Absolutely loved it apart from they are doing renovations so not a good health spa yet, pool was in operation but no jacuzzi so not too inviting!

Traveling during peak season and staying in a prime location, I can understand the higher cost, but the service was just mediocre. What's truly unacceptable is that it's been 20 days since I checked out, and my deposit still hasn't been refunded. I really hope Trip.com can help expedite this!

Was so excited to take my mom to this Hotel for her Birthday. Was disappointed with all my requests being ignored. I asked for no Alcohol in the room and they did finally help me but it was very confusing and not worth the stress. Be aware the bathrooms are EXTREMELY small, due to the history of the design of the original hotel. Front desk people are great and friendly, just wish I could have had my requests listened to.

Great location and great service, be aware the mini bar price list is outdated though.

The carpet in the room was unbelievably dirty, haha. 😂 On the bright side, the room was spacious, and so were the hallways. The location is incredibly convenient, perfect for a city walk.

The hotel location is very convenience, close to everything ( shopping & restaurants ) easy to access by bus, train, seaplane.

The location is great. It's convenient for the beach and shopping. The restaurant food is also very delicious 😋

The service was good and the room was clean and tidy. Although the facilities are old, they have a lot of historical charm.

We love this hotel so much that we stayed twice during our trip. It has a classical elegant feel to it. We loved the lounge access and all of the amenities. Great location too!

Staff is friendly, but facilities is a quite legacy and cleaning staff cut corners at work.

We recently stayed at the Fairmont Vancouver and were pleased with its excellent location, conveniently close to designer shops and fine dining options. The spacious rooms provided ample comfort, although they had a more traditional feel. Initially, we encountered a minor issue with mold in our first room’s bathroom. However, the staff were quick to address the situation and promptly relocated us to a different room. While the amenities were functional, they did show signs of aging. Overall, we appreciated the hotel's prime location and the attentive service.
