The stay was very nice and comfortable. Staff was very supportive and helpful. Totally recommend the hotel, they give complimentary fruits which is again very nice.

The hotel is become old and maintenance has become poor . Right from the toilet to everything. This property should be considered as max 2* . The price is like very high . Room rates 5k and you get a room worth 1k . Food experience buffet breakfast is ok . But in room dining is a rip off .

During my recent hotel stay, the experience was exceptional. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. Manimaran and Arvind team were friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The included meals were delicious and varied, good for veggies and kids frendly . Overall, it was a delightful stay that exceeded my expectations.

The food and the ambience awesome. The staff was very polite and Courteous? They were ready to serve the best. We were given a very delicious cake as complimentary. We are thankful to the staff for making the day, a special one to cherish. It's indeed a pride of Vellore city.

Let me start with good part. Hotel lounge and dining area are very excellent including the food. But room quality needs to be improved a lot, being a such big brand. It is very poor. Bed quality is not good and goes down when u sit and had back pain in the next morning. Toilet flush was not working.

Always I am staying Hotel GRT, due to safety and comfort, good hospitality. Due to official visit we can able to pay the budget, I don't think every one can bear this budget
