✅I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Airone! ✅The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better! ✅The location is very convenient—just a 6-minute walk to the bus stop, so getting around was easy! ✅✅Plus! I also appreciated the free breakfast, which was a nice bonus. ✅The hotel is clean, affordable, and overall a great value for the price. 👏👏👏Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay!

+ located near railway station (across the bridge) + low price - very old state of the room and hotel - we hear every noise around our room - two male workers bothered us twice !!! after we checked in. they wanted to fix the air conditioner, even though I told them we didn't need it!!!

There was no heating, the room was extremely cold day and night, the water was completely cold so we couldn’t take a shower, and there was no proper blanket. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. They told me the issue would be fixed until evening, but nothing was done, and I became sick from the cold. After I complained in the morning, they gave us another room at 9 AM only to take a shower. They admitted the whole system had been broken since the day before. I told them it’s unacceptable to give guests a room with no heating or hot water, and they still didn’t offer any compensation. This completely affected our trip, we wanted to leave early to see the city, but because of the situation we left at noon, and I ended up with a bad cold. I do not recommend this hotel at all. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

Not able to flush the toilet. TV is not working, wifi network not strong enough to be used in the room.

No lift so difficult faced in check in checkout. Reception also in different place .if we have luggage its not flexible for me

Cheap and easy, lot of promo.

Overall the hotel is ok, for the price paid and location, you cannot expect more. The structure is old and shabby, the room has a strong scent of deodorant that is almost nauseating. There is one shower and two toilets to share, but there is no hot water, even after letting it run for minutes it wouldn't become anywhere near 30/32 degrees C. The breakfast is actually huge, but with cheap quality products. The view from the room was actually gorgeous. The location is unbeatable, close to the train station and 25 minutes walk from San Marco and there is a gorgeous restaurant nearby called Osottosopra. The reception and service is really nice, they can keep your bags, the people working there are all kind, gentle and willing to help and make your stay nice. I'd recommend this hotel only if you want to sleep one night in Venice for cheap and are ok with shabby facilities.

This hotel was godawful. I will start with the worst part - I got 16 mosquito bites while sleeping that made me itchy and ruined all of my photos for the rest of the trip. There are mosquitos EVERYWHERE - the bathroom, the shower, the bedrooms. The other worst thing is that there was construction in the neighboring rooms which means 1) there was no running water when we arrived 2) the NOISE and 3) there was dust and dirt everywhere from the construction. Okay moving on from the worst things. Firstly, there are no bathrooms in the lobby so you have to go outside to get to the bathroom, which is connected to the breakfast room, so it's so awkward if you are checking in. The "luggage storage" just means that you can leave your luggage unattended in a hallway - there is no security. Now for the room itself. I know this is common, but the bed was two twin beds pushed together, so we ended up with LITERALLY a foot gap between the two of us. And finally, the breakfast was awful. Truly awful. Do not show up expecting to use the free breakfast as your actual breakfast if you want something filling, healthy, or tasty.

The breakfast was great, the staff was friendly and helpful but the air condition was bad because of working loud. The location is good in the entry of Venice. Another thing that check-in time was so late about 13-14:00 pm. I think it should be change
