Sonder at Revival

Very clean and rasy to access--safe environment! Close to blocks of restaurants, bars, Stanley Park, Beach/Aquabus, etc. $10CA cab to Skytrain. Shower door needed repair, everything else great!

Like the ease of check in unfortunately the shower bathroom was disgusting glob hair and old shower rubber *****ping full of scunge I was compensated for this and the sent someone to clean it the next day otherwise it was fine and easy to contact although there overseas phillipines and I was in Canada but they were very friendly and helpful

The property was perfect for our small family's stay. Checking in was convenient, and parking even though a road into the lot was closed, was easily accessible, and in such a convenient place being attached to the Sonder building. Having the grocery store in the mall connected was also great for picking up the few things we needed. Really clean building, and overall great experience.

Stunning place to stay with lovely little touches. Loved the communication on the Sonder app and they were so great about providing a replacement bowl for the one that was broken in the cupboard upon arrival. The luggage storage was also really useful and the lobby has a toilet which is great on the last day. The decor in the hotel is amazing and the modern look of the rooms are fantastic. I didn't want to leave!

This location is a Zen space in the midst of a vibrant walkable neighbourhood.

It was nice not dealing with keycards. Its minimalist approach was refreshing. Loved the location of this Sonders.

The property is walking distance to Stanley Park which is a plus. The surrounding neighborhood has some cute restaurants, and allows for easy access to other neighborhoods. The room was clean and had everything we needed including a coffee maker and quality ground coffee. It’s nothing fancy, but I would stay there again.

Good location, clean, quiet. A little too minimalistic in lobby area. Maybe some flowers or more pictures around. Small area with info of things to do...even though most have cell phones

There are some good things about this hotel, such as the location and a full, well-equipped kitchen, but there are also some significant negatives. The room was clean, but the balcony was filthy with bird poop, peanut shells, and litter. The layout of the hotel is very poor. We had to walk over 200 steps from the parking lot to our hotel room through a maze of halls. No luggage carts. When entering from the parking garage, if your room is on 3rd floor, you have to carry your bags up a flight of stairs as there is no access to an elevator from there. In an attempt to find a way out of the hotel without going through the maze, we tried to take a different set of stairs, and found ourselves locked in the stairwell. This was NOT marked as an emergency exit. There were doors to the mall and doors to the garage, but they were all locked and the door we came in through had no handle, no keypad, no way to escape other than go through an emergency exit that had an alarm. We didn't want to set off the alarm so spent about 15 minutes calling and sending chat messages to Sonder. and eventually an employee came and let us out. If we hadn't had our phones I don't know how we would have gotten out. I wanted to speak with manager about putting a warning sign on door. Told manager not in until morning. In morning, again asked to speak with manager. Got a message back that it could be 24-48 hours before I would get a response.
