The location of this hotel is the best part. The rooms are spacious, ac works good, bathroom neat and clean, but the hotel doesn't serve food. It's got good restaurants like anatham, darling bakery around the corner and coffee shops surrounding the hotel. The parking is right opposite the hotel.

Although the room space is lesser but bathroom space is good. Staff behaviour is nice and courteous. Location wise very good. Easy conveyance auto, private car, hired cars etc available. If you plan to visit cm c or vit, this hotel is a good option in the price for vellore. (prices are little higher side compared to other towns like vellore)

Normally i used to stay in itc hotels only for many years wherever i go. I would feel more comfortable in itc hotels. This time while in fortune park vellore, i had little bitter experience of delayed serving food at sky dinner. It might be due to i ordered food which was not readily available. But the staff could have told us about expected late sunce we came to have dinner only, not to spend time. Of course, immediate action was taken after complaint. Thanks

The breakfast options seem to have been downgraded in the number of options and service. Other than that all went well. Also, one more point the breakfast timings have been changed from 7 to 8 am which is not good for people planning to leave early on the last day of the stay

We stayed at this hotel for a night in Feb 2024, essentially as a stopover, in our long road trip. We chose this property, based on available reviews. However, our choice proved to be a very bad one. I would normally like to start any review with positive and desirable aspects. However, I really struggle to recall anything positive about this hotel, except maybe the decent South Indian breakfast. The hotel is located in a very very crowded noisy area. One would struggle to even briefly park in front of the hotel, to alight. The underground car parking area (which is connected to hotel lobby through a lift) has a very muddy, extremely dusty and uneven floor and is worse than a badly maintained horse stable. We were given a room in the Ground Floor. Barely two hours after we checked in (of course, after providing all our identity credentials) say around 6pm, some stranger knocks at our door and demands the details of the occupants of the room. We asked the intruder to get lost and later complained about this with the management. The GM subsequently tried to justify saying that the person was collecting occupancy report. This is plain horrible and totally unacceptable and I have never come across this in any decent hotel. We paid over Rs. 4000 as room rent for a night stay. And this is sheer waste of money! The linen provided had a brown tinge. The split air conditioner was spewing water droplets through the night and we were not told about the so called remote-controlled fan. The back of the hotel is a deserted area, infested with undesirable people who were making loud noises throughout the hotel. The hotel lobby is nothing to write about and so is the quality of the rooms. The maintenance of the room leaves a lot to be desired. In short, this is a hotel where I will never venture to stay again. I really regret writing a not so positive review about any hotel. But then the facts and circumstances have to be shared, without being coloured!!

Stayed in this hotel with family for one night. Access to the hotal and external facade are good. It has enough parking space. The rooms are decent. However it offers poor room service. Probably they are under staffed and hence least bothered to serve you in the room. Tea was served after half an hour. For dinner again no sign of food after half an hour of placing the order. Reminded them. No joy. Finally after agonising wait of 45 mins called up again and canceled the order. Went across the road to another restaurant and got the food parcel. It also lacks in basic hospitality processes. Cleanliness of wash room was an issue with marks /spots on tiles adjacent to commode. Worst of all no soap dish in shower area. Nobody from the ***agement seems to have noticed or never inspected. Breakfast served in the restaurant was another horror as far as cleanliness and service goes. It is a good property but lacks in service and basic hospitality

Stay was excellent people are extremely great and helpful but post stay makemytrip services in the arranged vehicle were pathetic i being their elite client suffered a lot and inf-act their customer service representative kunal and garima made fool of me. I requested for preponed of vehicle and called them at 11 am to preponed vehicle from 5 pm they just make fool of me and still at 3 pm when i finally called them message is that vehicle will come by 5 pm
