Ulasan Fairmont Hotel Vancouver

Staff is friendly, but facilities is a quite legacy and cleaning staff cut corners at work.

We recently stayed at the Fairmont Vancouver and were pleased with its excellent location, conveniently close to designer shops and fine dining options. The spacious rooms provided ample comfort, although they had a more traditional feel. Initially, we encountered a minor issue with mold in our first room’s bathroom. However, the staff were quick to address the situation and promptly relocated us to a different room. While the amenities were functional, they did show signs of aging. Overall, we appreciated the hotel's prime location and the attentive service.

Great location with outdated room. Swing door lock was missing. AC is not working (maybe I’m not using it properly). Biggest issue is noise level. It’s 12:26am and there is loud music sound coming from somewhere non stop for the last 3 hours. My room is on 13th floor. I don’t know if it’s because Friday night and maybe it’s from a bar at the ground level. Don’t people sleep here. Next time I’ll find another hotel. Vancouver was great tho After a call and a personal visit at the front desk, finally the noise stopped around 1:05am. It was from a rooftop party. I don’t think I can sleep tonight as I’m wide awake dealing with this issue. The following day, checked at the front desk and found out that on the weekends, there are parties on 15th floor rooftop between Thanksgiving and year end. I was able to switch room to 7th floor and the problem disappeared the following 2 nights. I loved the location and people were friendly but just beware that you may have to deal with loud music if you were to stay on 13,14th floor (maybe 12th floor) on the weekends in Nov/Dec.

差不多一千美元一晚的套房居然開門進去直接是卧室，再往裡走才是客廳，感覺是原來的陽台改建的；狹小的洗手間沒有浴缸，稍胖一點的人很難轉身，而且莫名其妙的自己鎖住了，不得以半夜三更的請求前台派人來修，電話死活沒人接，衹能自己下樓到前台請求，非常踩雷。

＜費爾蒙温哥華大酒店＞，也是一家由費爾蒙管理的酒店。對於舊改古堡酒店的管理，費爾蒙向來是做得最好的。之前同大家介紹過的維多利亞的Fairmont Empress，以及班夫的Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise，包括上海和平飯店，都是由費爾蒙管理的古堡酒店。 酒店所在可謂是温哥華地標性建築。外觀跟上海和平飯店還有點像，也是一棟古堡式建築。對外設計有很多道門，大概有四五道。 因為坐落於市中心，所以四五道門都可以出大馬路。側門這裏裝飾有新型吊燈，擺放了簡約傢俱，作為侯客室。另外，在停車下客的這道門，也用的是新型吊燈，還有各種皮沙發，以及用皮箱做成的茶几。 搭乘電梯上到房間，空間不算很大，有兩張大床因為是一家五口同行，提前預約了房間，所以安排的是中間設計有連通門的兩間房，可以互相照應。大床對面安置有落地櫃，裏面設計有冰箱。不過冰箱是那種接觸式設計，飲料一取出，就自動扣費。 整體來看，雖然面積不大，但是住得還是挺舒服。就是浴室稍微小了點，而且看着維護得不是很到位了。從窗户望出去，可以看到温哥華大教堂。又因為處在市中心，所以夜景會很好看，視野很棒。 雖然酒店有些年代了，但是都維護得很好。來到大堂，一邊的門對着大街，一邊門對着酒店內部。而一樓又大多租給了奢侈品牌，相當於踏進大堂，就可以逛到很多奢侈品店。逛膩了，轉頭出到大街，就是温哥華市中心。五十米的半徑內就有數不盡的高端品牌店，根本逛不完。無論是歷史建築的底藴，還是地理位置，都是一絕。最重要的是，訂房時可以選擇延遲付款。 第一次下單時，房價是三千五一晚，但是要出發去温哥華的時候，我看了下價格，竟然降到了兩千五。幸好選擇了延遲付款，我立馬退房重新下單。原本七千多的總房價最終花了五千多，省了一大筆錢。要知道，温哥華的五星級酒店都很貴，基本三四千元起跳，但這家竟然兩千五就能拿下，性價比非常高。 其次，酒店管理非常到位。我們早上不到十點就已經抵達酒店了，理論上還不能入住，已經做好寄存完行李就要外出的準備了。結果等我們Check in的時候，被告知房間已經收拾好了，真的是非常驚喜。 整體來看，Fairmont Hotel Vancouver是高性價比之選。入住體驗很好，地理位置也無可挑剔，推薦入住。

地理位置優越，走路逛街非常方便。 房間打掃衞生的人感覺不專業，或者至少沒有一個工作標準， 除了地點好，其他對不起這個品牌。

入住一夜，最大的感受就是，不愧是古老的大牌酒店，房間衞生乾淨，佈局合理，整個大樓透着歷史和文化，酒店的位置也好，去周邊都方便，值得一住！

位置非常好，逛街觀光，吃飯都非常的方便。酒店歷史悠久，雙床都是1.5米，房間很大，住的很舒適。
