🔸地理位置：就在里亞託橋橋下，去哪裡都很方便，白天聽鳥叫，晚上聽鐘聲 樓下就有tim，到了第一天買了手機卡，通訊就方便了 走幾步就是venchi，巧克力冰激凌，隨時想吃就能吃到 🔸房間格局：一卧一廳一衞，在歐洲，這樣的格局和大小，絕對屬於豪華型了 🔸裝修程度：看起來非常新，牆面，地板，浴室都很新，浴室乾濕分離，玻璃很乾凈，沒有水漬 酒店叫猴子酒店，房間的牆面上各種形態的長尾猴，非常有趣生動 🔸家電傢俱：洗衣機，洗碗機，冰箱，熱水壺，咖啡機，烤麪包機，藍牙音響，電視機，日常需要的都有 🔸私密性：一梯兩户，房間隔音很好，有樓梯有電梯 🔸服務：前台工作人員Valentina是個熱情禮貌又善解人意的姑娘，知道我在房間裏很多會議，每天都會送來新的咖啡膠囊來提神。會在WhatsApp上發送周邊好吃好喝好玩的推薦 🔸限制：室內不能吸煙，退房時間11點 短暫的出差，因為這個公寓有了踏實舒適和愉悦的心情

Very nice place. Staff super friendly and nice. Great apartment to stay with kids and/or for longer stays. Very clean and large apartment. Easy check in/out. Very central by Rialto bridge and close to restaurants, shops ect. Would come back another time.

Simply spotless. Very clean and cozy unit. Location is absolutely perfect. Extremely safe and easy to find. Last but not least, what a fantastic hosting staff. They will go above and beyond to ensure you can have the most enjoyable Venice’s experience. Rooms are very well equipped with everything you need to feel like being home while on vacation. Did I say how amazing the hosts are? Certainly a place I will stay again in the future.

We were met by the team, and they were very warm & welcoming throughout our stay. Thanks Andrea & Valentina! Location - Really excellent, very close to Rialto Bridge. Just a hundred feet from where the action begins, but at night it wasn't too noisy unlike alot of other locations in Venice. There are some great bakeries and shops around the flat, and if you want all the hustle & bustle, it's just a bridge away. Rooms - Although it's in a small alley, don't let that bring you down. The rooms were lovely, clean, spacious. Was quite impressed with the coffee machine, quality of coffee (well, we are in Italy!) and snacks. Getting there - If you can, take a private boat, it drops you just meters away from the space. If you take one of the bigger water taxi's, still ok, but then be ready to carry your suitcases over the bridge & the steps! Our AC's were working a little below optimal, and we managed the situation, but the team was very proactive to try and resolve it with an urgency that is appreciated. The next day itself they had the AC technician over.

We needed a place for an overnight stay and this worked out well. It was clean and the sheets and towels felt clean. The AC worked great and it was really hot so we appreciated that. We had an apartment with 1 bedroom and a fold out sofa bed in the other room. There was a kitchen with a small dining table. They had chilled water, aperol, tonic etc in the fridge which was really good to arrive to on a very hot summer day. The apartment has an elevator and the front desk is very helpful. They provide very clear instructions on getting to the apartment from the water taxi. There is no view to the lagoon but we didn't mind it.

The location and facilities are fantastic, and so we booked our fourth stay at Ca della Scimmia. Though there were issues with our room, they were addressed promptly with excellent support from our host Andrea. Andrea’s professionalism is world class. She was responsive, listened to our concerns and acted quickly to assist. It is easier to host when everything goes smoothly, but the true test comes when they do not. We have been so impressed with Andrea and would highly recommend her.

We're not surprised of all of the positive reviews you can read for Cà della Scimmia since our experience was just impeccable. We were looking for a location in Venice where the whole of our family could stay in Venice ahead of our wedding and we were extremely lucky we discovered Cà della Scimmia. We first stayed in the Loft ourselves and afterwards booked 5 of the apartments offered for our relatives to stay. The location is central and a perfect base to explore all corners of Venice. The apartments have recently been refurbished with an exquisite taste and offer all the amenities you would require. Special mention to Andrea, who provided an excellent service throughout, from the booking process to the support in organising transportation for our relatives when in Venice. In a few words, we simply cannot recommend this enough and Cà della Scimmia will surely be top of our list for our next trip to Venice.

We just finished a three-night stay and can't say enough nice things. The rooms are nicely furnished and spotless. Very convenient to have a (small) kitchen and a clothes washer. Air conditioning worked very well. The location is terrific -- close to everything but on a very quiet side street that is steps away from the hustle and bustle. The staff could not be more helpful or friendly. We would definitely return here if we traveled back to Venice.

Wow! We were impressed from the start. Andrea met us at the water taxi and took care of our every need and want. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped. We loved the Mercado Rialto location. We've stayed in many Venice apartments over the years, and this will be our fist choice in the future. The Ca' della Scimmia owners and staff provide outstanding, personalized service.

We've stayed in the Ca Della Scimmia apartments several times in the past and always rated them very highly. They're now under new ownership and I'm delighted to say that it's still a fantastic place to stay. The apartments have benefited from a recent refurbishment and felt fresh and clean. We received a friendly and warm welcome upon arrival, and picked up plenty of tips of new things we might see and restaurants to try. Looking forward to our next visit

My husband and I stayed at Ca’ della Scimmia for a long weekend and I was delighted with our choice! Our apartment was on the 4th floor and had a lovely view of rooftops in the Rialto area and even St. Mark’s belltower. The apartment was spacious and it was great to be able to spread out in the separate living room and kitchen. While we didn’t have time to actually cook, we did make use of the very cool Italian coffee machine and fridge. The bedroom was beautiful with a super comfortable bed and linens. The shower was the best I’ve found in recent travels – roomy and with good pressure. Lots of great amenities like slippers and bathrobes. We received a warm welcome when checking in from Valentina, which got our stay off to a great start. I had a few practical questions about the area, and she was very helpful. The location near the Rialto Bridge and market made a perfect base for exploring Venice. Arrival and departure with luggage was a breeze, as there are no steps or bridges to cross from the vaporetto stop (Rialto mercato). Then once you arrive at Ca’ della Scimmia there is an elevator. An unexpected bonus was that we could leave our bags there on the day we left until the late afternoon. I’d highly recommend these boutique apartments – looking forward to staying here again the next time I’m in Venice.

Allez-y les yeux fermés. L'appartement était soigné, impeccable même. La literie de pure qualité et j'y attache beaucoup d'importance. Mes enfants, mon mari et moi même y rtourneront sans hésiter et avec grand plaisir. Merci Andréa pour l'acceuil et la liste d etoutes les bonnes adresses. Nous sommes obligés de revenir pour les découvrir toutes !

La posizione e’ super strategico a pochi passi dal Ponte di Rialto e a pochi minuti da San Marco. L’appartamento in cui abbiamo alloggiato era curatissimo in ogni dettaglio e con tutti i servizi che si possono desiderare. Non sono mancati consigli preziosi per aperitivi , ristoranti e mostre: tutto eccellente!

Vorab bekamen wir per Whatsapp alle Informationen zur Anreise, zum Parken und Restaurant-Tipps für jeden Geschmack und jedes Budget. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und nett. Die Unterkunft tippi toppi sauber, schick und komfortabel. Die Lage unschlagbar, in einer kleinen Gasse nur 100 m von der Rialto-Brücke. Leider waren wir nur 1 Nacht dort, aber wir kommen garantiert wieder.
