The room it self was great and the views and location is also great. The only bad thing was the gym and one of the staff in the breakfast area. Im not gonna mention her name but she really liked bossing around and shush people :)

This was perfectly adequate for my one night stay prior to a cruise. The location is easily accessible from the train from the airport and less than a mile from the cruise terminal. It is no frills but clean. I had a shared bathroom which was a concern but it was fine. You share the bathroom with another room and you will hear them in there but, again, it was one night. There was a sink in the room which was good as you didn't need the bathroom for basic teeth brushing, etc. If I was doing an overnight in Vancouver again, I'd go back.

社區環境和裝修都不錯，設施都很新很乾凈，提供了水果，就是出行得有車，交通不便，房間沒有單獨門鎖，想體驗house的可以選擇。 下飛機先去玩了，和房東沒有過多交流，由於衹住一晚第二天一早就走，房東需要當晚麪收60刀的清潔費，所以特地趕在晚上10點前先來放個行李➕付清潔費，然後又出門逛夜市了，論單睡一晚這價位也是不便宜，有機會還是多留點時間感受下，房子算豪華的了。 撇開房子，房東提示進門換拖鞋和擦行李箱輪子，以及房間太小行李箱可以放大廳整理等很華人式的建議。。。能理解，但着實讓人不得不小心翼翼，行李箱都不敢碰到地板的拘謹感，感覺自己是來參觀的。就這點感覺既然房子做民宿了，要麼把清潔費算進房價，要麼就放開點退房後再清潔。想要住的鬆弛點還得租白人民宿。

Grdat room with great services! I booked a wrong room that doesn't have a kitchen in the room for my long stay, the front desk delivered a mircowave to my room so I can heat up food in the room. Here's the autumn view outside the window-

The Hyatt was amazing with great service from the moment we walked in the door. We were able to leave our luggage while we waited for our room so we could explore the city. They were wonderful and cleaning our dirty towels and changing beds each day, the outdoor pool and hot tub were a welcome site after long days of walking. The only downside was the lack of restaurant access. 1 restaurant is barely open and the other is so high priced and doesn't deliver to your room. Thankfully Skip the Dishes was an option. Starbucks right in the lobby, can't go wrong with that!!

Thank you for the opportunity to describe my Inn at the Quay experience. I was booked for a day procedure at Royal Columbian Hospital at 6:00AM on Saturday May 20. Because I was travelling from out of town and had to be driven home (as a requirement of the procedure) I elected to travel by train to Vancouver and then New Westminster on the day before, Friday. On Tuesday May 16 I booked a room at your hotel for the night of the night of Friday May 19 for $389.00 ex-taxes. My plan was to take a cab to the Hospital and then my daughter was then going to drive to town to pick me up and drive me home after the procedure on Saturday. After travelling to New Westminster I had time to kill because I called the Inn at the Quay to see if I could get an early check in but was told that you were very busy and that was not possible. The hospital recommends attending with only your care card for security reasons. For this reason I had my BC Care Card and the credit card I used to book the room in my cellular phone case. During my wanders I lost my phone. Fortunately I had a significant amount of cash so I got a cab immediately and attended at your hotel. I explained my situation to the clerk on the desk and she said that she could not check me in without the credit card I used to book the room. I asked her if you would charge that card with the room price if I had not shown up and she agreed that that was the case. When I asked if she could just charge the card and let me stay she said that the situation was different and was against your policy. I questioned her further and she summoned a person form the back office who agreed that the situation was completely different and actually said “Sorry, we can’t help you.” When I suggested cancelling the credit card transaction and paying in cash that suggestion was also turned down. Reason was lost on these two minions that are trained to be slavishly obedient to your rules and policies. I am sure that if you question these two they will agree that I was polite and courteous throughout our encounter. After several attempts at circumventing their indifference I felt that I should leave before I started to get mad. As a competent, attentive and businesslike hotelier I am sure you are aware of the saturation in your market on any given day. If you harken back to May 19 you will recall that all of the other hotels in New Westminster and as far as Port Coquitlam were completely booked. No matter, I was able to avail myself of a comfortable chair in the admitting lobby of the Royal Columbian Hospital from 4:00PM on Friday until 6:00AM the following morning. Except of course when I had to leave the admitting lobby while the janitors polished the floors. Because the Emergency Room lobby was full I was able to meet some of the interesting local street residents that were outside at 2:30AM. the location is good! Walkable distance to Vancouver City Centre, to stadium, to gastown, to yaletown, can even walk to Stanley park if wants too! Very near to grocery store, close to eatery!

The position is wonderful. You can easily get the access to Canada line and go anywhere; last but not least, the airport is just nearby. The service is also great. Nice hotel to give a try.

You could tell immediately how the hotel has been fairly new! Our family stayed for 2 nights and it was quite comfy. Not sure if there was anything we disliked. Just a couple of points: Restaurant option: Match Eatery & Public house And The Buffet We had a high expectation of the Buffet. Ah… so shame… Not worth paying so much. Trust me. Avoid the place. Internet: Connection is very strong; however, keep in mind that it is UNSECURED public connection. There was someone trying to access my personal email. Very fortunately, I had my email account secured with two way authentication. Do consider… to protect yourself by setting up the 2 way authentication… etc. Lastly, Swimming pool wasn’t ready to be opened until April.

Walaupun biliknya tidak besar! Tetapi sangat bersih! Katil juga sangat selesa! Kemudahan dalaman juga bagus! Terdapat gim dan kolam renang! Namun, kolam renangnya tidaklah besar, jadi ia hanya boleh dimainkan secara ringkas! Bufet sarapan pagi juga ok!
