalism and customer care throughout this experience was extremely disappointing. Because of how this situation was handled, I will not be staying at this hotel again.

I had the impression of an old dimly lit building, but the interior was kept clean,and the shower was new and very well maintained.

Facilities was good but not really because the amenities are not complete they dont have slippers, toiletries need to be requested at the front desk and get by your own. Bottled water also you need to request. To the coffee lovers they have many choices you can get it to their lobby. Inside the room has a coffee also and tea. Front desk was so helpful especially to Ms. ALOKA who such a good service and willingly helped me. To get my ride from the hotel to the BC ferry. Thank you so much her service is beyond expectations.

Location near street,so some times hear the sound of car… Shuttle go to airport not on time must ask again to reception

The staff was very helpful, the shuttle arrives on the 3rd floor at the airport where shuttles usually pick up travelers, the driver was very friendly and the hotel provides me with the service to store my luggage in the storage room even after checkout, if you need a place to stay near the hotel a few days I highly recommend this establishment!

The hallway smells awful, and the room is very noisy. Cleaning was great inside the bedroom, and very comfortable.
