Good hotel in budget. We visited for our daughter admission in VIT, Vellore and everything went well. Hotel is in good location and good homely food.

I booked two rooms for CMC treatment so based on my experience so I give my full review here! The hotel staff's are not well-groomed. Especially, night staff's are rude and there is no manager or supervisor in the reception. Bathroom floors and walls are dirty condition. Even, taps are covered with salt content and shower not working. Also the rooms are darker because some of light's not working. Surprisingly they are not aware the same so it's showing they're not maintaining the room's. I taken studio room and smart room. Studio room, which is in corner side but it's not suitable for family because of room size and bathroom don't have ventilation system. Also there is no extra lock provided in the main door. Only two advantages available, one is near to highway and another is breakfast in the hotel.

My feedback has been based on my last stay. This time myvwife had a knee injury and we deboarded the train at podanur on the way to katpadi. My special word of thanks to make-my trip for understanding our cancellation on healthgrounds and sanctioned refund though not strictly eligible. It has been a great gesture by make-my trip and we really owe you

Very nice and comfortable stay for us. Room was neat and clean. Excellent location. Auto rickshaw available all night from just from footsteps of the hotel.

Our stay in hotel sms grand inn was very good. All of the staff including house keeping were very good. The rooms were clean and they made sure it was cleaned on a daily basis. The breakfast was simple but however we enjoyed it as the staff were nice and friendly. I would like to mention front office manager kartik who was exceptional and extremely diligent. He was very helpful and informative and went out of his way to make our stay a wonderful experience. I would definitely come back to this hotel if we’re back in vellore again.
