Excellent place! Super convenient location with a delicious breakfast. It's right by the train station, bus station, and vaporetto (water bus) stops. So glad we booked this place! P.S. The photo in the app is of the view from our room.

Great location. Great price. Provided a sink within the room which was good, but could possibly have provided a kettle too (but that is just a slight improvement, not strictly necessary). Helpful/nice staff. Only thing that could have been better would be to have working air conditioning (a fan isn’t really sufficient for the summer months).

Pros: very convenient location, decent breakfast, and you can leave your luggage after check-out. The bed linen was clean. Cons: the interior is very dated, and the bathroom is modest. Considering the price, it's a very good option for 1-2 nights.

This hotel is small and housed in an old building, offering a true Venetian experience. The price is reasonable and includes breakfast, making it perfect for those who don't want to spend too much on accommodation.

Location is great but noisy at night, shared bathrooms not a good experience

The smell in the room and on the stairs was awful, and the toilet flush did not work properly. The staff were friendly, but not honest. Be careful if they ask for cash instead of card payment. In my case, I arrived early in the morning (around 6am) and asked for an early check-in. The receptionist told me the room was occupied and that I had to wait until 2pm, which is the official check-in time. However, the same staff member later offered me the room immediately for an extra €40 in cash. I agreed. When I checked out the next day, they tried to charge me extra because the staff member who took the €40 had incorrectly registered my stay as two days instead of one. As a result, I was asked to pay additional charges at checkout.

Very good location, 5-10 min walk from bus station, right on the bank of the Grand Canal, easy to get to. We booked private bathroom and the room was pretty decent for a 2 star hotel. The breakfast was varied and the the wifi was reliable. There were some issues with the electric power, but the staff was helpfull. All in all, a decent stay for a decent price.

+ located near railway station (across the bridge) + low price - very old state of the room and hotel - we hear every noise around our room - two male workers bothered us twice !!! after we checked in. they wanted to fix the air conditioner, even though I told them we didn't need it!!!

Horrible The worst experience I've ever had with a hotel

There were issues with the booking, and they didn't notify us. They gave us a really unpleasant room that wasn't even half of what I paid for.

The location was great, especially for travelers with suitcases.

Extremely convenient location, very close to Venice Santa Lucia train station. The staff were discreet and well-prepared.
