Ulasan Mercure Grand Hotel Biedermeier Wien

The location is unbeatable for us. We arrived in Vienna late at night and didn't want to fiddle around with public transport at midnight with a kid and luggage. The Mercure is literally only a few minutes walk from the airport train terminal, which is precisely the reason why we picked it. There are two U-bahn stations within walking distance, so are the tram stations. Plenty of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and a mall nearby (also the train station). The room is clean spacious, and has everything we need. Our favorite is that there are two blankets so we didn't need to fight over it. The only minus point was that there was no hot water in our room. When I seek help from the reception (twice) their answer was that I had to figure out myself and the flow was probably just slow. I had to walk around to find a staff member to prove that there was no hot water. They granted me access to the next door room to have a shower but still the whole incident kind left a sour taste for our experience.

The room was small and the bathroom was very tight. The bed cover (doona) was not as requested for a large bed, but only two small singles.

Everything was good. The hotel is located at a calm and lovely street. With plenty of cafes and coffee shops around. few minutes walk from the train station ( small shopping mall) to airport. Tram and bust stop is also few steps away. The Only inconvenience - there is no elevator on every floor and no one to help you with luggage. :( had difficulties to carry two heavy bags up and down on stairs. :( No air condition in the room.

Helpful staff and nice breakfast

Stayed at the family suite. It is spacious with 2 bedrooms (2single beds in each room), 1 living room, separate shower and Poo Poo area. Breakfast was fantastic with egg station. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel, very good breakfast! But there was noises early morning from cleaning hotel staff, so was hard to sleep.

Breakfast is 21 euros not 17 as it was stated here. Good selection though with nice cold cuts,cheese, and eggs cooked to your preference. Rooms were clean and quiet, staffs were always smiling so we had a nice experience.

Rooms different than described. They have some room very very long way of walking with extra long stairs after the the elevator. Then I refused this far room as I am old man then they changed the room.

我覺得有一點不太滿意的就是飯店位置有點難找，而且拖著沈重的行李箱從馬路走到顛簸石頭地板的小巷深處，實在非常累人，但飯店內部及房間、服務人員都讓我十分滿意，其實地點也算是非常好，距離好幾個地鐵站都很近，下次還會考慮住這裡的！ 這裡洗澡很舒服、床也很棒！

就是房間小了一點，不過歐洲的酒店都差不多。地理位置方便，去城市的各個地方都很方便，接駁交通都是5-10分鐘的路程。
