The food is delicious. We are happy to see same staff in the dining room again. They are professional and polite. I stayed for 5 nights. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff is wonderful, helpful and accommodating. They all went above and beyond to ensure I had a good stay, helped booking cabs, provide suggestions. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Location was also great, safe and a few minutes walk to the beach and Dona Paula circle. I loved staying at this hotel, and I would definitely stay here again.

Yes it was fluffy enough. The stay was made comfortable by the front office staff by the names of Miss Chhoti and Miss Suble. Would recommend their promotion too................................. Also the food was excellent and sumptious

The staff at this hotel are fantastic and really helpful I had a bit of issues with the WiFi. The hotel is not in a close proximity to much and the taxi system is not efficient meaning that getting around is really hard. You can only use GoaMiles which doesn’t have ***y drivers in this area, alternatively you can use more expensive taxis. Based on this, I would not recommend this hotel based on ease of getting around and proximity.

We visited Taj Cicade De Goa, Heritage first in 2019 and was probably the best trip ever. Building in the stong and wonderful memories we visited again in Aug 24. Special mention to Mr Rajaram Gawade - Wow, just wow the way he takes cares of customers is something leaves us spellbound. He gave the kids and family a very comfortable and very special environment that connects Cidade de Goa right to the hearts of its customers ( extended families). Nothing changed we got this special feel in 2019 and it was even more special this time. The entire team we met was living the wonderful moments and memories we all created. Special thanks and special mention to Rahool, Monalisha, Yesh, Shivam,Anjali and Suhail for making sure that any moment spent is termed special. I am super happy and thankful to Taj CIDADE De Goa entire team to make this stay a great memory and we will definitely come again and recommend highly this property to everyone who wish to enjoy Goa.
