The location and the staff are nice, about the cleanliness I understand that is hard to keep dust free such Barocco style, but the amenities are just few.

Superbly located on the Grand Canal and supremely clean and comfortable. Great breakfast and feels like a home away from home. Wish I had stayed longer.

Highly recommended this hotel, perfect location, room was very clean, staffs are very helpful and friendly, always give you good advice to help, only one thing you need to aware, they don’t have kettle in the room. Breakfast was very nice with a nice view, staffs made a perfect coffee, we had a good time in Venice.

The hotel is located right opposite the train station. The room was impeccably clean and our stay was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Amazing and so hospitable and helpful! They worked around our schedules, and we were able to sit in the dining area until it was our bus time to leave. My partner was feeling sick, and they offered us Ice for his head. Very friendly staff. Also breakfast is amazing and worth its money!

A lovely hotel with gorgeous outlook over the canal. Excellent location for bus and train stations, plus getting out and about in Venice. The bedroom was attractive with ample storage. The staff were absolutely charming and made the hotel a friendly happy place. I would certainly revisit.

Nice rooms, good breakfast and very helpful service

Hotel staffs are warm and welcoming. Location is good as it’s just opposite the train station. Only downside is the the room is quite small.

Very fair & friendly staffs

A perfect little gem… We Stayed here for 5 nights and what a wonderful little hotel that we found and we’re lucky to have stayed at. The location of the hotel opposite the main train station with the bus station just a 5 minute walk was fantastic. From the air conditioning, to the showers that worked perfectly, to the beds that were so comfortable after a day of site seeing pounding the streets. We really had an enjoyable stay whilst celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary and cannot thank each and everyone of the staff enough, they were professional, friendly, courteous, helpful, I could go on and on. If your seriously looking for a hotel that will make your trip feel like home from home than this is the hotel for you.

Great hotel, nice and clean, close to station and local water buses. Great hosts who are keen to look after the guests, we were particularly looked after and helped with vegetarian food. The evening staff were very kind and helpful too, hotel is strongly recommended.
